I ve brought my Honda here twice. I was super impressed with my service agent, he made sure that I got what I needed, quickly, easily, and at the lowest cost to me. I think this location is better than most

However, I m giving 3 stars, perhaps too harshly, because I don t find their attention to detail anywhere near as impressive as others. As I said, I ve broyght my car here twice for their multipoint inspection and oil change. Neither time did they replace my windshield fluid, which was empty when I brought my car in both times. Maybe it s just not something that they include in their inspection, but supposedly they check all fluids and top off. I know windshield fluid isn t a super big deal, but it does make me question the rest of the inspection and how thoroughly they re checking things especially fluid levels.

But that being said, I was definitely impressed with the service advisors. Just maybe not the technicians.
