Best hotel in Seoul. Only thing I can fault is the annoying elevators..
Great location next to Samsung metro station along with seamless service. Breakfast is also good for it's price. However, try to avoid the room with backward facing view as there seems to be a big difference between rear view and coex facing view.
Very good, but the price is not very high relative to the price. Good location, out of the metro station
City View King Bed. I was sick because I was too sick to stay. The overall condition was good, but the parts seemed unsatisfactory.
There are only two elevators to go up between the lobby 24th floor and to the ground 1st floor. these two elevator often delays and need to wait for a long time. other than that overall the guest room service is good.
Perfect for taking a life shot. Have a good year-end.
This is my fav hotel in Seoul. From ambience to the crowd everything is hip modern and classy.
Great location next to subway station 219, large mall with food court and supermarket at basement within 5 min walking distance. Great view and modern feel room. Great service all around.
The hotel is near to subway and with an escalator. Very convenient for travellers.
The room is spacious, simple and comfortable. With a good city view.
Breakfast is good too.
Really love the room design. Service is excellent. The only thing is depends on the room facing, it can be a bit of noisy, car from road can be loud.
Stayed here in May. Loved the gym.
Room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
everything was a top notch at park hyatt seool. the room, service and atmosphere.
Still well maintained after all these years, one of the best in seoul
I love this hotel and look forward to staying here when my work travel brings me to South Korea. The rooms are beautiful and clean; the staff is professional and friendly; the food is high quality and prepared very well; the views from the lobby on the 24th floor are terrific; and of course in this post-Psy era there is something to being in the Gangnam neighborhood.
The gym on the 23rd floor has a swimming pool, some cardo machines, and a reasonably good free weight selection for a hotel. e.g. there is a Smith machine for those of you who want to do squats or spotted bench presses. There is a bench. And, you can use the bar from the bench to do dead lifts. There are lots of dumbbells and a few kettlebells. You can get a good workout in here.
This year I stayed here on my birthday and was greeted with chocolates, macaroons, and some cookies. It was a nice touch.
I am using my suite upgrade for hitting diamond status. I must say, this place is amazing. I could live here for years. Love it.
Great stay, attentive staff, super modern room layouts. Not the most convenient location for doing things in the city unless you want to go clubbing or shopping in the most expensive districts. Pool was odd - people from the lobby can and will stare at you swimming.
A high raise hotel with great view and excellent service.
Very nice view from the restaurant. Nice conference rooms. Staff speak very good English
We loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and every detail has been carefully thought out. I can't wait to come back.
Staff are brilliant. Hotel not quite up to Park Hyatt Tokyo
This is exactly exactly the luxury & view I've hoped for. I especially requested a room that overlooks the busy intersection below for an awesome cityscape night view when I made my booking. Correspondence from the hotel was quick with a positive attitude in acknowledging my special request. Everything from arrival to checking in and service attitude have been top notch. All staff are fluent in English, extremely polite and helpful.
Unlike the conventional traveling to the hotel floors, the lobby of Park Hyatt Seoul is located at the top floor of the hotel and all rooms are located on floors beneath. So to get outside the building, you first has to travel UP to the lobby then switch elevator to get down to the ground level. This has caught most of the guests by surprise.
Beautiful hotel with very good service that is expected of a Park Hyatt Hotel
Samsung train Station In Seoul Khangnam Driving License office
The way the hotel is setup with the lobby on the 24th floor is a novel idea, but is a terrible one in practice. Having to go up to the 24th to then change elevators to "room" elevator is a pain in the arse.
The hotel is also feeling dated now and could use some upgrades to the furniture which is often worn or damaged in places. We had mold in our shower curtain. When I informed the front desk they didn't do anything or take anything off the bill. I definitely expect more for the prices they charge.
Hotel which stayed at Parnass in crossing and night color was very pretty. From the ballet to the welcome from the top floor lobby, fast room service was good. But if you go out of the room, unfamiliar circulation line that you have to stop at the upper lobby ... I liked breakfast consisting of two menus and buffets that can be ordered, but the bakery was somewhat less varied. The spa on the wife was great, the view of Samseong intersection on the 10th floor was good (again looking at Parnass), and the spacious bathtub where you can wash your child with a light fountain in front of the sm town. The entrance to the train station on the first floor was very nice .... but it felt good.
Best hotel experience ever! Spectacular view from room. Friendly and helpful staff made my visit fabulous. Definitely will stay here again next time in Seoul.
Great location and very spacious rooms. Right on top of Samseong station on Line 2. Loved the pool on 23rd floor, though a bit short (I guessed about 18m?). Nice touch of cold cuts and wine in the room upon late arrival. Not quite sure why they'd put the lobby on the top floor and you have to take a separate elevator to go down to guest rooms, but at least the gym is accessible without going through the lobby.
I stayed at the Citibook King Bed. The bathtub was so deep and it was nice to soak and relax. - Aesop amenity is very good. I also liked the new Nespresso machine and Bluetooth speakers. Overall, the lights are dark and the sound is gentle on the bed! Breakfast is the best !!
I went to the first birthday party because the Korean food was really so fantastic~ The hotel feels modern too?
Great locarion annexed to a huge mall and subway station, superior service. You will be assured that you will have a pleasant stay at this hotel upon entry.
