Just a minor issue with the emission system. it is keeping lights up almost every time after i gasing up and the light will gone in a couple days later. however, the service was good. Arron helped us a lot with the service and inform us all the things we need to know. 5 stars for Arron, 4 stars for the car.

The time & cost of restoring the latch is extensive. I might return in the upcoming months to purchase a new vehicle.

He really went the extra mile, sold us a fantastic car, and has remained in touch. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle - new or used - we would go back to him in a second! My father was looking for a white or silver Honda crv, the years ranged between 2014-2016 because he liked that particular model. We went to many Honda dealerships from Richmond to the North Shore, Burnaby, Maple Ridge and even researched Craigslist but unfortunately nothing.
Last weekend we came here to Kingsway Honda and a sales rep named Melih helped us find exactly what we wanted a silver low KM 2015 Honda crv that was in our price range.
When Melih was not available the assistant sales manger Blin helped us finalize the deal this past Wednesday. Both individuals showed great customer service and patience, my father loves his 2015 Honda crv. Thank you Kinsway Honda.

I am quite happy with my experience at Kingsway Honda. Guest advisor Peter Toth was very helpful and patient with me as it was my first time buying a brand new car. He answered my questions, took the time to show me everything and even personally delivered the mats that could'nt be installed on a sunday, at my earlier convenience , the next day at my home. Thank you Peter! Only negative point is the time it took for all the paperwork to be dealt with... but it was all worth it! I love my new HRV !

I had a really bad experience with this dealership, not going to sugar coat that part . However , after seeing my review I was contacted my the Honda staff . The new service manger Norman was an absolute rockstar. He acknowledged that what had happened with my wife s car was wrong and unfair ( which was important to me ) and wanted to make it right . He refunded me the money we agreed was over charged , picked up my wife s vehicle , dropped off a loner while they re serviced the vehicle and completed the issues at a fair price. I want to say the forsite to want to retain previous customers has gone be way of the dodo in this day and age . I truly appreciated that Norman wanted to earn my business back . He did . Thanks Norman , you and your team are appreciated. Cheers

Just recently leased a 2017 Accord from Destination. This is my 4 lease vehicle from this location.
I found the staff to be warm and welcoming and a joy to deal with.
Jason my sales rep was very accommodating, able to answer any questions I might have and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure that everything was good.
I was also pleased with Sean the Manager as he was able to answer any questions I might have and was very hospitable. Great service from an awesome staff.

Since we got the car we only have problem with the tired and no one can't help us ... i had to call honda road service and they came after 1 day and a half so i wasn't able to go to work.

They took my car and left me at home i don't have any car now no one can help us at any dealer or at honda canada we called so many time and no one can help Nevers ever had a bad services like that before , i wont go back with honda anymore its a messss

I lost 2 days of work my time my patience and lots of money and after all no one can help

I leased new Civic 2016 from Kingsway Honda few weeks ago. The sales person Tanvir was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, picked me up few times from the metro station, drove me to the bank and explained in detail all of car's awesome features. I give Tanvir 5 stars. I love my new Civic EX.
The reason why I'm giving 3 stars to Kingsway Honda is because the car had 220 km when I took it and nobody told me that it was driven for couple of days by a manager. Eventually they compensated with full gas tank and 50$ off the price but still, they could at least told me.

I've been coming to this location for service and ...

I've been coming to this location for service and to purchase my vehicles since they were in their old location across the street (now occupied by a Hyundai dealership). I came here cause I had purchased the free oil change for the life of my vehicle originally. Everytime I bring it in for service they would suggest further standard replacements such as oil or air filters. A lot of times I would just pay the extra to get it done at the same time. For major repairs I have a trusted mechanic that works on all my vehicles.

This time around I made an appointment a week in advance for 11:15am to have an "A" service (oil change) done on my 2006 acura TL. So at around 10:45am I start driving to the dealership. At 11am I see a call from the dealership on my phone but didn't pick it up since I was driving and I was almost there anyway. When I get there I notice the city was doing repaving work on the streets surrounding the dealership. I was able to bypass their construction zone and get inside the dealership. When I arrive bed at their downstairs service desk there was a guy locking up the gate to the desk. I asked him if they were closed? And the guy immediately got defensive, blaming the city for giving them last minute notice and that they had called customers to inform of this. Yes they did indeed call but it was 15 mins before my appointment that they did so.

