Of the Honda dealership service center, this is below average. They don't really have a business center to do work. They have really slow Wi-Fi and no place to plug in and do work. If you planning to work from here, it is not a good experience.
Prices are marked up in a big way. They do have all the parts, so you can get everything done in one trip. Their advisors will push you get more services than you need. For example, they asked me to get a timing belt changed even though it's only been 30k miles since the last one.
Staff is generally friendly. The advisors are really professional. The people that check you in usually have no clue; I asked them if I could get my service done in one day and the lady had a puzzled look on her face. If you want some that knows something, ask a service advisor.
