To the management at Holmes Honda , I have to say that I'm very impressed with Tonya Taylor's help on the continued maintenance on my 2014 accord coupe and now 2015 civic si , she has been a great help since I bought the accord in 2014 from ya'll . Tonya has been able to help with any issue I've had with the car getting it in and out of the service dept as promised , she's handled my recall and getting my Lane departure warning reprogrammed for me after my windshield cracked and had to be replaced, just in time so I could drive the car out of town that evening , I wish my Bmw dealer service dept had her working in it as they couldn't even seem to find a replacement gas cap for my car , hope ya'll realize what a valued employee she is and could teach more service agents to be like her... Tonya thank you for time and help John gimnich
