Mark Natter was truly exceptional to work with in purchasing my new S4. Myself and my girlfriend went in looking to both lease new vehicles and Mark was able to efficiently provide us accurate informative information in aiding us make the right decision. My girlfriend also wanted to get a new car but was undecided as to what size SUV she wanted. We explained to Mark her needs and wants and she test drove the Q3 which she fell in love with. Mark never pressured us and truly made our decision to get into our new cars a breeze. We had previously visited other dealerships and it was night in day with their staff as opposed to Mark at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. I must have received 5 phone calls in 3 days from a different dealership I visited(along with the whole guilt trip and not allowing us to leave) whereas Mark made us both feel at ease and extremely comfortable with the decision we ended up making. Once we both agreed upon ourdeals for an S4 and Q3 with Mark, he was extremely helpful in handling all the additional paperwork and really made this experience great. Buying a car can be a big nerve racking decision however that was all eliminated here due to how smoothly and comfortable this experience was.
