I worked with Honda of Serramonte to buy an Odyssey - I worked with Joey (Jose) and he was great. He gave me a quote over the phone and send it to me which I was able to take in, pick out the car quickly, and get through paperwork fast (my hubby only had an hour so paperwork had to be done fast and they were able to accommodate us). He also walked me through the car and showed me all the features when he handed the car over (none of which was necessary on his part but was super helpful for me)! Will def. go back for any Honda needs I have in the future!

He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met - even exceeded. I certainly didn't expect to have my car washed but it was. Came in to service because my AC coolant was leaking. I was told that warranty covered it and it did. But they didn't have the part. 2 weeks went by and no call from my advisor so i called myself and the part was there for who knows how long. I showed up and Darrell took care of me and expressed his apology for the miscommunication. Great, friendly person. He knows his knowledge and works very hard. Thank you!!

This is our first family SUV we bought and we had a great experience. I shopped around for while for the new Honda Pilot Touring and no one was willing to deal. I got a few quotes from other dealers and got a rate I like but not the color. So when I approached Zahi @ Serramonte Honda he said come in and they will honor the rate. I was so exited we told him we were on our way and he saved the car for us. Buying experience was good like any other purchase you got to make sure everything is in order. No pressure at all to buy any kind of warranty I actually wanted it knowing these cars are mostly electronic you should really look into getting this.

All in all great sales team and finance team I would definitely recommend this dealership and team. Look for Zahi when you step inside he will take care of you!!!

Great service when buying the car, anything else is terrible! Air conditioning broke after 2 years, regardless of the fact that we have a 5 year warranty they still charged us $160 to fix it. They didn't call us when the car was done, we had to call them over and over and over again and always got voicemail, so that shuttle that was supposed to pick us up....ye.... we ubered. Never taking my car back to them.

I bought a 2007 Subaru forester from Honda of Serramonte and was basically sold a lemon in the making. It was my mistake for not taking the car to a Subaru store to have checked out, but i have already had to put in more than half the cars value in work.
Honda of Serramonte assured me that the car had a full multi point inspection to take care of any issues before the car was ready to sell. I have run into several engine misfiring issues that cause low RPM sutters. The greasy salesman in there told me when i was test driving it, that the noises and thumps i have been hearing were characteristic of "just how horizontally opposed engines drive". After having the car for a month the check engine light came on and was told by a Subaru dealership that the ECU was flashed a week before i bought the car.
I have had the car now for just at a year and was not aware of Lemon rights.
This dealership will do whatever it takes to get you in the vehicle, and its clear that they do not properly prepare vehicles for resale.

The sales department is amazing especially liang. She helped us throughout the whole process from financing to even showing us the car when it was pouring. I would not recommend however there cleaning department. When they cleaned and got the car it had minor marks and we had to send it back again. Liang however made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Took a used car that's still under warranty in for investigation/repair. Service advisor was able to understand my concerns and quickly decided that the matter was indeed under warranty coverage. Repair was done in 3 days. Will take the car back for regular maintenance.

I had a terrible experience here. Avoid like the plague. After telling my salesperson that my timeframe for purchasing a car was within the next 3 months he refused to allow me to test drive a second vehicle stating that "I need to test drive the car within 1 week of purchasing". I thought he was kidding and had just went to get the keys but after sitting around the waiting room for 20 minutes I went and found him to ask and he re-stated the same line. At that point I gave him back his card and walked out. I have been test driving cars of every make (trying to decide what to buy) for two weeks and this is the first time I have had a salesperson just stop helping me because they didn't think I was going to buy a car that day. If they are this bad when you are trying to give them money think how fun it will be to get a warranty claim worked on.

Horrible Experience!! They posted a Mercedes Benz s550 on their site and the next day I contacted ZAHI ABUKHADER about it because it was exactly what I was looking for. He said it was still there so we drove the next day after it was posted which was a 3 hour drive on a Saturday to go and look at it. We spent 2 hours talking about it and looking at everything, test driving etc. There were some things that needed to be done to the car before it was ready to go and we were fine with that because ZAHI ABUKHADER had promised that it was going to be held for us while it was being detailed and repaired. ZAHI ABUKHADER promised us about 10 times over the course of our visit in person that it was going to be fixed throughout the week and he would keep us updated on it daily. We left the dealership with confidence in ZAHI ABUKHADER because he had told us many times he would hold it and that even if somebody else came to look at it we would be the first to know and be able to say we want it so they couldn t sell it to anybody else. Eventually, we finished talking and left the dealership with confidence and planning on coming back the following weekend because that is when ZAHI ABUKHADER told us it would be done. ZAHI ABUKHADER then told me on Tuesday that it was going to be sent out to the specialist the next morning to get everything finalized and wrapped up. Sadly, that was never the case and he sent us a message the next day at night saying it was sold when that morning it was supposed to be sent out to the specialist and that he had no control because another one of his co workers sold it. All the promises he had made and trust he earned was then instantly lost. Not only did he lie about holding it but then we went ahead and contacted the General Manager and he told us ZAHI ABUKHADER was the one who sold it. He lied multiple times in person and over the phone! Never in my life have I experienced such an unprofessional and unclassy salesman! I can t believe I m writing such a horrible review when Saturday all I had to say about this dealership was positive. Purchased from many different dealerships in my life and this one was truly the worst and most disappointing by far! Wish there was a button for a ZERO star because I do not even think ONE star is worthy.

He even gave me a 10% discount since I didn't have any coupons. My car was in and out in about an hour. I plan on going back to Honda of Serramonte for all of my car services.

