Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, we began using the hotel because of its link to the symphony hall but now it is our favourite place to stay in Birmingham.

Attended for work event. Great location, great service and food

Very unprofessional and Bad!! The girl in front desk was arrogance and treat people with disrespectful! She keeps asking me the same question to confirm whether I live alone for the executive room. But to cheat me and tried to provides me with the standard GUEST ROOM!!! I don't know she is innocence for this or any hostility! And the room was so small and noisy from other rooms. I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND NOT BEING WELCOME!!!

I am a real guest and for properties investment for here! will tell my friends not stay in this hotel!

Place seriously needs a spruce up. Leaky roof...old water damaged ceiling....all rooms I was in (for conference) were cold.

Definitely a 5 star, excellent service and great food.

Venue for one of my Hen Days, we enjoyed the Spa and an Afternoon Tea, it was lovely and the staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Very nice hotel. Nothing too special, but worth the price. Wasn't too impressed with breakfast as no one came to take a drinks order from me the whole 45 minutes I was sat at breakfast, so had to have some water back up in my room from the tap. But all in all very clean and a great view from the room.

Great central location with direct access to the ICC. Comfortable bed and amazing views of Brum. Breakfast was especially good. Staff very helpful.

Wow amazing place for luxury and absolutely class time

Me&my partner stayed here last night beautiful hotel and room. We came for a special occasion. Nothing was to much trouble.
They had done the room lovely for us and late check out complimentary. Will defently be returning.

Great business hotel. All the amenities including pool, spa, sauna. Everything is spick and span. Loads of plug points beside bed. Knocked off a star because that flat screen TV remote is horrible to use. Hotel TV system is so slow and unresponsive that it makes changing channels horrible.

Clean and nice rooms. Construction in front of the hotel.

Very formal, polite staff, great rooms and comforts. Presenting area is great for a large crowd with the acoustics
