Very friendly and warm staff but not actually help...

Very friendly and warm staff but not actually helpful, went to the restaurant to have breakfast and the waiter wouldn t acknowledge me at all and after that I go them to make an order and even then they ignore me.
I understand its the Holliday but at these times when either you make it or break it... not satisfied at all.