Now if a customer is able to find their way in passed the construction how is it their staff is unable to? I made this appointment in advance and on this specific date because I needed to drive out to squamish the next day. As work was super busy for me I had no choice but to fit this appointment in during the weekend. My oil life was down to 5% and even though I could still drive with this I didn't want to put needless wear and tear on the engine.

The service staff member that was locking the gate downstairs made his excuses and ran upstairs before I could ask any further questions. I ran upstairs after him and another girl at the service desk upstairs just gave me a blank stare and said sorry for the inconvenience and nothing else. No asking whether I wanted to rebook my appointment or anything. I left saying I will never come back.

I called my mechanic to see if he could fit me in. He was nice enough to do so. When my mechanic performed the service on my vehicle he found both my engine and cabin air filters incredibly dirty. Now, I'm a HVAC mechanic so if anything, I know my filters. These filters, especially the cabin filter, was extremely dirty. The cabin filter looked like it hadn't been changed in at least 6 years even though I know I was billed for the replacement only last maintenance less than 6 months ago.

Throughout the years I've had some questionable service from this place but continued to come back as they weren't big issues. A few screws that weren't replaced and left loose or the breaking of my tire pressure monitoring sensor. Some shady diagnostics as well, them saying my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced but when I took it to my mechanic he said there was plenty of life left in them.

The horror stories you hear about dealerships are true. Despite there being plenty of life left in my vehicle and the free oil changes for life I still have going on with them, I'm never coming back and would advise everyone to think twice when taking your vehicle in for service of any kind. If you can find a trusted mechanic hold on to them and refer lots of business to them. Honest craftsmenship is hard to come by these days. They deserve your business, not the stealership.

We got our first car here and came back for our 2nd! very friendly, welcoming environment, from Pierre (Guest advisor) who have been patient with us to their Manager, Jessica who explained everything in details.

They do follow-up emails and ask how was your purchase.
Will definitely tell my family and friends to come here. and for sure, not our last car from them.

Before I purchased the new car, I asked the saleman how many kilometer on the new car, he told me it was less than 10 km. He gave me print out of the car and price, it was 3 km. I came the next day, they gave me few paper to sign without showing me the car. After I signed the transfer paper, I realized the car was over 50 km. Almost all new car is under 25 km. They donot even tell me the car is over 50 km. It will take too long to mention other problem. The bottom line. Donot trust the people here.
I got this car and found out it was lemon. They post company for people donot know.

I visited Honda Destination Kingsway on Sunday. I was dealing with Brian. Initially he was reluctant to generate quotes for two different vehicles. He said that his sales manager ONLY allow one quote. Later on when we we were leaving and wanted to take the quote with us, he refused to give the quote aaying that it is against the company's policy to give quotes to the client.

I had this distinct feeling throughout our interaction with him that we are not welcome there and he is doing us a favour by talking to us.

I have seen this haughtiness in other dealerships of Destination Honda as well i.e. Coquotlam.

Great customer service. I love the totally indoor experience - drive into the building and they valet park your car for you. I was met up at the reception by Brian - very friendly and attentive. I told him I wasn t interested in negotiating but just wanted to see one of the new white CRV tourings. He took me on a test drive, not once making us feel pressured. We came back to the store and and looked at what inventory and options they had in stock. 90 mins and the deal was done - so happy with my new purchase. Thanks Brian!

To be quite specific, I've been in contact with 12 dealerships, 12 sales people and 4 managers. I was very impressed by Pierre from the get-go. He responded to my e-mail in a timely manner, was very professional, personable, patient and I did not feel that I was talking to a typical car salesman. He listened to what I had to say and made sure to stay professional the whole time. I have made my decision to buy the car from Pierre because of how he treated me compared to others. The prices offered through other dealerships were the same but I chose to give my business to Kingsway Honda because of Pierre. Very impressed!

Here's the story. Before I traded in my car I owned a Honda Civic Coupe Touring 2017, I wasn't really looking for a new car as I was waiting for the 4 year lease to end. Keep in mind that this was my first car I leased. What had annoyed me for the longest time about this car was despite having every option installed in it; dash cam, proximity sensor, mud flaps, undercoating, tinted windows, all weather floor mats, etc done on the car, the keyless entry was faulty. It only worked for the first few months before never working again. I tried bringing it in to get it fixed through several Honda dealerships, all without luck.

