Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from a very popular automobile brand dealer. I bought my car there and having problem with my battery (?) every now and then. I took my car there to help me out but service department representative just checked battery report two times and blamed me that I am faking my problem. Also, they lost the tightening screw of my Honda CRV dashboard screen when they have to upgrade the software that was on recall notice. The service representative was very upfront for the pointless argument that there is no problem with my car. No respect for customer at all. I sent an email explaining my grievances to the Supervisor Brooke but didn't get response yet, this means whole department is garbage. I don't recommend to do business with this dealership and I will never go again.
