When was online checked the prices and coupons for...

When was online checked the prices and coupons for oil changed for $59.88 was OK but after they gave me the car back was $90.12 .I asked the advisor why is different from the price saw online he said the price is for Manual engine car. After came to my house I check the prices online dealer and didn't say is for Manual car. Don't know why you guys changes this prices like that and not respect the prices given online is not fair that's why I'm disappointed and angry.Thanks!!

Of the Honda dealership service center, this is below average. They don't really have a business center to do work. They have really slow Wi-Fi and no place to plug in and do work. If you planning to work from here, it is not a good experience.

Prices are marked up in a big way. They do have all the parts, so you can get everything done in one trip. Their advisors will push you get more services than you need. For example, they asked me to get a timing belt changed even though it's only been 30k miles since the last one.

Staff is generally friendly. The advisors are really professional. The people that check you in usually have no clue; I asked them if I could get my service done in one day and the lady had a puzzled look on her face. If you want some that knows something, ask a service advisor.

Mr. Alex Cheung helped me get the exact car we want. Not just that, his pricing was very upfront and fair. He was one of the few who gave a fair quote upfront before I started from my place to get the car. Now after getting the quote and reaching the dealership, he just wasn't all about selling car and getting things done with. He actually brought the car in front asked me to take a test drive, explained each and every feature of the car in much detail. Trust me no-one else gave a better explanation of all features of car before him. I took almost 5 test drives of same or similar car models.

After that Sales process was pretty smooth a little bit of price negotiation and then quick & easy paperwork from Mr. Ken Luk. He did explain all the Honda Product services after that in we were on our way home with brand new car.

While I was leaving with the car Alex's Manager made sure that Alex did all the checks necessary and asked for if I was satisfied with the purchase and if he could do any answer any additional questions I have.

And forgot to add, later on whenever I had paperwork and Finance related questions Mr. Ken Luk was pretty prompt to answer them on email even at 9 PM. Kudos!!

Overall I would highly recommend this dealership.

First let me stated - I will never return to this ...

First let me stated - I will never return to this dealer to have my car serviced again. Not all repairs made were qualified, I asked for explanations of work done - not explained by the service representative. The fact he didn';t really even know what he was talking about and assumed that as a car owner of my vehicle didn't know anything about my vehicle. They double charged me for the same work after it was competed and stated it was done AFTER the multi-point inspection but the reason they found the issue was due to the multi point exception. I asked when was the inspection done - answer - after we did the intial work? Really? They changed my oil, flushed and replaced my transmission fliud and aligned my tires - THEN did the inspection and found my shocks "leaking" - what I have no idea then after that repair - charged me again for alignment of my tires. Yea - something doe NOT seem right about that to anyone with common sense. As a long time returning customer some of these avoidable charges could have been avoided if I was called to address the repair and costs. Also as a +10 year returning customer I would have though the first cost of alignment could have been gratis as a courtesy for spending +$2000.00 on parts and labor. Unneeded repairs later billed - replacement of headlight bulb, not needed since I inspected it the day of repairs and they were fine. Battery terminal cleaning - again not needed but billed in the fine print. Lastly with the major repairs I was never called on the completion of my work or that it would not be completed same day after leaving my vehicle on site for 11 hours. I had to leave and come back the next day and the only answers I received from my representative was - "That is how goes". Since I am so loyal and had brought my vehicle all the way form San Jose 9 est 40 miles) to have them continue service - this was a very inconvenient. This type of unwarranted cost and unqualified repair to ANY customer is not acceptable. I did not know Honda of Serramonte was hurting for money but this type of business would reflect that attitude towards their core base customers. You lost me on this one. My next compliant is to the California Department of Consumer Affairs - Bureau of Automotive Repair

Honda Serramonte was great in helping us regarding seat covers. They dont have it but we can order. instead the clerk recommended the spray cleaner and when.i sprayed and scrub , wow the seat is like new. beautiful thanks Honda store of Serramonte.

Had an 11:30 appointment on a Friday for my car to be serviced. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and waited in a pretty full line of cars waiting to be serviced as well with appointments. Long story short, they did not end up taking my car in from repair till 12:40! That's over an hour wait!! I wish that they would of just let me leave the car as soon as I arrived instead of being stuck hostage! Service and staff were great, just wish they wouldn't over book.

I had very good experience with Honda Serramonte. I reached a lease deal with one of their sales through text. Then when I went the dealership, there was no surprise at all. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

They do the job that they say they'll do. I always go with an appointment and even then it's busy. Sometimes it takes longer then the estimated completion time and I have to call to check on my car. But I go back. They always let me use the coupons for service I get in my email and sometimes their promotions are better then my coupons.

Without a doubt the most pleasant new car purchase experience I've ever had. I went to Honda of Serramonte with an aggressive offer from a competing dealer in hand, and they quickly met it (even though their "Sonic Price" wasn't that far off). I had prepared myself for the "hard sell" on the extended warranty, but a single "no" was sufficient to curtail the discussion. Hopefully it will be a while before I'm in the market again for a new car, but when I am, I'll be heading back to Serramonte.

