Very nice hotel close to O'Hare. We did the park and fly package, which let us leave our car at the hotel for 14 days. We even got upgraded to a suite, but it might have just been because it was a slow night. The room was super nice, very clean and updated. I'm going to keep this in mind if we ever need to park and fly again.

I can think of nothing negative. The lobby looks lovely as you come in, the elevator is fast, there's plants all around, the floors have a lovely open design... It looks great before you've entered the room. There are two comfortable beds, a massive tv, a dinky little coffee maker (although I expected no better), and some nice furnishings. It's all clean and there's even some art on the walls. Quite nice. Caveat: I am not picking up the bill and I do not know the price range. While I was quite satisfied, I have no idea what the cost/value relationship is here.

This hotel is conveniently located near O'Hare and offers free round-the-clock shuttle service to the airport. You can also park free for seven days with the special park/sleep/fly rate, which is extremely convenient. Check-in is generally quick and painless. The rooms are very clean and decently sized. There are restaurants on-site, but they're pretty expensive. I'd give this place five stars if breakfast was included with all rate packages.

The Hyatt was a wonderful place for a conference. The service was amazing and the food was the best I've ever had at a conference. The only negative was some computer and technology difficulties.

Extremely pushy room service, but otherwise, good beds, soundproofing (I left an electronicmusic jam in the lobby, and I could not hear so much as a whisper of its existence through my lobby-facing door) and other amenities.

Attended a doll convention and every detail was top drawer, from accommodations to service to the convention events! I know why Integrity Toys chooses Hyatt hotels ... they're the best!

The hotel in general needs a major overhaul. The whole place is stuck in another era. The toilets in the guest rooms seemed like they came out of a public washroom. Every time a toilet flushed somewhere around me, I can hear it and feel the water pressure change during showers.

The WiFi was spotty at best. Throttling the WiFi so we had to pay to use Netflix or other streaming services didn't seem conducive to the amount we paid for our stay. I've stayed at competitor's high-end hotels rated similarly to this one, but Hyatt Regency O'Hare has yet to meet the standards a high-end hotel would normally meet.

The service during the event in the large banquet hall was the worse.
Food during the event was dry, lukewarm, and cold in the center. Terrible. I've had better food, even mass produced food such as the method used at your hotel, at similarly rated competitor's high-end hotels.

The wait-staff took away food and beverages that were barely touched and still being eaten. I had to constantly tell them the items on the table shouldn't be touched (beverages, full water bottles, food, etc.) It was as if they were mindless drones just looking for something on the tables to take.

They threw away items that were not provided or paid for by the hotel (i.e 3rd party deserts and one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted party favors). Simply put, YOU TRASHED FOOD AND ITEMS, THUS THE MONEY AND TIME SPENT ON THEM, THAT NEVER BELONGED TO YOU. In every event such as the one I attended, the courtesy to pack up the deserts was always given and standard service. I have NEVER experienced such neglect and inhospitality. Isn't being hospitable the whole point to your industry?!? You should be ashamed of the standard you instill on your wait-staff and chefs. It was so abhorrently neglectful, it almost seemed like a hostile joke. "Maybe all the stuff is going to come back out," I thought. But this joke was literally at the cost of your guests.

I would not come back to this hotel in it's current state or any 'improved' state, so I guess you don't have any incentive to improve your services. I feel terrible and sorry for any future guests who do business with you.

The hotel is about a 5 minute ride from the airport. 24/7 airport shuttle provided which is a great convenience--every 30 mins before 4am, every 15 mins after 4am. Rooms are equipped with cooler, office table, coffee/tea, and t.v. Great shower with good water pressure. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud--very comfortable, perfect for the weary traveller. Restaurant on site with a good selection as well as a sports bar that serves food (open late). Overall a very good experience.

This hotel charges for EVERYTHING. I stayed here over a month on business and they wouldn't let us keep the points, but had no problem charging a $200 hold on our credit cards. They charge a ridiculously high fee for the shipping and receiving department to receive packages to the hotel. Oh, and didn't tell us they were charging that up front. No laundry services on site unless you'd like to spend $8 per shirt. No microwave in rooms, housekeeping is hit or miss, teeny tiny fridge, no pool, also, VERY loud. The main tower is like an echo chamber, we could hear the bar patrons from the 6th floor. For a hotel to be getting this amount of money from my company, you'd think they could offer some sort of comps or just give us a break on all the fees. This is a great hotel if you've got a company credit card with a high limit, but if you don't, like me, it's not a good choice.

The number of different events hosted here is fascinating! The connected convention space is always hosting events, on top of events already being hosted at the Hyatt. Never a dull moment!

We were not there by choice. The lobby area was very nice. But the room itself left a lot to be desired. But the beds were clean and comfortable. The picture of chair is what was in the room. Should have been tossed out a long time ago. Certainly not what we expected from a Hyatt. The front desk staff was wonderful. The gentleman working in the deli downstairs was short and rude.

Checked in here for a night to be close to the airport and was dazzled as I walked through the large circular door. The lobby is enormous, lovely and there is this amazing smell they must filter in. I wanted to just sit in the lobby and smell the air.

Patrick at the front desk was awesome. He actually told me that I had been upgraded to some sort of concept room in the Executive Wing. They garner feedback, and if it is received well they roll it out to other properties. There is an iPad in the room for you to provide your thoughts/feedback on.

So I trek down to this room. I gotta tell you Hyatt O'Hare, you had me at white slippers & sound machine. The room was very cool -- maximized storage, very modern but super comfortable. The amenities were another fave for me -- it is nice getting more than the standard shampoo/conditioner, lotion and soap. They had body wash, mouthwash, nail polish remover, etc. You can never go wrong with a Keurig in the room and the massive wall TV was a bonus. Between the sound machine and the fabulous bed/linens I got a great night sleep.

I also grabbed a Rosemary Chicken sandwich in their little deli/store (they also serve Starbucks in there) and it was very good. Shuttle Service to/from the airport was a bonus. This is without a doubt my new O'Hare Airport hotel as often as I fly in and out of here.

Big hotel with lots of conference rooms. Reduced rating because it's literally impossible to have a room near the elevator based on the location of the elevators in the center of the large open atrium, and the need to take multiple elevators to get from a hotel room to the international level.

Also, all of the buffet food at O'H restaurant except the fried fish was pretty bland. Friendly service though!

I went to this hotel due to my flight w a s cancelled, I expected something worse but it is really impressive the first time you walk in, how the hotel was built, the structure and decoration. The room was clean, with a 65" TV, but it was smaller than I thought, but it is a great hotel!

Great location near the airport. Quick shuttle to O'Hare. Parking rates are sky high though. The room was nice but upgrading to a suite is not worth it. The room was a bit underwhelming for an upgrade.

The service was wonderful! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They did everything they could to make sure that my family and I were taken care of and happy. The location was good. It was about a fourty five minute drive to the city and about a block away from a park with shops and restaurants. Overall I would recommend it.

Got vouchered there by United airlines.... room was very nice. Food in the all American grill was great.. waitress wasn't the best... staff was nice
65 in flat screen in the bedroom, great water pressure, comfortable beds. Toilet a little close to the sink but not a deal breaker. Definitely would go back

Big hotel quality service. Rooms are a bit dated but nice. Lobby bar is active on the weekends. Lots of conferencece space and a good place for work meetings if flying to a central point. Connected to the convention center with free airport shuttles.
