i am very disapointed with the Hoffman Audi in East Hartford ct. After i signed the paperwork they offered to help me refinance the loan after 1 year.
Now after numerous emails and voice mail calls I have yet to get a response in 3 weeks. I expected much better customer service at Hoffman Audi.
