The tenth day of January in the year 2015, was one filled with excitement, laughter, good cheer and A LOT of Swiss Miss. Mr. Eric was referred to us by a fellow colleague of his, Kalli. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the door by Mr. Eric, dressed in his snazzy tan suit. He immediately showed us to his desk, where we quickly selected three vehicles to demo. While Mr. Eric was acquiring each vehicle, he offered us an abundance of refreshments. Throughout the duration of each test drive, Mr. Eric was very informative and discussed the pros and cons of each vehicle with us. After narrowing our selection down to two vehicles, Mr. Eric was glad to arrange them for us, so that we were able to compare our choices side by side. Once we made our finale selection, Mr. Eric obtained additional information before he suggested we take the vehicle we chose to lunch. After returning to the dealership, we were please to find that Mr. Eric already had the purchase proposal prepared for us. The negotiation process was very quick and easy, Thanks to Mr. Kane, one the of Sales Managers. Mr. Eric was pleased to entertain us while the finance office prepared our documents. Once the documents were prepared, Mr. Eugene in finance, finalized everything in a timely manner. After additional services we opted for were preformed, Mr. Eric then had the vehicle detailed and filled with gas.
Everyone we came into contact with, from the receptionist, other salesmen, managers and even the young lady selling refreshments, had an exceptional attitude and were very courteous. All in all, we had a superb experience at Holmes Honda. We will definitely recommend Mr. Eric to anyone looking to replace their current vehicle. Three enthusiastic thumbs up!!!!!!