Anyways, my coworker knew this and so he set up a appointment for me on Friday; as he also leased CR-Vs for the past 10 years and always used this dealership.

So I go to my appointment with Steven Goh, it goes well and I ask him what he has available. My former car was a White Honda Civic Coupe 2017 fully loaded with a 4 year lease, I was hoping to get something similar just in a Sedan. He said he only has one in grey. In the end what ended up happening was I got something the exact opposite. I went in on Friday and by Saturday I had a new car, I was curious as to why the process was so fast. Now I understand why, the financial guy (Hai Tran) didnt even walk me through any of the options, only the warranties. I had Honda Lease Guard on my old car, he introduced me to something more expensive operated by a third party. I thought buying a Sedan was supposed to be a cheaper option then a Coupe since it now has a 5 year lease, and especially since I was already paying extra for having it decked out. Now I'm paying $70 extra a month for a stock car (what I heard him say initially was an extra $17 a month, little did I know it was actually an extra $70). Also, he didnt even mention the dash cam until I brought it up. He said he was unable to swap it over (confusing as it was the exact same brand as the one I got from the other dealership, but said he could get it heavily discounted). He also said he'd call me back on Monday to set up a appointment with me, I haven't heard from him since.

So I finally hear back from Hai, it is now 12:35pm on Thursday. He apologizes for not responding to me for the past few days as he had them off. I usually get annoyed when people tell me one thing and there is no follow through, if you knew you were going to be off you could of at least told me "next week" instead of the Monday. Naturally, I forgive him since I do not like holding useless grudges against people. That afternoon, I go back to get my dash cam installed and to see him to have my questions answered about the lease and the options I had on my previous car and what I could get done on this current one. Thankfully, he was more transparent this time, answering all my questions I had on mind. He was even generous enough to offer me 2 free Honda accessories. Which was more then welcome. Thank you for that, much appreciated. He even said that he'd get the dash cam guy to walk me through how the dash cam worked (this never happened as he later told me the dash cam guy was uncomfortable explaining to me in English how it worked, but if there was a problem call him). I go and pick up my car and on the passenger seat was the bag the dash cam was in, as well as a business card stapled to it and a letter explaining how the camera worked. The business card was just a location and a phone number; no real name of the person who installed it. A shame as Hai never introduced me to the guy. We set up an appointment to get my windows tinted on Monday. This time the interaction was much better, I am still struggling about the fact that I am now paying an extra $70 a month for a premium car warranty on a 4 door (coupe to sedan), but am more reassured as to why that is now.

Thank you for at least attempting to rectify the interaction and getting the window tinting at cost. Will I return? I'd have to say maybe. Perhaps, if I dealt with someone who was completely transparent with me in the beginning it would've been different.

I walked into Happy Honda and told Francis I was looking for Jim Sali. I shook Jim's hand, and proceeded by introducing myself as "Darren". He asked me what kind of car I was looking for I replied A Civic LX 2013. We went down to the lot examine a Blue Civic EX 2013. After inspecting the car I asked Jim how much it was, he replied "I don't know we'll go up and check." He then led us into an office of a Happy Honda sales representative where we were supposed to sign papers. After a few minutes of conversing, he realized I wasn't "Benjamin" the buyer who was supposed to pick up the Civic Ex, and apologized for the misunderstanding.

We went into an empty office to explain what I was looking to purchase with full payment in cash. He wrote a list of calculations on a sheet of paper to show how much the total would be for a Silver Civic LX Automatic 2013. The final sum he came up with was approximately $21,083 which included the $1500 cash bonus but not $500 holiday bonus. I asked him if there were any further savings he could give me or freebies, but he seemed very adamant about his offer. He asked me what I wanted, and I explained to him I have been to many dealerships this past week and I wanted a better deal to buy from you. He jokingly answered the mechanic was going to do an excellent job making sure the car is certified and ready. I pondered his offer for a few minutes while he greeted the customers picking up the Blue Civic Ex 2013. He came back and asked me what it would it take to seal the deal today, and I answered $20,000. He proceeded to demonstrate what he thought about my offer to me by tearing up the sheet of paper and crumpling it up to throw it in the garbage. I was so shocked at what he had done, that I even shook his hand on the way out without thinking.

