My credit was a REAL challenge. RC was Amazing! He worked out a deal for me! A beautiful 2010 Honda Civic. Now my family and I have a safe and wonderful car to get around in. I highly recommend RC to All that know that Hondas are the best cars out there.

I just had a major service done, spending almost $400! and the check engine light comes on when I go to drive the car away after paying for the service. Not the most encouraging experience. If you go to this place, be sure to double check your car when you pick it up. I have had problems here in the past. Thought they had been fixed, obviously not. Going somewhere else from now on, like Colonial.

I received a recall notice and decided to try Honda of Pasadena. I was impressed with their service. They informed me that I had two recalls on my vehicle. Michael checked me in at 8:00am and called me to say the car was ready around 2:45. Chris did an excellent job driving the shuttle, a careful driver and very helpful. He showed me the best way to get into the dealership. When driving south on Allen, make a left on Locus St, one block before Walnut, and continue down that side street. The dealership is on your right. I found that much easier than navigating the intersection as Walnut and Foothill split.

Had a wonderful experience when I went in to buy a Honda Accord. Fred Orta was my salesperson. He was very professional, answered all my questions and was very straight forward while working through the sale. I left Honda feeling like I was on cloud 9 because of course I got a new car, but was so so SO happy with the way I was treated. Thank you Fred!!!!

First time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and was a bit skeptical about going in because I had an unfavorable experience at Toyota of Hollywood the day before.
Johnny, my sales person, was an absolute delight and made me experience a great one. They worked with me on a price and surprisingly enough did not haggle me. The only con I had was the financing because I waited a bit longer than expected, but my fault for going on such a busy day. Regardless, when I upgrade I will definitely consider coming back.

Had the recall service and first oil change done. Was told two hours. Service was completed in two hours. Only.thing was that the car was not washed and no free gas fill up. Toyota dealers always washed my car and topped off my gas as well as the fluids.

Honda of Pasadena is top notch. They have implemented all socially required safety measurements and are enforcing them, which protects everyone and keeps operations open. That is exactly what a business should be doing. As for their service, it was definitely more than 5 star worthy. I called to get an appointment for an emissions sensor, they said my service would take approximately 3 hours and gave me an appointment for the following day. I arrived at the service entrance and there were signs everywhere telling you exactly what to do. My appointment was at 1pm, I was greeted at 12:50 and exactly at 1pm my service rep came to my care introduced herself and walked me to her desk. She confirmed the time my car would be in the shop which was still 3 hours and said she would call me when my car was ready. I left and got a call just shy of 3 hours later informing me that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my care my service tech remember me and my name I didn t have to remind her of anything. She walked me to my car and physical sanitized the car in front of my eyes. We had a great chat and I was on my way. Honestly I ve never experienced such efficiency and professionalism. I felt like I was a VIP. I hope everyone else has the opportunity to receive this level of service. Time is so valuable and they definitely respected every minute of my time.

I have been with Mike since he started at Honda.
Over the years we have built up a wonderful relationship.
I have total trust in him.
So much TRUST, that I commute 2 hours from Palm Springs to have my car service.

They performed an oil change without my consent and were not able to do the job that I took my car in for bc they would have to order the parts- when I go back to pick up my car they charge me for the oil Change I did NOT ask for, and no courtesy car wash for having my car for almost 3 hours.
Thanks for nothing Honda Pasadena, I could ve got it all done for cheaper including a wash and vacuum!

Fred Kabrite was amazing , best car sales associate yet. Helped sister get her first car after going to 8 different dealers. Worked with us very well and doesn't make you feel pressured to buy a car. He gave us many options to finding the best deal possible. If you go to this dealer ask for Fred! Great guy .

Did an internet deal with these guys today. No haggle, no bullsh!t. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. Travis Gregory, RC Chavez, and Chris Eckert are super team that work well together and are true professionals without lacking personality. Vehicle purchased was a used 2010 Honda Element and it was spotless. Certified Pre-Owned Honda deal - it looked brand new. Would not hesitate to send my grandma there to buy a car, they are that good.

Pasadena Honda provided great routine servicing on my CRV. Everyone was courteous and showed great communication with me, from making my appointment to letting me know when I could come pick it up I was given a courtesy tire patch to repair a slow leak from a nail. They also honored a coupon, which I had forgotten to bring with me when I dropped off the car, saving me $20. I will continue to service my car here because of how well I was treated.

