I took my car to the dealer because my "Tire Pressure was Low" according to an indicator on my dash. So, they found a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it for a reasonable price. The people there were all very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to go back to that dealer which was "Honda of Serramonte".
It was as easy as doing grocery. I had a quote from a different dealer which was lower and it was matched no questions asked. Jose Hangad was a gem of a person and the entire process was easy and really systematic. Five stars all the way

It seems like a lot of trial and error when getting something fixed here which can be incredibly frustrating. In two instances I've had expensive unnecessary work done to find out later that the work I needed would be something else and, of course, is just as expensive as the extra unnecessary work I had already done. Really nice people but really expensive and you might end up paying for a lot more than you'd expect.
My girlfriend and I had been talking about getting a new car for some time now. We talked about our options, which dealerships to go to, and who we know that could help us get the best deal possible. The first place we decided to go to was Honda serramonte. We did not end up going anywhere after that. Constance helped us and got us everything we ever wanted in a car. She took care of us. Although the perfect experience would be one with straight logic and no negotiation, this experience came closest. I asked or straight out lease, no games, no haggle on car I wanted. Came in with researched model/advertised leasing prices. Got nearly all I needed. Sales rep was great- he listened and tried his best. Transaction time was reduced to a reasonable slice of time with my specific demand of how leasing/purchasing a car should not take so much of one's time.

First time buying and car and had a horrible experience. I went to look at a car at night and test drove it. The sales person (Zahi Abukhader) told me the car was in great shape, clean title, new tires, new brakes and gave me just about every reason why I should purchase the car. That night I was about to purchase the car, but then was told that unless I purchased the warranty ($300), I could not get the car. I obviously told them I would not buy the car if I needed to purchase the warranty. It sounded sketch to me, so I left and then the next day they called me and told me they would let me purchase the car without the warranty, so I told them I would purchase the car, but since I had come from an hour away I wanted the car washed and a full tank of gas which the Zahi told me they would do. When I got there again around sunset, they told me they weren't able to wash the car or fill up the tank because they thought I wasn't going to purchase the vehicle after I had told them that day I would be coming in to purchase the vehicle. Anyways, I still took the car and later came to find out the car was actually in an accident, but it wasn't salvage and the reason I found out was because there was a rattling noise the next day coming from the front driver side. I took it to the mechanic and he told me the car had been in an accident and the shocks were shot and some of the suspension components were worn. Not only that, when I saw it in daylight, the paint was all scratched and it had a quarter sized dent in the hood as well as several 1-2 inch scratches on the sides from when it was in an accident. There are so many things that happened where they did not care for me as a client. They only wanted to sell the car at any costs.

Bad Experience... Bad Service Advisor, Bad Manager. It took 8hrs for Oil Change only, 8am - 4pm. Razo the service Advisor lying to his teeth, Manager who doesn't seem to care for my concern.
-Extremely friendly and courteous. -Diagnosed and fixed problem on my 2003 Civic Si. -Only problem was my service advisor called in sick the day after I dropped off car and there was a significant delay in finding out the status of my vehicle. When I called and expressed my frustration one of the people who answered my call hung up on me(this was after being left in limbo and having to call back twice).
Well, when I got there to service my car. Randel was service advisor. I asked him how long for the oil change and put air on my tires. He answered 5:30ish, because they were busy at that moment. My appointment was 3:30pm. Then I asked him if the shuttle still available. He said that the last pickup was 4:30pm. So I decided just to hangout there in the waiting room. At 5:00pm, I checked my car to the receptionist and she instructed me to ask my service advisor, so that s what I did. Randel was already doing my paperwork and the service was done. He was very helpful and made recommendations about my car. Anyway, bottom line, he did an excellent job.

We purchased our car in 2009 and had taken it to them for service up to this date. We have been serviced most of the time by Oliver but there is also Darrell who is also great. Would recommend Honda of Colma with my eyes closed.

The dealer run my credit check and didn't provide me a paper showing credit core and orally told me a fake credit score which is low. I tried to dispute this improper credit application process with their finance office half month later when it gave me some hard inquiries and the lady is very rude too and refuse to recall this credit check. (I've spoken with their general manager Patrick, he is very responsible, he carefully review and understand my request and try to provide the right service and answer to address the issue.)