My salesperson Jay was very courteous and helpful and most importantly took the time to make sure all my questions were answered in great detail during the buying process. I was extremely impressed with Blin's level of customer service. I encountered some issues with the first vehicle I purchased but Blin took the time on a Saturday afternoon to listen to my concerns. After spending hours looking for another vehicle on his lot, we found a vehicle that had more features, was in a better condition and an upgraded model. Blin was not going to let me leave Kingsway Honda without feeling super satisfied. I commend the Kingsway Honda team for their great customer service. Will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends!

Bought a pre owned Car on December 2016. Sales person said everything is in top (excellent) condition. Now every time I have to change my oil, there is something new to fix. In just a years span i payed around CAD1,500 to get it fixed AND expecting ANOTHER 2,000 SMH. FYI i get my car serviced here aswell. So mich for "Excelent Condition" and "We Go Behind Our Product". 2 sentences promised me when they sold me the car.

Following a bad experience purchasing a used car off Craigslist (and returning it with a lot of headache!), I decide to look for one in an official dealership.
After checking their online inventory, I walked into Kingsway Honda on Saturday to look at some of the Civics. I was greeted at the front desk and was introduced to Ryan Killeen, a patient and professional guest advisor.
Ryan took the time to consider all my criteria in picking up a used car and spent great amount of time going over the details, history, repairs, etc., of each car that picked my interest. He also provided a good alternative (a used Acura) which I ended up purchasing.
From the price point, he and Nick Spencer, the sales manager, worked with me and made a great offer which I felt completely satisfied with. In the entire process, I didn't feel pressured (maybe a little, but that I guess comes with their title), and rushed into making a decision.
After the purchase, Ryan gave me a call in a couple of days to check and see if everything is working fine with my car - this "going the extra mile" was indeed reassuring and shows that these guys care for their business.
I made a couple of calls after about 10 days regarding some minor maintenance on the car and both Ryan and Nick helped me with getting the right service and information.
I did my research well before buying the car, and had a pleasant experience with my purchase, thanks to the team in Kingsway Honda.

I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car.

When I picked up the car from Kingsway Destination Honda, they could not offer the same deal that I committed with them even deposit had been given. I always believe the spirit of agreement/contract in Canada, but I don't see it here with Kingsway Destination Honda. Extremely BAD Financial Manager service.

We first came to Honda Kingsway last October 6, 2016 in search for a new car that will suit our family needs. One of the Guest advisor welcomed us and introduced himself as Ben. He asked us which car we're looking for and when we told him which one we like, he started explaining to us which car would really fits our family. He's suggesting the CR-V because of its new features and benefits. He also explains to us lots of things on how we can get the car thru leasing or financing and answer all our questions very well. The information he shared to us was very overwhelming and very valuable in determining which options will we choose. We told Ben that we will come back because we are not yet ready that time. We look around with 4 more dealers that day, but they are not as warmth and accommodating as Ben. They never gave us much information as Ben does. After a thorough and deep conversation with my wife, we've come up with a decision. I called Ben on October 8, 2016 to let him know that we we're coming to check out the car. He s very kind and knowledgeable when he's teaching me all the controls and features. He really helps us get the CR-V in more ways we can never imagine. We are very grateful and proud for this guy Mr. Ben Farahani for his outstanding service, and for that we will highly refer our friends and relatives to him. We would like to thank also the manager on duty, Kent in the Financial Service Dept. (I didn't forgot your name ;p ), the insurance agent and all the staff and crew of Kingsway Honda. We give them business and they gave us 100% customer satisfaction. I've been having Alberto do the service writing on my repairs at Kingsway Honda and I can say that I've never dealt with someone more knowledgable and honest with auto repairs. The entire service department and all the mechanics have also done stellar jobs.

I bought the vehicle at Happy Honda and am incredibly disappointed with their service department. Other dealerships should take lessons from Kingsway Honda on how to do proper, honest, and knowledgable servicing of vehicles.

