That's the only reason we stepped into your dealership. 2nd reason we stayed and made a purchase was for the excellent service Brandon Burney provided to us. I am writing a review specifically for David Petrosyan. About one week ago I went to Honda Pasadena for a 2014 Honda Accord drive test with David Petrosyan, and feel more comfortable with his answer and care compared to my experience with other dealer sales person. With the trust he gained from me, I decided to buy. Although I did not buy the car finally due to 2 small scratches I later found on the bump, but the whole positive experience with David P make me still write a review!

I went to Honda of Pasadena to check out the new Honda CR-V which was Motor Trend's SUV of the year. I was helped out by Diego under the Costco Auto Program and was very impressed at his professionalism and knowledge of the automobile and of helping me work out a deal with my trade in so I could buy the new Honda CR-V immediately. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Honda Automobile to go to Honda of Pasadena. They are the one dealership that really worked to sell me a car and not take advantage of me and give me a fair value for my trade in.

Took my 2015 Accord in for 100k service expecting ...

Took my 2015 Accord in for 100k service expecting that I would pay the 30% premium for Honda service. Dropped it off before 8a, picked it up just before 5p, but I get it, timing belt is a big tear down. But couldn t offer me a shuttle ride either way and didn t wash or vacuum even with a $2900 bill for parts & labor. Spend less advertising yourselves as helpful Southern California Honda people and more on taking care of your actual customers.

Great experience with Chris! Price was reasonable and service was exceptional. Even go to use the shuttle to go back home and finish up some work for an hour then they picked me back up! Car has no more warnings and everything s good to go! 100% recommend.

He is very professional, respectful and takes the time to reach a good decision. I highly recommend Daniel if you decide to purchase/lease a Honda.

i stop by last week at honda of pasadena shopping for a car for my niece. fred kabrite was the salesman who greet me , very helpful show me all the options between new or used car treated me very well even i wasnt ready to buy on the spot without any pressure i will come back with my niece after new year to look for a car i had a wonderful experience at honda of pasadena. i highly recommend to see fred kabrite if you are looking for a car.

Huge thank you to Katie, she was a huge help in explaining everything to us as a first time buyer which gave us confidence that she was really looking to help us get into the vehicle we were looking for. First time buying a car. I knew what model I wanted, and was okay with shopping around to find a used one at a good price. This place happened to have the right car, which is why I went with them, but I noticed that there was a little less (not absent) up-selling than the other places. The sales manager, Kenny La, was exceptionally good in this and all other respects. I would not hesitate to buy a car from him again!

From the moment We walked in to look at cars at Honda of Pasadena we were greeted with kind and well spirited People the staff was courteous as well and helped me get into a car the same day I was in a very nice Honda and I was told from enterprise car sales that I would not be able to get into a car especially with the price ranlooking for well I beg to differ I Was into a new car the same day my circumstances were a little different and they helped me all the way through at first I doubt it that I could get into a car but with Alex and the manager and the young lady that did the paperwork everything fell into place right away we re so grateful and anyway I recommend Honda Pasadena on a scale of 1 to 5 stars I give them five

We have always had great service here and when it came time to get a new car they treated us so well. Fred Kabrite was very helpful and stayed late on a Saturday with us so we could get the right deal for our family. We looked around at other Honda dealers in LA but Pasadena has the best staff.

I was disappointed about this dealer. Very bad customer service, especially the sale manager in charge on Monday April 27, 2020. He was unfriendly and didn t solve the the problem that his salesman caused to me. First of all, when I called to make an appointment to purchase the 2015 Honda Civic at 2 pm on Friday April 24, 2020. When I was on my way to the dealer about 1/2 way, I called to confirm that I will be there in an 30 and he said that vehicle was sold by someone else. The next day he called me back he said that vehicle was available because the other customer didn t sign the contract. So I came in to check it out again on Saturday April 25, 2020. I saw the Cover of the Dome light cover was missing and Andrew promised to replace it. Then I made another appointment to purchase on Monday April 27, 2020. On the day my appointment I called again to confirm that I was on way and spoke to salesman named David he told me he will discount for me $500 on the purchase price. When I came and the Sale Manager said NO we can not discount $500 and even didn t want to replace the Dome light cover as well. It made me so upset. He told me that the Salesman tried to get me to come here and we talk about that deal. I said it wasn t what I was promised by the Salesman David told me. I repeated twice with David before I came that he will discount $500. Finally I have no choice to take this vehicle. Due to the time consuming and it was hard to go back and forth from 60 miles for me to come to Honda of Pasadena amid the Pandemic .

