There are many reviews about sales and buying experience, and that is cool. However, I want to give a big shout out to Nikki in Service. After changing my battery out, we could not find the code for the radio re-boot. Nikki worked with me to disconnect the battery , re-boot, find the code in the computer and re-activated the radio! This was a free service Honda of Pasadena offers. (I bought the car in 2001 in Chicago, IL) Nikki, you are a great ambassador for Honda of Pasadena! Nikki, General Management & Service, THANKS! I'll be back as a new customer. KG
