Staff really helpful. Best nights sleep away from home. Breakfast offered huge selection. The pool was a hit with our grand daughter.

Close to Birmingham City Centre, Restaurants and shopping centre

I had the superior double room for the money I paid absolutely disappointing room was smaller than I thought facilities in the room basic ie nothing different from a standard room add insult to injury the white bed sheet had black stain of some sort only notice this in the morning was inside the cover
The only good thing was that of the view I had from my window

Nice Hotel. Good location. Just behind Hyatt there is Canal ride. Lot of restaurants especially Indian nearby. Near to Brindleys for a walk or food.

We had an amazing stay here until they charged us twice for the stay.. Good job we were still in Birmingham when we realised, so we could talk directly to the staff about getting a refund.

Hotel lovely, rooms great but items missing(milk, robe). I popped to reception and they dont have any available. They have to ring housekeeping. By the time it turned up it made us late for the spa(robes have to be worn down due to Covid best practice) . By the time the milk turned up I was leaving to go out. Pleasant staff though and very apologetic. Spa was poor. Stayed in better for cheaper in Birmingham.

Staff in all area's where professional, silver service was acceptable. If you are lucky enough to stay on one of the upper most floors as I was, the view is totally stunning.

Buffet style cooked breakfast was good, as was the continental selection. There where lots of staff to take care of us too.

Bedroom, was large and well stocked with extras for most requirements

Over all, I am pleased with my stay and would happily book again.

Had a meeting in one of the conference room at the Hyatt. Very professional and comfortable room that had plenty of space to hold a large meeting. Equipment was supplied to host the presentations and refreshments were on offer.

Amazing rooms, really nice spa area spacial. Friendly staff, felt welcoming, only flaw was food was over priced by alot, would defiantly stay again.

An overall nice hotel, even if the lifts across the hall wherever squeeky all night and the chairs very uncomfortable

I was visiting this hotel to use the bar area for a meeting with some colleagues. The seating area was comfortable and we were not disturbed. Bizarrely it was impossible to open a tab and everybody has to pay for their drink as they went More

One of the few first class hotels I've been to and everything fits into place. Was most impressed by the silverware, so shiny it would make a perfect mirror. From arriving at the door to going into the hotel it was like a being greeted by your own family.
Excellent service all round.

Great spa area. Be sure to book a room with access to the Club Lounge and enjoy the view over breakfast and drinks. A touch of exclusivity for a reasonable surcharge.

Fabulous hotel, would definitely recommend! The rooms are modern, clean and have brilliant views. The pool area is spacious and the gym is well equipped. The bar area was great to relax and the room service was brilliant. The hotel location is excellent as it is within walking distance of most of Birminghams main attractions in the area. The only problem with the hotel is it doesn't have any parking. The air conditioning was also quite loud during the night however, that said we will definitely be returning!

This is a top notch hotel, staff very polite and attentive, my room was on the17th floor so I had a pretty interesting view from the floor to ceiling windows. Room was exceptionally clean an spacious and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Dressing gown, slippers & good toiletries included. My stay was to attend a concert at the symphony hall which was literally next door so a safe option for someone alone.

Hotel is nice, but it does not make sense to me to pay 5 GBP to get WiFi connection.

Well appointed rooms. Polite service. Good choice of breakfast although it's very expensive to get separately to the room if you don't have it booked for your at the same time as the room. One more, a sausage was a little pinker than I'd like. For reasons of illness, I needed to stay an extra night after I'd already checked out and the staff were really very helpful. The salad option on the room service menu was surprisingly brilliant.

Noisey even though I was on canal side which is right next to club which goes on all night it felt like. Room itself was nice. Staff are friendly and efficient. Nice ambience around the hotel lobby and seating areas. Just marked down for terrible lack of sleep! Which is main point of a hotel!

Had arranged to meet up here for breakfast with an old friend. Well, they've certainly spruced the place up since our last visit - most impressive. Great service, excellent buffet, and most of all, very good coffee. Faultless, and a brilliant example of what breakfast should be.

This is a really nice hotel with some pleasant staff that is let down by some massively trashy customers.

I am guessing that a group of lads all chip in a tenner, then smuggle each other into the room and then act the 'big man'. It's very bizarre that one of the more expensive hotels in the city has such a high ratio of guests with poor etiquette.

This is really frustrating because one of the assumptions of paying more for a nicer hotel is that the experience will be calmer but that wasn't the case here on the weekend.

The noise on our floor was unacceptable and multiple times, security had to sort the noise disruption out.

Perhaps we just got unlucky, but there were so many guests that were acting in a 'OMG - we are here for just one night - let's make the most of it, cue photoshoot here, Instagram me here' etc that something tells me it's unfortunately a common occurrence.

I suppose during the working week it has a nicer feel. It is a shame as overall, the hotel building is very pleasant and the breakfast area is lovely.

If you're visiting Birmingham on a weekend, I would recommend the Marriott in the Mailbox, which seemed to have a much more mature and calm clientele.

Great spot. We took two rooms for our family of 5 and it was a great location to stay on Birmingham. Fab pool and gym, helpful staff, clean. Happy to recommend.

Staff are professional and friendly. The function rooms are well sized and can be configured to accommodate your needs and requirement with bars/tables/stage/lighting/audio visuals etc

A pleaser for experienced travellers, the Hyatt regency Birmingham meets high hospitality standards. Design, space, very well trained staff, popular bar, Generous toiletries and a stunning pool with attractive lounge chairs, sauna and steam rooms. Improve the scrambled eggs and the fresh juice of the breakfast bar and it will be world class.

Appears to be a lovely venue. Was not a guest but a event visitor. Clients had not provided hot refreshments for their event. But the hotel was accommodating, providing me with hot beverage free of charge.

Ame here for a company conference. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are kept clean and tidy. The conference rooms are well air conditioned. The lunch provided was beautiful. The he staff tend to your every need.

Excellent location, next to conference venues, and short walk to restaurants in Chinatown. Great amenities too, love the indoor pool/spa/sauna/steam facilities. The room is large & clean, great city view.

A fantastic hotel for the price. The room was massive and luxurious. Sick of hotels locking their TVs down, just let me use the HDMI port! Also, the breakfast seating area was rather small and resulted in not having a spare seat at 7.30 (not normally a busy time for breakfast on most hotels).

Will be even smarter when the surroundings are finished!

3rd time staying here. Love the pool. Very Few hotels have pool as big. Breakfast is good too. Just wish the tea was as good as Paris Hyatt regency.

The room is confy but not spacious. It is impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom due to poor fashion design. You must be prepared to wait on long lines before being seated for breakfast. Overall seems to be missing some of the very basics.