The staff at Honda of Pasadena is excellent. Gilbert (the sales agent) immediately took to helping me select a car and work on the purchasing options as well as negotiating prices. He was very professional and at the same time personable, making the whole process of buying a car less stressful and more of an enjoyable experience. He was able to work with me on price negotiations, financing options, and helping me to get as much out of my deal. Upon purchasing the car, he helped me with transportation to the Honda dealership and made my life that much easier! Excellent experience.

Horrific experience. We went out to get a car and salesperson made great promises. We finalized the deal and they told us to come next day.
Next day for some reason they backed out from the deal and wanted to add another $795 for an alarm system that we never talked about. Staff is very rude and he (Chuck Fisher) later shouted at us.
Just horrific!!! Do not go there just find some other dealership, every dealer will be better than them. PLEASE AVOID THEM at any cost!

I wish I could give this place a negative 10 stars...

I wish I could give this place a negative 10 stars as this is the WORST dealership ever! Do NOT go there unless you want to be cheated!

My mom leased a CRV there a couple years ago, and the whole time during the negotiation, we said we wanted a 3 year lease. Fast forward to today, we received an email saying the lease is maturing soon. Upon checking the contract again, they put 24 months there instead of 36 months, and you can barely see the lease term is in the corner, and the font is tiny! It's partly our fault for having trust in the sales team and not reviewing the contract thoroughly before signing, but this place is a total SCAM!!! What's more shady? After we went into the dealership a week ago to find out what they can do about the mistake, not only were they not helpful (everyone involved in this transaction are conveniently no longer there), but we also discovered they changed the residual value after the initial contract was signed! They cheated my mom into signing an amended contract with a higher residual value knowing English isn't her first language. Total BAIT AND SWITCH. Beware of this place!

Instead of fixing an honest mistake, they now lost us as customers forever, and we will be sure to tell all our family and friends about the scam so they don't have to go through the same horrible experience.

I didn t have the greatest experience here. Everyone was friendly enough but I the service team were unable to fix my car. I had an issue with the Bluetooth in my car. The first time I brought it in they couldn t seem to figure out what was wrong. From there I thought perhaps it was my phone, since that s what the Honda team suggested.

I bought a new phone and the issue persisted. I brought the car back again a few months later and they finally figured out that it was a part that was recalled. But unfortunately they had to order it. So they said they would call me in about a week so I could bring my car in. They never called. When I did call back there was no record of it. And when I discussed with someone how much it d cost to get the part, they said it s cost much more (in the thousands) because the warranty had just ended.

I decided it was necessary and asked them to order the part...again. They didn t order the part for a second time. Because this was all happening around The Holidays and I would be out of town a lot, I thought that would give them extra time to get everything in order. When I returned they had never ordered the part...again.

At this point I was fed up and went back to a different dealership...about 15 miles away, which we all know takes at least an hour to drive to in LA county. They were able to fix everything the same week. It took them 2 days to get the part. They found some other issues that should ve been noticed back when I had the car serviced by Honda of Pasadena. This dealership also found that my warranty was NOT EXPIRED. So it cost me practically nothing!

I vowed never to go back to Honda of Pasadena after that. It wasn t worth the hassle with the poor customer service. I d rather drive an hour to a place with great service and who works with their customers to get the best deals possible.

