Went here once for tire services. My rep was Karen. Overall good service, they were nice and knowledgable. Karen was very competent. She was able to diagnose a problem i was having by going above and beyond, she could have gave me generic answers but didnt. Next time i come back, will specifically ask for her.
Had some fantastic service to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle from David and Simone. We found a good one on their website, and I sent an email the day before coming in. The next day, I received a call right as I was arriving at the dealership about the vehicle (10 am, when they opened). So, we met David and quickly took the vehicle for a test drive and checked to see if there were any other vehicles available. Due to its low price (checking both Carfax and Kelley Blue Book), we decided to go with it. David did try to talk about adding warranties, but we decided against it, to which he didn't push further. After a while, we talked with Simone regarding financing the car. She was energetic and talked with us about the car and the warranty packages. She did push us a little to get the warranties, but if you're sure you don't want it, you can always stand your ground. After refusing some coverage for some time, she did acknowledge our decision. After about 4 hours total from coming to the dealership, we purchased the car. I suspect it took a while for us to talk with the finance team due it being Sunday and Memorial Day weekend.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case i'm going to, because i had a good experienced. It is an excellent service, especially with Mr. Juanito Enrera and Mr. David Tu. They going to supervise you all the way from entering the vicinity until going out with you car. They know what's best for you and they will give you a good deal that most customers want. That's why i have now my Honda Civic 2015 is because them. If you want to purchase a car don't hesitate to visit Honda of Pasadena and look for this two guys and i promise you, you're going to have a good deal...
Worst customer service of any Honda dealership I ve been to. My service advisor didn t help or call when the car was ready, nor did any of the fluids get topped off like he said they did.
Though I only had a new key programmed, everyone was friendly, efficient, very helpful & the price was reasonable. Bought my car from them 10 years ago & they re the first place I ll go when I buy another one.

Do not buy a used car from these folks! They fraudulently turned of the check engine light and sold me a car which had been in a horrible accident and was poorly repaired with a seemingly clean carfax sheet-- meaning the body work had been unreported and unrecorded as was the accident-this is illegal. I got the car inspected by a mechanic who didn't catch these things. I then decided to purchase this car, but first made the dealership sign a 48 hour clause allowing me to get the car inspected by a second mechanic if I so chose. Well, I did get the car inspected again after the engine light came on only 12 hours later, and I'm very glad I did. The dealership acted like they were unaware of these issues, but didn't want to cover the charge of getting a precise diagnoses on the check engine light-- it's $100 to get the actual diagnostic code. The fellow who sold me the car said I was "lucky" that I had signed the 48 hour clause or I would have been stuck with this car. These are some very unprofessional and untrustworthy people.
I made an appointment with Frank Park over the phone to come into Honda of Pasadena the following day and he greeted me upon arrival right after I parked. Frank had the specific model and color CR-V that I was interested in pulled up right out front for me to look at. After checking out the car we went inside and discussed numbers. I had been shopping around at quite a few other dealerships by this time and dealing with Frank was by far the most pleasant experience that I had. Frank was personable, friendly and not too pushy. He did not pressure me into making a decision. Frank worked with sales manager, Mike Abramov to meet me at a number that I was happy with. My schedule only allowed for me to come in towards the end of the day but I never once felt rushed by Mike or Frank- They both treated me very well like I was a valued customer and that they wanted me to leave feeling good about my deal and happy with my vehicle, which I did! I would recommend Honda of Pasadena to anyone and I plan on bringing my husband in next month to look at cars.

Efficient service. Social distancing guidelines practiced. There is now a temporary office to the left of the service driveway. It s fully air conditioned and they do not allow too many clients in at once. Ryan, the service dept Rep, took notes on my car s problem in detail and extensively. They diagnosed the problem with my starter on the same day and had it replaced and ready for pickup the next day. Checking out was pretty quick and simple as well. Overall, I was very satisfied by the visit and interaction with the team.
Went in as serious buyers, but w no urgency to purchase. Worked w Tony and he did a great job of not pressuring us yet showing us the car options. The sales team did a great job of working w our specific needs, and we felt comfortable enough to make the purchase.
Good service...shuttle was readily available to take me to and from dealer service so I didn t have to wait there with others during pandemic.
A bit pricey for an oil change (I thought every 4th was complimentary) but they check break pads tires and other things that may need to be serviced next time.