I just got a brand new 2016 Honda Civic LX from Honda of Pasadena. My salesman, Fred Kabrite, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. At no point during the process was he overly pushy or anything like the stereotype of car salesman are. Because of Fred, we were able to leave Honda of Pasadena paying a price we were happy to pay. Sales department is amazing, service department I'm not thrilled with tho(dude that did my certified used car really screwed up on the inspection and miss marked things and I believe just auto filled it out) ,but still overall dealer gets 5stars .that's how good the people there are on the sales floor and management team. Out of the 50 or so dealerships me and the gf have gone to over the last few months Honda of Pasadena is by far the best overall experience. From start to finish everyone involved was completely transparent and upfront on every aspect of the sales process. Like all dealerships I suggest you be prepared and you shop with knowledge of what you want and what the cars are, but in reality this dealer wnt try and take advantage of you.They will do whatever they can to satisfy you except give you their shirt. They don't budge much on price unfortunately, but if you shop their site first you will get a fair or better price. Definitely read your paper work before to make sure there are no errors on the service inspection, if there are issues the salesman will go out of his way to fix things.the finance /paper work guy isn't the most engaging but he is professional, knowledgeable, patient. I definitely recommend this dealer if you are going for a used or certified car, you will get your money's worth and then some.

Enjoying my 2015 HONDA CIVIC SI! Hands down the best Honda Dealership in the Area! I went in on Monday night with my younger bro and mom, looking for a Civic SI. They had a really nice Orange Fire Colored Civic in the showroom, the Sales Consultant Angelo Michael Ong was amazing he did everything in his reach to make the deal happen. I am so glad I chose Honda of Pasadena for my first actual vehicle purchase. I would really recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a new Honda they will work with you and do their best to get you driving out with a new car. I can't wait to see the next generation of Honda civics. I will definitely be coming back in the future, they have a great team. THANKS AGAIN MICHAEL!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV and on top to the car being top-notch, the service was fantastic. Fred Kabrite breaks the stereotype of "car-salesman"--his personal and professional service made buying a car a positive experience. After the deal was done he hung out with us and showed us how to use all the amenities and even told us we could call him with any questions and as a man with pregnant wife, I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. I was not at all pressured or given a pricing run-around during my purchase process (I worked with Kenny La). I test drove 3 different vehicles over the course of a weekend and Kenny was never impatient or tried to talk me into something that wasn't what I wanted. After I made my decision, I told him to just give me his best price as I had no patience for a long & drawn-out process. I had been looking at pricing from other dealers, so I feel confident that the price I got was more than fair. There were no unwanted dealer pre-installed things (like Scotch Guard or whatever) that I had to bargain over, it was just an honest, easy, and even pleasant experience. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend Honda of Pasadena.

My family and I just have arrived from Europe and needed a used car for our one year stay in California. We were a bit concerned since we did not have any previous experience in US used car market. Honda of Pasadena turned out to be a great choice. Our sales rep Fred Kabrite was extremely helpful and professional, without being pushy. The whole process was uncomplicated. Fred also helped us to find a good insurance, in spite of the fact that we do not have a US driver license. A great service. In particular I highly recommend Fred if you decide to purchase a car here.

My experience with Honda of Pasadena was great. It was my first visit there and was greeted by friendly and nice staff. Kenny La, the Internet Sales Manager was very helpful. I had planned for a silver Civic LX. He searched the entire inventory but couldn't locate one. Then he found a silver Sport, an upgraded version. Kenny took time in listing and explaining all the upgraded items. He patiently answered all my questions. I felt respected and not pressured. Finally, I ended up with the Sport and am happy with my purchase. The Finance Manager, Edwin was helpful and entertaining too. I will recommend Honda of Pasadena to my family and friends.

However when I explained the car had been in for a service a few days before and one of the problems had not been addressed I was immediately seen. The issue was quickly fixed. I have always had very good service at Honda. I m sold on their cars!

After much deliberation on what my new car was going to be, I settled on an accord coupe and found that Honda of Pasadena had the color and mileage from previous owner that I was looking for. I entered my info into their lead gen form and received a call from Andrew (sales person). He kept in communication with me for about a week until I had a chance to make it out to Pasadena. Once there, Andrew had the car pulled up at the front for me ready for my test drive. He and Mike (sales manager) took good care of us and I was able to drive off in my new car! Friendly staff and service! Highly recommend!

