George Juarez was my service advisor. He kept me up to date the entire process. I brought my Honda Civic in because the motor in the window has having issues. He got the vehicle inspected, determined the issue. Once that was handled he contacted the warranty company we purchased from a different dealer. And even though it was a non Honda factory warranty they used them with ease. This was great because the Honda dealer in Monrovia refused to use my warranty company. Which is why I will never take my vehicle anywhere else other than Honda of Pasadena and to George Juarez. I trust him with all my vehicle needs.
