We had a great experience. Like most people we had shopped online and even called several dealers looking for what we thought we wanted. Since Holmes Honda had what we were looking for, and were nice on the phone when we checked to make sure it was indeed there, we made the 2 hr drive to check it out.
Best decision ever!!!
We met Ronnie Adams, whom we had talked to over the phone and looked at the exact vehicle we saw online. Then, decided we liked a different one. Ronnie did not blink and even said it was not uncommon for minds to change. All questions were answered, and no pressure. We did not spend hrs haggling over price. We told them what we expected based on previous phone conversations about the vehicle we were after and they matched the price and exceeded the service.
