Over the last few days my wife, kids and I have had an AMAZING experience with two of Holmes Honda s best, Adam and Cody! These fine gentlemen are top-notch! First, my family and I went to see a Honda Odyssey and Adam welcomed us as if we were already friends. Very personal, humble, and just seemed like an all around great guy. He took us on a test drive, entertained my kids, and even searched for a DVD so they could watch a movie while we drove. He throughly covered all the specs of the vehicle and my wife really appreciated this. I believe Cody is Adams Manager, and he came over and immediately introduced himself; he made me feel welcomed. He crunched multiple and different trade-in possibilities and I was also able to work with him over the phone and text, to include Adam. I really like that they both provided their cell phone # s, were responsive, and flexible. I know first hand they will go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. Here s the kicker, I ve provided this review without even closing on a deal yet; that s how impressed I am with these two fine gentlemen. Should be closing tomorrow!
