Hotel lovely, rooms great but items missing(milk, robe). I popped to reception and they dont have any available. They have to ring housekeeping. By the time it turned up it made us late for the spa(robes have to be worn down due to Covid best practice) . By the time the milk turned up I was leaving to go out. Pleasant staff though and very apologetic. Spa was poor. Stayed in better for cheaper in Birmingham.
