Honda was so amazing! Came in to get my oil changed and Henry (and all the staff) were super helpful and kind, they shuttled my friend and I down to old town to get some lunch and back. The place is clean and they work quick and efficiently. Couldn t have been a better experience!

Just got my fuel cell clarity from Honda of Pasadena last week and more than happy to say 'Thanks a lot' to Kenny and Diego. Kenny put me on the waiting list(yes, clarity FC has a waiting list) and gave me prompt updates periodically, which helped me be patient on my original plan, and finally got one for my family. Also Diego gave me not only fun test driving experience but also a whole training session :) for the all details of hydrogen powered car including new technologies (Honda sensing package is quite nicer than expected) I should be aware of. They are all very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, so I won't hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone who will visit this dealership. Two thumbs up!

Arrived for my 10a appt for oil change and tire rotation (service B) for our Odyssey and was asked to take a seat at waiting room. Service advisor must have been busy as he never showed up.
2.5 hours later I had to ask another service advisor the status and he said it would be ready shortly. I wasn t charged for oil change (buy 3 get 4th free) but tire rotation was not done. Therefore, oil change took over 2 hours (w appt).

Let me start by confessing that I am not the easie...

Let me start by confessing that I am not the easiest customer to work with but I am someone that knows what I want and what I don't want. I also know what I am willing to pay and what I am not willing to pay.

My wife and daughter drove over to the dealership and got there a few mins before I arrived. By the time I got there, our sales rep, Simone Khoubian, was already working with my wife.

Buying cars, Root Canals and paying income taxes are all in my "PAIN" category but working with Simone was painless. I appreciate her candid, honest and direct answers to our questions and she is a true professional.

We were on a slight time crunch since our daughter was graduating from Azusa Pacific University so we told her exactly how much time we had. She laid out what we could do and was very honest and upfront that we would need to continue the following day. She got our deposit to make sure we would be back but went out of her way to make sure we wrapped up when we said we needed to leave. No pressure from her to keep us there, she understood we had important commitments.

By the time we arrived the next AM, we were all set and finished some paperwork and we were out of there.

Next time I buy a car and it's a Honda, I'll be calling Simone again. Heck, if I am not buying a Honda, it might make me consider it?

Simone is truly a pleasure to work with. Call her if you want to be treated with professionalism and respect.

If you don't want to be treated like a human being, I can tell you other places to go but that's a different story.

I had a wonderful experience with Honda of Pasadena. I bought two cars. The entire team was professional and courteous. *Veronica Grey* my sales person was ever patient with me. She epitomizes the word service....... One of the cars I bought I returned or should I say TOTALED!! they got me in a new car within a week. No problem she helped me at no extra cost. I wanted something more sporty and spacious & I got it. Their policy gives you five days if you wish to change and also the the option for GAP INSURANCE something that is very much needed!!!. I have to say that the Service Dept and Parts dept were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My experience with them was great.
As for the sales team, not at all impressed. Judging a book by its cover is never wise. I was approached by someone and as soon as I answered that i was there for service, i was no longer a customer. I was looking at vehicles and literally had to track someone down to even ask if there were any other vehicles of the same model. I was walked to the "back" and then told there's another one somewhere back there. I usually cant stand being prey when i walk onto a car lot... But being completely ignored quite possibly just lost you a sale. I get mail from your dealership all the time about buying back my vehicle... But i have to say after being completely ignored - I wouldn't trade my vehicle there unless you gave me the vehicle for free, and even then I'd have second thoughts.
I'd recommend your sales team take a class on better sales practices. And how to treat a woman. Men aren't the only people that buy cars.

I really don t ever leave reviews, but. Brandon helped me so much with getting the car I wanted, worked with my budget, and helped me meet it as much as he could. I was honestly so amazed at how smoothly this process went because of all his help. I DREAD car shopping, I don t know if it s the same for others, but I hate it. But Brandon, Simone, and Honda of Pasadena made this literally such a nice and pleasant experience. Definitely a fan of their office and employees and I m glad I came here for my car.

This review is for the Salesman, Brian, His Manager, Mike and the finance manager Simone. Everyone over there was super cool. I've been looking for an SI for about a week. Brian and Mike were really transparent with regards to the availability of the car (due to production) and would call me should they get one. A day later as promised, Brian called. Brian was an excellent salesman who hooked me from the beginning with his attitude. Mike was the deal maker in the end who came in last minute to ensure I was getting the deal I expected. Simone was so cool and funny, explained the contracts with great charisma. I love this place! Thank you all who helped me get this 2020 SI!

Received an e-mail (and snail mail) about coming in for my first complimentary oil change (bought a car here earlier in the year.) Called about this and they set me up with an appointment a few days later. When I came in, they told me that the complimentary service only applied for new cars. Then I waited for THREE HOURS to get a standard oil change. Leaving two stars instead of one because the employee was kind and apologetic and was willing to give me a slight discount.

