In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, come to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford, it is here and now where the best customer service resides. From the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave. Let's face it, when your car breaks down, there really is no good time for car trouble, after speaking with Elliot Matos and Olivia Roy, it was really no trouble at all. After speaking with Audi Customer Care over the phone and being told I would need to speak to the service manager at my local Audi dealer to help me resolve my issue, I expected some sort of resistance or push-back but got nothing. Instead I got the following, "what kind of Dealer would we be if we didn't take care of our customers". I was not expecting that. The whole process was seamless and pleasant, from the shuttle to work to picking up a loaner (2017 S-Line), to Audi covering the complete repair under an extended warranty with no questions. The Hoffman Auto group should stand proud with employees like Olivia and Elliot who are naturals when it comes to utilizing soft skills and dealing with people.