Horrifically mismanaged service department. Their appointment system works only as far as being able to TAKE appointments, not honor them or their times. Takes 1.5 to 2 hours for a regular service (oil change). This is due to it being 'busy.' Ok, so it's busy...ok, maybe you can't handle the dozen or two cars that pull up and queue in your lines waiting for service...ok, maybe you have a lot of 'walk-ins' that you are trying to accommodate along side of your appointments. How about this: figure out how to manage your workflow so that you can honor your appointments in a more timely manner. Maybe don't schedule so many appointments in a given hour since you KNOW you can't accommodate them. Maybe don't accept so many walk-ins for service on top of the too many appointments you ALREADY HAVE AND KNOW YOU CANNOT HANDLE. Maybe you have to turn away some walk-ins or tell them theirs will take longer (we were told by Honda of Pasadena that they do *try* and take the appt people before the walk-ins, but I saw little evidence of this).

I don't know... If you can't figure out how to manage your time so that it doesn't waste so much of others', then I propose you just don't schedule appointments at all anymore. Everything should be drop off only... At least then everyone knows they aren't getting their car back until much later and doesn't come alone for their appointment only to wait several minutes for an attendant to even acknowledge them and then 2 hrs for their car's oil to be changed... All while sitting in your crappy waiting area and having one of your salespeople approach them asking what kind of car they drive and if they'd be interested in an 'upgrade'. It's extremely infuriating and insulting on top of it to be asked if you're interested in an upgrade while a car we bought from YOU less than 6 months earlier has been sitting in your queue for almost 2 hours after an appointment we made for an oil change.

Decent selling experience... Typical of car dealership stereotypes... Lots of lying and fake talking to the sales manager BS. Lots of push and pull and talking to you like you're stupid. Lots of good cop bad cop bullsh**. Lots of pitting significant others against each other and being cutesy about it. It's nauseating.

You're car dealers and people that work for them...remember that. YOU'RE the stupid ones, not the other way around.

Henry was very accommodating with me paying over the phone during COVID. All service members I saw were wearing mask, half wore gloves and all were mindful of social distancing. I delayed getting an oil change due to COVID, however I didn t need to. Thank you Honda if Pasadena for being diligent, respectful, and flexible.

Service at Honda of pasadena was EXCELLENT! Buying a car there was like no other experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We were helped by RC who was amazing and very informative. He gave us many options and really explained everything to us. The enviroment at Honda of Pasadena was great, it was very clean, friendly, comfortable, and organized. For any future car purchases, I will definately go back to Honda of Pasadena with RC and of course recommend friends and family to go to this location and to ask for RC.

Tried to get a part price all morning and it was virtually impossible, they are suppose to open at 7:00 am but the parts guy just arrives whenever the hell he wants, and when he does is not to do his job, evidently, do not use this people, and besides all this, everythong is a ripoff.

Sadly, I had to pay $800 for repairs due to Pasade...

Sadly, I had to pay $800 for repairs due to Pasadena Honda installing a new AC compressor badly. 15000 miles after the installation a bolt broke causing the belt to come off. While minor incidental savings were given for putting in new fluids, I had to pay $700 to remove the broken bolt that the dealer had installed. Just the final straw after a string of problems. Won t be coming back for future work or for the new hybrid I will be buying this year.

He was able to help me resolve the issue under warranty and did what he said he would do. Extremely responsive and took the time to check in and make sure everything was operating safely.

Diego found out any and all answers to the questions we had. If he didn't know, he found out and showed us. Didn't just yes ma'am no ma'am to make the sale. We got everything we were after just short of the shirt off his back.

I just want to say a special thank you to Ray in sales, David in finance and Mike (service manager) at Honda of Pasadena. My husband and I made a two hour drive to the dealership after finding a vehicle on their web site that I was interested in. From the very first phone call, to being given the keys to it, the staff at this dealership was amazing! I can't say enough about the way we were treated. They are professional, respectful and take care of their customers!!

I've always had great (and honest) repairs done here since I purchased my car...2013 accord. It's a bummer they don't have the overnight service anymore but other than that the appointment system works pretty well and they have free transport available within Pasadena so quite convenient.