Perfect. it would have been better if adjacent to the station
Location is excellent for city travel since it's above a subway station, but airports are far away.
Best hotel I ve ever been! Amazing views, highly professional and friendly staff. They have the best concierge services ever. I was astonished by their service and care. Some of my friends were staying in other 5 stars hotels but when they saw my room, they wished they were staying at the Park Hyatt instead. It was an amazing experience!
If I didn't have to go back to work, I would live here. Hotel workers are awesome and room is amazing. Penthouse is amazing and so is the other rooms. Book of there website though, much cheaper.
their lobby is not in 1st floor but top of building
Beautiful hotel with a great location. Employees very helpful and friendly!
A modern and pricey hotel at the center of Seoul's Gangnam area. Easy access to a subway, buses, airport limousine, and of course taxis. A huge underground shopping mall is near along with a department store, a casino, etc.
The Timber House Omakase in the basement is really delicious.
I love Park Hyatt Seoul.
Like a 6-star hotel, the service is so good.. It was nice to be able to borrow irons by type.
Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the swimming pool that day.
Take the main elbe up to the lobby level
It is very inconvenient to have to change to the room elbe.
It was nice to shop because COEX is right in front of you.
Note... kids under 6 cannot access the pool... otherwise service is exceptional...
Great location if you're planning on going shopping. Follow me on Instagram for more photos and reviews. @Sirissima
Slick, modern and good service. In need of a renovation as hardware is indeed starting to wear down.
Easy to get to. Good service. Nice suites with updated rooms. Gym has a nice view.
Favorite hotel haha Fantastic view of Samseong-dong hahaha
It was a good experience staying at this hotel. Staff were super cordial, the amenities were rather practical and I was able to use them during my trip. Their pool was good, the restaurants were very good, reasonably priced I thought. The hotel is connected to an underground mall and restaurants. Very convenient if you need to go travel southern regions of the South, then this hotel is so convenient since the bus terminal is sitting next to the hotel. I believe this hotel is under renovation now.
The view of Samseong Station Intersection, Trade Center and COEX is a big attraction. However, because of the glass structure, people who are sensitive to the sound of the car may be disturbed at night.
this is what happened when i try to sit down to work.....i am so lucky that i just dropped on the floor, not on the metal tip.
Very fancy and the floor to ceiling windows in the room is definitely the draw as the view is spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and firm and the bathroom had amazing views which demanded a soak in the bathtub while looking out at the city. The lift system is rather odd and inconvenient as you had to go to 24th floor from your room and then change elevators to get to 1st floor.
Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was centrally located across from COEX mall and city air terminal
This is a great hotel with an awesome view and a infinity swimming pool that overlooks the city of Seoul. The hotel provides you with all everything from water/milk, snacks, toothbrush/toothpaste/mouthwash, razors, varies soaps, shower caps and even a universal adapter. I stayed in the executive suite and it was not only spacious and comfortable but also had a great view. The hotel is well maintained, clean and they truly make you feel like a king/queen. The breakfast is delicious with various cereals, breads, hams, cheeses, Korean style buffet, freshly ground espressos/coffee, yogurt, freshly squeezed juices, jam, various types of eggs, and they even provide you with cute Mason Jars of jams and sauces. The most delicious breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. They truly make you feel like you're at home.
The service was good, but on my first day there was a bunch of, what I think was, pubic hair under my bed. The rest of my stay was okay
a luxurious just beside the sunway station. great gym and pool here.
Great location (right next to metro), good view from the room, nice room (especially the bathroom). I only docked because the elevator arrangement is somewhat annoying / slow. (have to go to the 24th floor and then take another elevator to your room).
Nice hotel in a good location with an impressive Coex view
Great service. Breakfast meals are great. Room is very spacious, modern and clean. No faulty items in the room. 5 mins walk from Coex Mall. Room price is kind of expensive. 4 days 3 nights = US$1350.
Great service. Lobby is on the 24th floor which is a little inconvenient.
Convenient location next to coex. Nice lunch to bring family.
The service is good and friendly. However, road noise is not completely soundproofed.
i like "cornerstone" coz dishes is good, but a little bit expensive!
Super hotel and great food. No question asked for late checkout or early checkin.
Beautiful hotel and outstanding service throughout our stay. The room we had overlooked the financial district in Seoul and we spent much time gazing out of the large windows, watching the metropolis below. The bathroom (complete with lovely Aesop products) was novel - the sink was in the main bedroom separate from the shower and bath but facing away from the bed so that it felt like a mini spa within the room. There was also a fabulous TOTO toilet in its own separate space too. The hotel itself is fantastically situated next to a metro station and opposite the largest underground mall in South Korea - the COEX. We made good use of this mall for coffees, lunches and shopping. The staff at Park Hyatt were friendly and helpful - we felt very at home there. The bar near the lobby was a very pleasant place to end our evenings as it serves great tea and cakes (as well as all sorts of other things) and plays excellent music which we found ourselves persistently Shazamming! The swimming pool was warm and relaxing and provided wonderful views over the city again. Overall I would rate this hotel very highly and recommend it wholeheartedly if you are looking to stay in Seoul.
Staff and service has always been on point, friendly, professional, punctual. Convenient location to most Seoul vicinity and min. away from the city air terminal. This is a small facility w/narrow lobby/corridors. Wish they had more morning buffet options though.
