Our Honda CRV wouldn t start in the morning and called car insurance and a truck jumped our car to get it running. Went to Honda with no appointment and Bobbie helped me. He was very attentive to my concerns and a diagnostic test was done. He called me within time frame and he told me what the problem was and that I could get my car in the afternoon. Appreciate Bobbie s attentiveness and prompt service for my car. Totally recommend Honda of Serramonte for service.
