The guy I got was aggressive and brought out the worst in me. He refused to accept the fact that I had informed Jamie Davis Towing I did NOT need his services.

When I called to complain, they said it s just been a bad day for everyone.

It s no excuse. I ve done customer service for years and I always plaster a happy face and attitude even if I m miserable.

Nobody deserves this. Next time I m going to Hope Towing. Never had a problem with them.

When I Googled "Coastline Towing" Jamie's company came up. I am not sure if this is associated with Jamie's Company, but on Saturday, a green flat deck tow truck / car hauler (empty at the time) made extremely dangerous driving moves on the Trans Canada highway, which not only put my life (and my passenger's life), in danger, but continued behavior then jeopardized many other vehicles on the highway. If you hire a green tow truck with the name COASTLINE on the side, run and hide, they have no respect for your well being or that of other motorists. Jamie, if this is one of your trucks, this driver is a liability to you, and if it is not one of your trucks, great, and maybe you know who they are.

Love the show and all the aggravation that Jaime has to deal with. Drove the Coq in winter 20 years ago and never saw snow come down so hard and so fast! Love Al Quiring too.

I love the show. I have a lot of respect for them, in that they are always helping people out while risking their own lives.

Watch this show on tv. I am a long haul trucker and highly respect the tow truck drivers and operators..Thanks guys and gals for doing what you do...10 stars

What a great show I am a trucker of over 40years living in england but jamies lads go above and beyond the call of duty to help people like me adam a real star keep on trucking lads cheers hope to visit in the near future

Love Jaime and the show . So skilled at what they do . They care for there staff and have good quality trucks . It annoys me how there s a few out there trying to ruin there review rating . Commercial sabotage prob . There s like 99 percent 5 star then 2 or 3 one star trashed reviews . Sad that some ppl resort to this . It s Childish

I tried twice to get quotes from these guys and they could never bother to get back to me. And he sits there and whines about having to downsize because of lack of business. Other companies got back to me right away and the long haul tows went to other companies.

Awesome crew that has their priorities straight. Keep the episodes coming. I live in Denver and drive through the Rockies on interstate 70 in the winter. These guys are brave. Hope to travel the highway thru hell someday. Keep up the good work Jaime.

Hey Jamie Davis if you're ever looking for a good Wilder I'll be available I've been working in a Metal Fab shop for 30 years been a welder for about 18 years I am certified MIG welder in the USA and also got certified to Canadian welding standards I work now for a company called American stair I don't know if you would know but we are a company that help build the Edmonton Oilers stadium so if you're ever looking for a good welder or a Metal Fab Guy I could do it all I would really need for tools is a MIG welder and acetylene oxygen torch I'll fix anything to where it never even happened

Shysters tried to steal my car. Their dispatcher did not know the location of their yard in Chilliwack. Charged too much money and were very rude. Only good thing is that they have a decent dog in their yard. Abandoning your car is probably easier than dealing with this company.

Love your show. Sister Ann met you and says you are a real nice guy. Hope the show continues as it is very informative and real. Keep rescuing people and big trucks and we will keep watching.

He gets snowed in his own yard and doesn't have a way to get out buy a loader to push snow or put a plow on one of your 1 ton trucks. His son Brandon is so lazy he's has know work ethic what so ever. When there's a bad crash no safety at all the police want the road open now with safety it put on the back burner safety should be first and foremost for the ones cleaning up the accident. If the weather and roads are that bad the roads should be Closed to traffic that's what they do in the States I drive truck over the road seen it all been in the game for 20 years if the roads are that bad park it no load is worth your life or anyone else safety first.

Yeah never got to go there we were too late took too much time it was way out of the way but I still enjoy the show a great show

I'm from Chicago and I've been watching highway through hell on Netflix, And I give you guys a lot of credit from Jimmy to Adam and Bruce may RIP that he with the tow truck gods. You guys sacrifice a lot to leave your family behind because I know I am a truck driver and I leave my family behind. As well I know my job is dangerous but what you guys to as beyond dangerous that's why I give you guys huge respect keep up the good work and keep on truck.

Just because he has a t.v. show doesn't mean you will end up on it so don't be worried about calling in.
When I was in shock his crew was able to calm my nerves and put a smile on my face.

called them, they were fair. Other tow company in Hope refused to come help... said it was too late for them Appreciated the help for Jamie Davis, the came out himself after midnight.

Great at towing, less so at fixing vehicles.
My 90 Toyota truck broke down on the Coq and was towed into Hope by Jaime Davis. Amazing small town hospitality to a couple stranded in Hope. My truck sat in the yard being 'fixed' for a week before I lost patience and arranged to have it towed to Disturbed Industries in Abbotsford, who specializes in Toyotas. $1200 later in parts, shop fees, and towing, my truck is still non-functional, but at least it is in a pair of hands I can trust.

Love the service they provide and go to extreme lengths to help others eh, provided that they do everything that they do, it's worth a call, Thank you Jamie Davis Towing!

Always quick to help, and a very professional team to make the whole process of getting your car towed less stressful. Grateful for them.

Jamie Davis. Big time TV show star on Highway Thru Hell vant even afford to have his office open on weekends. Employees are polite and helpful, but jamie himself has some of the worst manners ive ever seen not to mention his service. How this guy runs a business is beyond me.

I'll love the show. I watch it every night! Bruce is the best, you gotta get him back!