Service department is the slowest I've ever been to, 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment and over 4 hours to wait for a tire to get ordered and changed. This place does not make their customers time a priority.

Came in over labor day weekend to check out the inventory. Salesman Fred Kabrite was quick to assist me even though it was a very busy afternoon and I didn't have an appointment. The facility itself was very clean - I appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee and view the cars inside the building (because it was really hot outside). I ended up purchasing a new Honda Fit and recommend that if you're in the market to trade in your old vehicle for a new one - to not only check out the Kelley Blue Book, but also get a competitive offer from CarMax. CarMax's offer was 3x higher than Honda of Pasadena's initial estimate (Say what? Yeah. It's true. You'll still make the most money if you sell it yourself.), BUT Fred was able to match it, so I ended up here. I really like my car. I just wish I fought harder to get floormats included. <sigh> Seriously though. Why aren't floormats included???

My family and I went to Honda of Pasadena to buy a 2016 Honda CRV, We had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful that we felt like they are our friends. Johnny La was my sale rep and I believe his manager Mike was very helpful as well, Johnny helped us to understand what the features on the car, the warranties it comes with and most importantly the best deal that other dealership turn me down. My next purchase, I will definitely come back to look for Johnny .

When me and my wife decide to buy a car, we have the price range. APR, brand and model, and montly payments in mind. Our goal is to purchase a car that meets our projected costs. We intend to shop around for 3 dealership for different types of cars,...i.e....Toyota Honda and Nissan with the same level of model. I have appointments for other dealership but we were hooked with the 1st dealership (Honda of Pasadena) because all our expectations are met within our set goal as a customer. Me and my wife were both fully retired with set income and our monthly payments that is convenient to us were met and that is the reason why we never looked at other dealership. All this dealership staff were all very friendly and helpful to meet our preferences. The sales staff were 5 stars rating in my personal opinion.

It was my first time at Honda Pasadena. The other times I used another dealer. Mike Tran was fantastic and did a great job keeping me informed and providing me with options.

I love that they have a complimentary wash. Obviously it s not getting a deep clean, but for light road dust, it was a nice bonus. The shuttle was on time and easily available. The last dealership I went to never had a shuttle available and I always wasted two or more hours waiting there.

Highly recommend this location, I booked online and everything was smooth and flawless. Thanks Mike!

Hey hey! I personally feel that I have found a great dealership, I was in contact with Geroge Lin hes a great salesman and he made the process painless. I'd highly reccomend this dealership to anyone who's in the market for a honda.
For the record I've owned only Hondas and all the the others dealers were just not that professional.
Do yourself a favor and just try them out.

Simone in finance was great to work with too- she answered our questions and listened to our needs. Pasadena Honda has great customer service! I ve taken both my 2006 and my 2017 Accords there for service. They are accurate as to time estimated for service and price is reasonable. Friendly service representatives each time I ve been there. I d totally recommend!
Listen, even if it takes a little longer to drive there, go there. I live in Glendale and have had only poor experiences at the Glendale dealership (with all its various name changes) with my 2006 Accord and I won t do that when Pasadena is close and great service!

I recently went to Honda of Pasadena to purchase a 2014 Civic. Hector Correa made sure I was well taken care of and that I drove off knowing the features my car had. He was very attentive and honest not like most sales that just wanna get the sale and rip you off. This is the 2nd car I get from him & I love my car but if I do decide to get a new one I will most definetly come back to see him for a new car. :)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from a very popular automobile brand dealer. I bought my car there and having problem with my battery (?) every now and then. I took my car there to help me out but service department representative just checked battery report two times and blamed me that I am faking my problem. Also, they lost the tightening screw of my Honda CRV dashboard screen when they have to upgrade the software that was on recall notice. The service representative was very upfront for the pointless argument that there is no problem with my car. No respect for customer at all. I sent an email explaining my grievances to the Supervisor Brooke but didn't get response yet, this means whole department is garbage. I don't recommend to do business with this dealership and I will never go again.