My husband & I went to look at their Acura MDX. We made a 2 hour drive, with me being pregnant and were helped by Tony. First issue, their posting said the interior was black & when we got there it was brown. Since we made the drive I decided to continue looking at it and take it for a test drive. We sacrificed the interior color and decided to purchase. When they ran the numbers and calculated the payment is was much higher than a payment we got calculated the week before for the exact same car except it actually had a black interior and 20k LESS miles. So this made no sense. We explained this to Tony & told him we would like the same price we received from the other dealer & explained how that shouldn t be a problem because truthfully, their MDX was in better condition with less miles & the color we wanted. The reason we didn t get it was because I was very sick that day & had to leave & they sold it the morning we went to Honda of Pasadena. All Tony kept saying was I can lower the payment but the money has to come from somewhere so you need to put down an ADDITIONAL $4000 . What?! That s not lowering the payment, that s taking our money. I was beginning to get frustrated but the fact is, we needed this car for the baby we are about to have. Honestly, Tony knew this and I believe he took advantage of it. We decided to make the purchase because David in financing was awesome! He helped us out, wasn t pushy & didn t take advantage of us. THEN, we were handed back to Tony. When Tony went over the car with us in the beginning he said that every car had an alarm installed but all of the sudden the one we just bought hadn t been activated. On top of that, the guy that activates it wasn t in. The fee for the alarm was clear on the invoice that WE JUST PAID for, yet we re driving away without it. He said he would have them come to our house to activate it, yet we have had the car for a week now & haven t even received a phone call from him. We have called, text & left messages but nothing. ALSO, we weren t allowed to leave the dealership without temporary plates (new CA law). No biggie! BUT they never installed the front bracket and the guy that did that was also not working that day. Seriously?! So they made us wait and then decided to just tape it to the front windshield and send us on our way. Again, we have called, left messages and text to try to see when we will receive the front bracket and NOTHING. Lastly, when we got home and began programming the car we found that all the previous owners information had been left in the vehicle. This included their home address and all the phones that had previously been synced to the car. Side note: some phones had highly inappropriate names. I feel the professional thing for them to have done is reset it to the factory setting. I would highly recommend not visiting this dealership. There are plenty more Honda/Acura dealerships out there that could provide better service

I love the service department at Pasadena Honda. I live in Oak Hills California, basically Victorville, and I've had to deal with the American Honda Horror Story called Valley-Hi Honda in Victorville. Let's just say that something is really wrong with that place. I've taken my car there 3 time and I've finally learned my lesson. My parents have always used Pasadena Honda and now I will use Pasadena Honda service department and I will drive 60 plus miles for the great service offered by them. I especially was taken care of by Edgar Ramirez who went above and beyond to make my repair service experience go great. Thank you Pasadena Honda and thank you Edgar.

I drive out of my way to come to Honda if Pasadena because of the service and the staff that I receive. They make sure my CRV and I are Well cared for and make sure that I m in and out of there timely but never making me feel like it s a rush job and that they may have missed something. I love how they communicate each step of the process and go over all of the services performed. Five stars and highly recommend!

I was a customer of this dealership, until they misrepresented a Certified Honda I purchased. It had been in a previous accident and had the frame repaired. During the sale, the dealership provided a copy of the CarFax which showed nothing. I asked if it had ever been in an accident, and was told it was not, verbally.

When I discovered all of this, I attempted to resolve this with general manager. We could not agree on the buy back price, even though it was within $500. I told him that I would pursue Honda Corporation and litigation, if necessary.

Fast Forward to present:
Honda Corporation would not stand behind the vehicle or resolve the problem. After several weeks, Corporate told me I had to resolve it directly with the dealership. I gave the dealership a final opportunity, but they refused.
I took them to small claims court and won my case. They appealed. The case went Civil Court and won again. The dealership paid me the judgement. I sold the car to a wholesaler.

I even filed a complaint against this dealership with the BBB. The complaint is on file, but only has a small effect. BBB really has no teeth anymore.

Avoid this dealership!!

We purchased a 2015 Honda Accord at Honda of Pasadena, and we love it. Mike Abramov, the fleet manager, was fantastic. He was very caring, personable, and easy to deal with. Many times he asked us if we were happy and satisfied. Travis Gregory was equally as awesome. He was so kind in explaining the different functions of the car as he patiently answered our endless questions. Both men are a great asset to this dealership. This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was looking around the city for the best Honda Fit EX for my business. I came back to Honda of Pasadena after checking out cars earlier this week. I spoke with Cynthia the first time I went here. She sent my information to Mo, whom was doing internet sales. He was very straight forward, treated me very well, and was patient with any question I had. He helped set me up with the right car, setting up financing to get a better interest rate and was very polite the whole time. Simone in financing took her time to help explain the contracts, made sure I was set with the correct coverages and helped me find a maintenance plan that was right for me. Buying a new car isn't fun, it is kinda stressful and there are a lot of people in the industry that are looking to get every buck they can out of you. But Mo, Cynthia and Simone all were very helpful, got me a great price, took care of me and made sure I was set with a car I was happy with.

The service on my auto was fine. However I waited more than 30 minutes to get a ride back to my house. When I first had asked if it would take very long, I was told that there were two shuttles waiting. People that were sitting down after me we re cold for the shuttle before me. When I asked about it, I was told that because they lived on one side of town that they got to go before me. Doesn t make sense to me. Once I was finally given a shuttle, the driver was great.
