Came in over labor day weekend to check out the inventory. Salesman Fred Kabrite was quick to assist me even though it was a very busy afternoon and I didn't have an appointment. The facility itself was very clean - I appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee and view the cars inside the building (because it was really hot outside). I ended up purchasing a new Honda Fit and recommend that if you're in the market to trade in your old vehicle for a new one - to not only check out the Kelley Blue Book, but also get a competitive offer from CarMax. CarMax's offer was 3x higher than Honda of Pasadena's initial estimate (Say what? Yeah. It's true. You'll still make the most money if you sell it yourself.), BUT Fred was able to match it, so I ended up here. I really like my car. I just wish I fought harder to get floormats included. <sigh> Seriously though. Why aren't floormats included???