First of all, I want to tell you how great of an asset Diego Albelais is to your organization. Diego is not one of those pushy sales persons you want to sell you the most expensive vehicle in the shortest period of time. When I first met Diego all I knew was that I either wanted an all electric vehicle of a hybrid vehicle. Diego went over the differences between an electric vehicle and a hybrid vehicle which helped me decide on a hybrid vehicle. Next he showed me the different hybrid vehicles available not just what Honda had but also what was available from the competition. This helped me decide that buying the Honda Clarity Touring Hybrid was the vehicle the best ft my needs. I was so impressed with Diego, I listed my name to lease the Honda Clarity fuel cell. Diego was so great that he not only sold me one car but two. I am looking forward for the next time I get to work with Diego when I lease my Honda Clarity fuel cell. If you want a knowledgeable sales consultant who takes this time with you, than you need to make an appointment with Diego. You will not be disappointed. As a disclaimer, I am a real person and I did not know Diego until I first met him at Honda of Pasadena.

I needed an oil change and read online that their service station was open to 8 p.m. during the week. I guess I should have called first because I show up around 5 p.m. and they said that I can leave my car overnight for an oil change because while the service station is open until 8, they don't accept new cars after 4 p.m. . Who leaves their car overnight for an oil change? Not me. Went to the Jiffy Lube down the block and made a huge mistake. So maybe I should have just left my car overnight there. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly though.
In my search for a new vehicle, I came across great reviews for Honda of Pasadena. As a member of the Honda family for many generations, with over a half dozen Honda's owned in my lifetime, I decided to give HOP a call to confirm a few Honda Fit's inventories. I Called this past Saturday morning and spoke with Brian L. and he was helpful with confirming they were on the lot. I scheduled test drives to check the vehicles out for later in the day. Upon arriving in my Honda Element I was greeted and shown the vehicles and asked if I would be trading in. It was insisted upon several times while we were looking at the vehicles that an appraisal was free. What the heck, let's do it. Note, I was very reluctant to even mention I was open to trading in my vehicle because of the age and mileage of my Element. The private party for this niche vehicle is much higher than what they would give me any day...we both knew this. Fast forward to the post-test drive, one vehicle was in fantastic shape and had lower mileage, but the color was not ideal. No worries, my plan was just to look anyway, and I was very clear up till this point. I was asked to sit down and share my feelings on the car and naturally talk price. This is where the tone changes completely, it went from small talk to " what is it going to take to get you in this vehicle today"? The high-pressure sales pitch had started, and at the forefront of the conversation was the appraisal and findings for my personal vehicle. I was immediately told that my vehicle was salvage, due to an accident, and they would take it as a trade-in towards the purchase of a new vehicle but it would be worth very little due to the /accident/ salvage title. This was a family vehicle before I purchased it with two or three owners total and the vehicle was never in an accident.....I knew this for certain. This immediately became a red flag and I asked to see the Carfax they stated had been run on my personal vehicle. Fast forward five more minutes of back and forth high-pressure BS sales talk, and no Carfax to confirm the VIN and that this was indeed true. I stopped the conversation and said that I'm not talking further until I see the Carfax and this is when it all went South. Brian proceeds to show me a five-page Carfax in which the title of the vehicle is not salvaged and the only mentionable item on the CARFAX is at an oil change place in 2019 where a clerical error was made on the mileage. I'd assume someone who does this for a living knows the difference between a salvage car that has been in an accident and a clerical error. After about 30 seconds of clarifying this, I immediately got up and started this conversation was overdue to the obvious lying. As I walked out the gentleman, Clark ( stated a manager), who did the appraisal on my vehicle still had my keys, I asked for my keys back in which case he did not present them to me but proceeded to talk about the Carfax and further double down on the lying. I immediately stopped him and said I wanted my keys back this instant and naturally turned rude after the first request for my vehicle keys were not handed back. The amount of disgust with these people is enough for me to never recommend this dealership and tell everyone on my car forums and the general public What to expect when dealing with HOP. It's obvious that the scumbag lying and deceitful practices still run rampant. It's truly a shame for anyone who has been taken advantage of. I will never consider or return to this dealership for any business dealings whatsoever.