Very bad service. They took 30 minutes to get back at us while we where waiting for a test drive, just to tell us that the car had been damaged a week before in a car crash. After still being interested in the car and wanting updates on the repair of the car, which we never got, we find out 2 weeks later that they sold the car to a person who did not even look at the car.
Amazing service! Took my car right the day after I had to leave it there (it was Sunday) and called me as much as needed to check I agreed with every step they were taking to fix it. I'd be back there every single time I had an issue!!
Brought in our 2007 Fit for a service evaluation.(Front end suspension was knocking) Paid $150 (non-refundable fee) to diagnose the problem; service gal says one of her 'most reliable' service techs is looking at our vehicle .
After sitting in the lounge for FIVE f******* hours, and being told it's almost diagnosed, the gal finally tells me; "we have found the problem - we will need to tear down the front end suspension complete, cost to repair is $ 2350.00, and will take approximately 10 -12 shop hours .
I declined this nonsense and searched for a SECOND OPINION from another shop. I went to an independent shop in San Francisco. I had this independent shop owner look into my front end issue. It wasn't easy. My wait time at this shop and fix-it time altogether came to 4 hours .. BUT- The guy IS HONEST, AND he actually found the root cause of the noise on the front end suspension. The repair came to ---------- $ 134.00
I took my paperwork back to honda serramoonty, and showed the service manager what my 150 dollar diagnosis for a potential 2300 dollar repair snow-job from an INEXPERIENCED TECH was about to do to me. Great Fkn' work. A55wads. Real nice ..
I asked the service manager for a refund for an incorrect diagnosis. I ended up getting a 'store credit' at this dealership. I used the credit for a spare key-- which I received one full key and one valet key. Basically, I just spent FIVE to SIX HOURS being jerked off and being forced to spend my hard earned money at their shop for the computer-chip keys .
Looking forward to purchasing one, or possibly two Hondas within the next 16 months. NOT at serramoonty hoonda . We're going to VICTORY HONDA first, then Anderson. And also San Francisco. Last stop will be El Cerrito Honda ..
Don't waste your valuable time here. They do not understand quality customer service . AND, the techs here are lame compared to the techs at El Cerrito, San Francisco, and Anderson. I personally know two El Cerrito employees who reverse commute to that dealership from the dc-south city area, and they tell me to stop in anytime ...
As with all of my previous visits, I had an appointment for car maintenance (e.g., oil change) and still had to wait 30 minutes before someone helped me and another 15 minutes before my car was processed (total of 45 minutes) even though there were no other cars ahead of me.
Other than the long wait, the person who helped me was helpful and friendly.
Teddy Mui always greets me with a smile. He promptly does paperwork. In no time, he calls to let me know that my car was done. Highly recommended. I shall return.

I just bought a brand new 2015 Honda Civic at Honda of Serramonte. I was very impressed with Jose who was super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. My shopping experience there was 5 star as they gave me a very good price for my car and the best part was no haggle!! I negotiated a spoiler to be put on and Jose took great care to keep me in contact when my spoiler came in and scheduled it to be installed on a day that was convenient for me. They had a shuttle to take me to a mall to shop while the car is serviced and Jose even drove my car to the mall to pick me up when it was done. The customer service was beyond my expectation! I'm very happy with my new car! Honda of Serramonte just won me over as a loyal customer.

Wings also is not a pushy salesperson. He answer your questions, let you test drive the car, give you his business card and let you walk away. He doesn't demand for a sale like a lot of other car salesman. A lot of other car salesman always say, if you walk out the door now, you don't get this great deal anymore.
They have many cars to choose. Don't let the size of the dealership lot deceive you. They can drive you to another lot with a least another few hundred of cars. This means if you don't see the car you want at the dealer lot, tell them to drive you to another lot to pick your model or options.
Radley was very detailed on the work that was to be done on my car which is always appreciated. Car was done when they told me it was going to be done. Everything was pretty much in and out.
My new 2017 CR-V interior lights wouldn't come on unless you turn the car on. They thought I was doing something wrong but then they realized there wasn't any power at all on, headlights wouldn't come on at all unless the the push button start was activated They fixed it after doing some reset and said they never saw problem before. Love the car now!
Josemaria Castro was excellent and not pushy like other salesman there. I've been to the location several times and feel like I get harassed to look at a vehicle. I wanted to take my time and Josemaria knew that and worked around it. Very very knowledgeable about the car I had picked to test drive. Taught me how to use the features because it was a Civic Touring. I fell in love with the car right away! Once we decided that we were going to purchase the vehicle, he made it very easy and it went back so quickly. Honestly, it was the faster service of ever buying a car. I literally was there for abOut 2-3 hours maybe less. I had both my kids with me so it actually didn't seem long. Process was smooth and I feel very confident about our purchase. The next day he texted us saying we had to redo DMV paperwork because our names were too long, hahaha. But I appreciated the fact that he came on our time and to our home so that we didn't have to go all the way back. Honestly, great customer service and hopefully when we do decide to buy another car, Josemaria will still be there!

It was fine. Radley took excellent care of me. I appreciate the round trip ride home/Honda even though I was 3 miles beyond service area. Costs are always an issue for a senior on fixed income - but it's all a part of life. I used to work in the auto biz so I know full well "sticker shock". And I believe Radley gave my repairs careful consideration to save me some costs.
Eric was really professional and personable and made sure to take care of a battery issue I was having. The manager came over and was very helpful and resourceful and they both went the extra mile in taking care of me. I got a 5 year warranty on a new battery and am happy!

I actually live on the other side of the coast (East Coast) and discovered the vehicle I wanted on Honda's official site was located in this dealer. I immediately contacted the dealer and they worked with me to solidify the deal. I worked with a few different people, but it was amazing how they all shared the same sense of professionalism and eagerness to assist me.

Service/Repair: They are honest in what is wrong and always do a good job but, as a dealer, they will charge you more than double what many other highly rated quality shops in the area charge for the same service. They also tend to be overly cautious so they usually suggest additional preventative maintenance/replacements. Also don't forget it will cost you $150 just for them to take a look at your problem (without any work done). That is not applied as a discount to any needed repairs that other repair shops will generally offer.
