I was disappointed about this dealer. Very bad customer service, especially the sale manager in charge on Monday April 27, 2020. He was unfriendly and didn t solve the the problem that his salesman caused to me. First of all, when I called to make an appointment to purchase the 2015 Honda Civic at 2 pm on Friday April 24, 2020. When I was on my way to the dealer about 1/2 way, I called to confirm that I will be there in an 30 and he said that vehicle was sold by someone else. The next day he called me back he said that vehicle was available because the other customer didn t sign the contract. So I came in to check it out again on Saturday April 25, 2020. I saw the Cover of the Dome light cover was missing and Andrew promised to replace it. Then I made another appointment to purchase on Monday April 27, 2020. On the day my appointment I called again to confirm that I was on way and spoke to salesman named David he told me he will discount for me $500 on the purchase price. When I came and the Sale Manager said NO we can not discount $500 and even didn t want to replace the Dome light cover as well. It made me so upset. He told me that the Salesman tried to get me to come here and we talk about that deal. I said it wasn t what I was promised by the Salesman David told me. I repeated twice with David before I came that he will discount $500. Finally I have no choice to take this vehicle. Due to the time consuming and it was hard to go back and forth from 60 miles for me to come to Honda of Pasadena amid the Pandemic .