Had a great experience purchasing my car in this dealership. I started out getting an online quote and was fortunate enough to get Matthew Richardson to work with me. My circumstance was a little usual in that I didn't just show up in the parking lot and wanted to buy a car. Matthew listened to my requests and went the extra mile to make sure I got the car. Even after when the deal was already done, he went out of his way to walk me through all the features in the car and make sure all of my questions were answered. If you're ever in this dealership to purchase a car and expect excellent customer service, look for Matthew.

The sales guy, Kirby was super helpful and nice, but the finance guy Dennis ... well he almost lost the sale for Kirby. When you are paying $25,700 for a car, cash, you don't expect a member of the Honda team to be rude. There are a lot of Honda dealerships, and they matched Serramonte's deal, so I had choices. I came close to walking out. Dennis was obviously bothered about something, nothing I did, but he needs to be a little more polite with people bringing business to Honda of Serramonte.

Our experience at Honda of Serramonte was FANTASTIC. We were provided excellent service from our guy, Wei. At no point during the buying process did we feel pressured or manipulated (even giving us an opportunity to make multiple test runs with our new 2019 Honda Accord Sport). He took the time to walk us through everything and provided his own professional expertise when we needed it. He was able to match a great deal we received at another dealership and we took our business here because the service here was top-notch.

Expedient process. Replaced my airbag without any issues. Instead of waiting in their lobby, their shuttle service took me to a nearby shopping center so I could run my errands. If I have to get my car tended to, this is the place to do it, they take great care of their customers.

The passenger air bag cover was covered with foot printed and grease after the recall service.
It looks like someone took out the air bag cover and left it on floor while working on the passenger air bag recall and step on the cover and put it back with foot printed and grease on it.

Excellent customer service, the person who helped me was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to do extra unnecessary things. My appointment was for recall only and we really appreciated the complementary multi service inspection. It was actually free, no hidden costs. It was the best Honda service station I have ever been to and I have been to many.

Oil change experience from last week.
Arrived for appointment at 8am. Both wait lines were empty so i thought great thats gonna be quick. Brian quoted me for 1 hour since its pretty early and theres almost nobody there yet. Didnt wan't to come as impatient so waited 90 minutes before going to check on the service, at that time was told its gonna be another HOUR since they are "really busy". Total wait time 2 hours 45 minutes.
Will take my business somewhere else next time.

Our experience at serramonte honda was quite pleasant, Matt our salesperson was very helpful and professional he answered all our questions and he helped us to find a car within our budget, and also the manager was very helpful in finding us the best financing and payment plan that suits our needs. Best of all there were no high pressure selling unlike other dealers we've visited. As far as the Jeep, my wife is getting used to it, though the Jeep Compass would not of been my first choice, nor second, specially after reading reviews on it that was not very pleasant reading, but that's my fault for not researching ahead of time. It does run and drive well however, just have to go easy with it, I think it will be fine for a while.

They asked me to provide my credit information while I was going to pay using debit card, when I refused to answer questions like "where do you work" or "how much do you make" they asked me to pay by cashier check instead of card and sold the car to someone else while I was getting a cashier check (I had an appointment with them the next day I said I'm buying the car). I've never experienced such bad service

They even are liars (in the reply here). My appointment wasn't "tentative", I had an appointment with them the next day in the evening (it's 30 miles drive for me, I couldn't be there earlier) .
They offered me options for payment: pay the cashier check the next day, which I was going to do and told them I would come tomorrow. They could at least try to contact me before selling the car to someone else (this is how customer service works). I drove 30 miles one way twice just to see the car and purchase it, and they didn't even try to contact me when someone else decided to check the car (and I'm not talking about keeping the car at least few hours while I was getting my cashier check)

I came in with a specific car in mind (Honda Pilot) that I found on their website. I had hoped to test drive it and be able to work out a deal using a pre-approval loan that I got from my credit card company.
The car drove well for a bigger car. It was in great condition with low miles! Ken and Yang worked to meet my needs in a very efficient manner. It took a total of about three hours for me to sign the paperwork, transfer stuff to the Pilot, and drive off the lot. They were patient and were never pushy with the transaction! All in all, it was a great experience and I got an amazing car! I would definitely come back if needed!

I bought a used car and paid outright for it. I had a great friendly experience there actually and the Staff was great However, 2 stars for 2 reasons.

1. They pulled my credit even know I was paying for it outright. Hard pull I would have rather not had.

2. Service tech whoever changed the oil, left the oil cap off. I ended up driving home 40 miles on the freeway with the cap off . I had to spend an additional $150 bucks for a new oil change, cap , and cleanup. Whole engine compartment and underside of vehicle was coated in oil. Not sure of any long term damage at this point.

I went there on a Saturday, without an appointment, to get an oil change. I expected to have to wait but I guess I underestimated the amount of time I'd wait for them to even see my car. I got there at 9AM, was told to come back at 1PM to drop off my car, and that my car would be ready by 2PM. Despite the absurd wait time, everyone was really friendly and accommodating. My car was ready right on schedule and the process was easy and simple, but next time I'd prefer to schedule an early appointment or go to a less crowded location.
