Hard to decide between one star or two star rating...

Hard to decide between one star or two star rating! Brougt my car in for service and the first few days customer service was not friendly customer oriented! Was finally told my car was ready and everything fixed. Went to pick it up and they then said it was fixed, but now its not working again! So they said that they can fix it again, but would have to charge me again! Plus I have additional problems that I never had before I took it in! When I brought that up I was just told they can look at it and fix it but would have to charge me again!! After I paid for what was done, the customer service was more friendly and trying to get me back to fix what they already fixed once , yet said they would have to charge me again!! This is not the service dept to go to to have your car worked on, unless you have tons of money and dont mind getting screwed!!