My service advisor, Chris, was very quick at helping me out at the desk. Got my car serviced quickly and got me out of there quickly. He gave me a heads up when my car was almost done so that gave me time to pack up my laptop and things. He was polite and always had a smile. Made me feel very welcomed.

This is absolutely hands down the worse Honda dealership I have been to. You ever get the feeling when you call a mechanic shop that they are more concerned about the money than you getting home safely? actually I must say that since the previous service manager Brooke Gomez left Honda of Pasadena, the new manager Chris Hampton is all about the money and speaking to him feels much like you speaking to a cheap car salesman. I currently own a Honda Civic hybrid and Honda Odyssey and when Brooke Gomez was the service manager I would have never thought twice about leaving my vehicles in their care. Now their is a Big HUGE QUESTION MARK???

Very good service. Service dept was very helpful when I called in and then when I had my car towed there. I needed a new tire and rim. They ordered the rim and put my spare on the car. I returned the next day and had my tire and rim put on the car. I had the car aligned. I also requested oil and filter change as service was due. This included a 19 point inspection. My service writer, Mike, kept me informed and explained everything to me.

I was told my car would be washed. That did not happen. I thought over 80 dollars for an oil change and tire change was very excessive. Last, It took close to three hours for this service. It should not take this long. I can take my car elsewhere to get this done at half the price. Very disappointing!

It has happened a couple of times already, my car is on the lot and they don't release it until I get tired of waiting and asking why. They say that the car was finished a while back yet they have to "run the time" It seems toe they have there just to finish the two hours estimated when in fact it is 45 minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes just to make it seem they have been working on the car and rip off the client by charging more. I want to contact the Better business beurea about this. It would be nice to surprise them with cameras and a tv investigation so they stop steeling money from people. Because if your done with my car why wait 30 minutes to an hour to tell me it is done? It does not make any sense but to charge for the two hours although your company finished in one. They are rats and that is why customers stop believing in dealers because they will go out their way to take advantage of people.

We had a great experience with Honda of Pasadena! They responded quickly to our inquiry and helped me make a good deal over the phone that met our needs before making the 2 hour drive. The salesman went out and personally checked out the car for the things that concerned me. He told me that we would not be disappointed and we weren't. We arrived and the salesman was waiting with the car clean and ready to test drive. After deciding that the car was right for us the sales process was quick and easy, they also filled the gas tank, washed the car and found us some nice floor mats since the vehicle didn't have any. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I'm surprised by my rating because I'm not a fan of this dealership. For me it's too aggressive, but then there's Nito, he knows a soft sale can be a good one. I test drove the Honda Civic hatchback and the Fit. I enjoyed his company because he was pleasantly there. I went with a Mazda but had I enjoyed one of these more I would have gone to Nito.

I came in for a routine oil change. At the time of my service, i was notified that my car battery was dangerously low, and recommended replacement, at the estimated cost of 195, plus tax.
I had previously had a battery replacement by Honda PASADENA 14 months prior, covered under warranty.
Typically, batteries last 3 years. They can even last longer, if they are more expensive batteries, which cost around $200.
My question-
1. Was my replacement battery from Honda so cheap it only lasted 14 months? (Because it was replaced under warranty)
2. Or would i have paid Honda $200 for a new battery of equally inferior quality?
As u could imagine, this situation made me mistrust Honda PASADENA, and i chose to replace my battery elsewhere. A Long lasting gel battery cost me $140....hmmmm.
I would appreciate a reply to this situation, thank you.
If i don t get one, i will have my answer.
Other than that, my service rep was very nice and the oil change was well performed.

Awesome e customer service! Came in due to Tire Warning. They immediately checked my tires, seen that there was a nail and patched it up. I was in/out within an hour. Everyone was polite and helpful