I just bought my 6th vehicle from Kingsway Honda! I have been to other Honda locations but this is by far the most professional of all of them. I have found the sales staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy or trying to up sell me. We dealt with Roy ZHANG who was a wealth of knowledge, personable and a pleasure to deal with. In the Service Department I can trust Craig LAW to be straight forward, honest and make sound recommendations. The location is spotless and offers great cappuccino's and daily newspapers. That's why I've been coming back since 2002 and will continue to do so.

Overall, the experience was pretty good with the dealership. Everyone was friendly. But the big highlight for sure was having Will Levy as the salesperson helping me. I actually met him at Kingsway Honda last year in 2014, just when he started there, and he gave me such good service then (even though I didn't end up buying a car), that this summer, a year later, I came back to the dealership just to see him and see if he could continue to help me. Will was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and about a month later, I bought a new 2015 Honda Fit!

Though there were some issues, BLIN, the new sales manager at the Pre-owned department stepped up to the plate and fulfilled the promise of fixing the crack in the car. I would say he is a man of his words. It was done so great. I would also appreciate the 2 nice lot guys for driving the car home. Finally, the car is home and we can take a look at it everyday. My son and I are satisfied with it and couldn't be any happier. Thank you so much! I would definitely come back again!

This place was very average. It took a long time to get an oil change then I had to come back to get additional serving for recall items. I wish they had told me when I booked the oil change that there was recall items so I could do one booking. Also I didnt like waiting extra time for a very mediocre to poor car wash. Too bad they didnt vacuum out the back of my van. Finally they readjusted my car settings both times which took me some fiddling to set back - not a big deal but a bit of a pain.

First time i ve dealt with a dealership to buy a car and Destination Kingsway Honda did not disappoint. Responded fast to my inquiry, gave me updates in a reasonable amount of time. Services done to the car was exceptional. Shoutouts to Don in Sales who s really patient with me during the test drive, I got my first manual car and stalled it a lot of times but he never made me felt pressured,even contacted me couple days after I got the car to check up and sent me link for the car s manual. Give that man a raise already! and to the finance team who s given me a considerable range of options. Overall it was smooth as a butter experience. Highly recommend! Well deserve 5 stars!

I don't change cars often so I can't compare a lot to other places but my overall experience here was great! Jason was the sales rep that worked with me. He provided great insight, answered all my questions and didn't put any pressure on for me to buy. If you are a first time car buyer, remember, there is room for negotiation in price and included extras!
Also be aware that all the extra warranty and extra private insurance is indeed optional.

I took my moms Honda civic to get serviced here after a bad experience at carter. Kingsway Honda was really easy to find and super convenient - just drive down the ramp off Sophia Street from 12th Ave into the building and they valet your car so you don t have to worry about parking. Went in for a tire warning light without an appointment, and while diagnosing they found that her brakes were worn and alignment was way off. They gave me the information and pricing, and various options to choose what we wanted to do based on the reports. I was in and out in 1 hr. I like how they valued my time - glad I came in!

My experience at Kingsway Honda was nothing short of pleasant. Thanks to the amazing service and help by Michael Tran, I am now a proud lease owner of 2016 Civic LX. Michael helped outline all of my options in a easy to understand and no-pressure manner which greatly helped me when it came to choosing the right car from me. From describing the differences between models and trims, test driving multiple cars, and outlining the pros and cons of both owning and leasing a vehicle, the whole process was smooth and very
easy going. He even picked me up at my place of work so that I didn't have to bus/walk to the centre. After deciding that leasing was the right option for me, he introduced me to Vik in the finance department who was also extremely helpful at outlining the different options and scenerios that were available to me. As a result of their great service, I was more than comfortable with agreeing to a lease and was incredibly happy with my new car. I would 100% recommend the two to any prospective customers in search of a new car, and will definitely be giving them my future business!

We had a very pleasant experience with Kingsway Honda with the recent trade-in and new lease of a 2018 Honda CR-V. Ari was our salesperson and he was great. He stayed in touch with us when we were planning the new lease and was accommodating with our requests. When we came in to finalize the decision to pick our vehicle he went over everything that we needed to know. Jessica and Dee in the business office were both fantastic and easy to work with. Our delivery specialist (whose name I can't quite recall) was thorough and made sure we understood how to use this fancy new car. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will recommend Kingsway Honda to our friends and family.
