The 5 stars is for Karen (Honda of Pasadena) and for Stephanie with Honda Motor Company. They have gone over and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Although it still hasn t gotten resolved, they often check in with me to provide me statuses and check and see if I need anything. I truly appreciate their hard work!
