I have so many " Exceptional" things to say about ...

I have so many " Exceptional" things to say about this Dealership, the" ENTIRE STAFF", from the first employee who answer's the phone when you call,straight to the Exceptional Team that work's behind the scenes pulling the deal together and doing, WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CLIENT not their bottom line even though we all are educated enough to know their is a big nut to crack their!

This is my 2nd purchase from Hoffman Audi and I didn't think it could possibly and better than the first and once again blew all expectation's, just like it was the first time!

I was very fortunate and my first purchase was a 2010 Audi S5 Metallic Black that one of the Hoffman's drove for a short time,god did I love that car like nothing I've ever driven before!! Here I am almost 6 year's later and when my life circumstances changed and I knew I wanted another Audi there was NO question where I was buying from,it was so nice taking all the normal car buying stress out of the process that just buying a new car brings. Now in a 2016 Audi S4 Premium Quatro, 4 door my heart fluttered the same way it did the first time I walked threw the doors.
One of the most Important things I feel as a returning client, I noticed today the faces and the names were the same, that speaks volume's to me as a consumer 6 year's later returning! Think about it how many dealerships can you honestly say 6 years later, same Staff that in itself speaks volumes. The automobile industry anyone will tell you is high over turn of employee's,its a tough job,long hour's,nights,weekends and the Hoffman Team was still their!

I apologize for the long review but, I feel so strongly about this group, PLEASE don't let another dealer quote you $ 500.00 less and you bail, I promise you get what you pay for. Look at the long run, how much is your time worth, think about it ????

In closing I would like to mention an extended Thank you to all the people that were on my team in purchasing my new Audi S4..

Adrian Hester my sales associate, their is no word's to express your patience,your kindness,knowledge of your product and just what an "Outstanding Human Being" you are, what a true star.

Jackie Smith the Business Manager, way to go Jackie you are the definition of class through and through. Your kindness,knowledge,patience with helping me, came in for a lease and left purchasing. I can't Thank ever enough, the lease would not have been the correct way for me to go. The way you worked with Jonathan the Sales Manager to make sure everything was right and what was in my best interest,how do you say Thank You !

Jonathan Yeshulas - Sales Manager for Hoffman Audi could not have worked a car deal with a more down to earth guy. I thank you.

Last but not least, Jackie did it again after a long afternoon without me asking she took it upon herself and was able to get me a loaner, so the vehicle could be completely ready with all additional accessories so I would not have to come back again at a later date. All this without me even asking and it only happened because of the relationship's the Audi employee's have made with each other.

Tony Hicks - Loaner Coordinator, I don't know where you pulled that beautiful loaner from at 4:45 p.m. after a long day for you, but you sure saved me hours of driving,waiting and having to go back. So I thank you as well, so many client's only so many loaners.

As I stated in the beginning, $500.00 is a lot of money today but I guarantee your time with your family is much more valuable then saving now and paying later!!

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG AT HOFFMAN AUDI !!!!!

Adrian once again thank you so very much and to the Hoffman's great staff, kudos to you as well. I wish you all a Happy and Healthy Holiday with your families and you all truly have become a part of my Family ! Keep up the GREAT WORK !!!
