Terrible service, arrogant sellers. They asked me to provide my credit information while I was going to pay using debit card, when I refused to answer questions like "where do you work" or "how much do you make" they asked me to pay by cashier check instead of card and sold the car to someone else while I was getting a cashier check (I had an appointment with them the next day I said I'm buying the car). I've never experienced such bad service

They even are liars (in the reply here). My appointment wasn't "tentative", I had an appointment with them the next day in the evening (it's 30 miles drive for me, I couldn't be there earlier) .
They offered me options for payment: pay the cashier check the next day, which I was going to do and told them I would come tomorrow. They could at least try to contact me before selling the car to someone else (this is how customer service works). I drove 30 miles one way twice just to see the car and purchase it, and they didn't even try to contact me when someone else decided to check the car (and I'm not talking about keeping the car at least few hours while I was getting my cashier check)