He truly cares about the safety of his clients. He was very pleasant and knew what he was talking about. Go TO YELP FOR FULL STORY!Buyer's beware! These professional manipulators will lie to your face and hide a lot from you. I went here ready to buy a brand new car. The finance manager Jimmy corhorsed me into getting a used car with only 22k miles on it. It was EVERYTHING I wanted. Leather seats, heated seats, Sun roof, v6 engine. Now the car was listed $16,995. But, Jimmy talked me into financing THE car with a 12.45% interest rate, which means that I would have paid a total of $27,950.00 if I had not paid the car off. I decided to pay the car off 30 days from drive off out the lot, after realizing I was lied too and tricked into a car note!That is crazy right? Because it was night when Purchasedthe car I missed some minor damage and tiny dents by the passengers rear view mirror, until I had signed all my paper and they brought the car out washed up. I noticed the chrome wasn't clean and dull looking, so they took the car back and buffed it out and got it cleaned up. When I noticed the damage my sales guy Kirby brushed it off as it's minor. BUT IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME! Needless to say, me and my son had been there for over 4 to 6 hours no dinner and we were hungry and tired so, under duress and lies I fell into this car deal,just ready to go home and feed my son and myself. I even offered Jimmy and Kirby I could COME back tomorrow, they said this car will be gone by then. I just wanted a good car and a great deal. Before I signed the deal I asked them if this was a local owner? My sales guy Kirby said yes. I believed him and TRUSTED them. When we left the dealership it was 8 or 9pm mind you the dealership closes at 6pm.So, we were mentally exhausted no one even offered us any food. WE CAN GET YOU IN THIS CAR TONIGHT WE HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST, THESE ARE THE LIES THEY TELL YOU. I GAVE them a very hefty cash down payment with a $500.00 trade in on my old 2001 Honda Accord with 150k miles but ran good. We were tired and ready to go home in our new car. It was around 930pm when we finally got home, upon driving down our small hill garage area "WE COULD HEAR THE BRAKES CRYING"! I WAS MODIFIED AND COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ENDING DEAL. THE VERY NEXT DAY I TEXTED AND CALLED AND EMAILED THE FINANCIAL MANAGER JIMMY AND THE SALESMAN KIRBY. NO ONE EMAILED ME BACK. KIRBY texted me back but it was Christmas holidays & New Year's holiday and we were being wrongfully evicted from our HOME so, I was stressed & swapped as a single disable mother. KIRBY was gone the month of Feb. 2020 so, last Thursday March 12th, 2020 I had an appointment to finally get my brakes fixed. To only find out this Serremonte Honda dealership was going to try to take advantage of me and tell me I am responsible for the brakes. I explained to them the situation on March 12th 20 and Jeric in the service dept.Tried to tell me a long list of things that needed repaired attached to the brake repairs.
I was side swapped & dumbfounded when The repair dept.Tried to tell me the brakes were wear & tear on the vehicle & I was going to responsible for paying for all repairs.

Extremely bad customer care! The sales person told me not not waste his time! What the hell? Is this the best customer service! There is always a nice way to behave to customers no matter what. I went to so many car dealers and he was only person so rude. I was almost ready to purchase the car but his one sentence don t waste my time changed my mind. There are so many other car dealers in the city. Why to buy from a rude place who doesn t give respect to customers. Never go back to this place ever!

I just wanted to say that Zahi was a big help when purchasing our 2016 Honda Pilot. Zahi showed us how to use the car and its features. When it came to signing the paper work the finance person (so sorry forgot his name!) was very clear about how much we were paying and when it came to warranties and other protection he did not pressure us to buy; instead he provided us with as much information as possible so that we could make an informative decision. Zahi then came back and walked us to our car. He congratulated us and said to call him back personally if we needed anything. All in all a great experience.

Everything about the sales process was excellent and straightforward. We had Andy as our salesman and he was superb! These guys are a volume dealership - so they are real pros and won't jerk you around. Despite my very specific set of features I wanted, they gave me an excellent price on the car. We were in and out in just a short period of time with a brand new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda.

I would like to thank Serramonte Honda and Bobby Santos, Service Consultant at Serramonte Honda, in particular for a fast and reliable service of my 2016 Honda Civic Touring. Bobby was very professional and nice. My car's A/C stopped blowing cold air and he gave me an honest estimate of the cost in case if the warranty didn't cover it. Mechanics found out that the problem was in a condenser's hairline fracture with no sign of outside impact. Warranty covered the part replacement and coolant recharge. They had the part in stock so in couple of hours I was leaving the dealership with the new part installed and coolant added at zero cost to me. I was even offered to have my car washed. Again I would like to thank Bobby and everyone at Honda for great service. Keep up with good work.

Marcin is a professional, genuine & fair and he made the negotiating straightforward and he even saved me money. Honda was extremely professional from the beginning to the end!

I called and easily scheduled my first appointment over the phone. One day before my service date I had to call in and reschedule and they were very accommodating and fit me in a couple days later.

Right when I brought my car in an employee greeted me at my door, took my keys and whisked my car away. It was a complementary service since my car was brand new. They explained clearly what was going to be done to my car and even offered me a car wash!
In less than one hour, I helped my self to some coffee and watched tv in their lounge and my car was ready to go! I could've went to another Honda a mile away from my home but I don't mind driving a little further to Honda Serramonte for their superior service and quality work!

But with the help of Charles Pruitt - Sales Consultant he insert we was making a good buy! Now I have to say once we had the car for 1 day we started to have problems with the car, so I called Charles Pruitt - Sales Consultant and have to say Charles, Sales Manager and Service Manger all have taken car of any of the problems we have had with the car. I have to say that Honda of Serramonte really do care about there customers! We could not be more happy with our purchase!
