Weatherford store! Went in for a job interview! He gave me the Math test? He didn't give me paper or the uses of a calculator! he said you have to just use your head! really! I hated taking test in school! So I didn't get 8 right he said interviews over you have to get 8 right! I feel so Humiliated! He put me in a Office i had ample time to cheat! but didn't! Some of those question if you ask cashiers they woundn't know the answer! Its such a discrimination! i cant believe stores still get away with using this test? This doesn't show you're work ethic! customer serves or showing up to work! Your personality or job skills! What a shame you use this type of method! It needs to stop!

The grand opening in Mays Landing, New Jersey Hobb...

The grand opening in Mays Landing, New Jersey Hobby Lobby, was something I was looking forward to. We had just had a snow storm that gave our area over 12 inches of snow. Still I dragged my husband and my two month old out to the grand opening. Upon arrival, one of the employees scolded my family for taking too long to park, as I did not want to hit pedestrians or slide in the snow. He walked up to our car with the sole intention of yelling at us. We informed the managers and they basically told us they were not responsible for their employees. We left right then and there. You just lost our busines.

Spent over 300$ in one of their stores. They won't stand behind it! It doesn't work. I paid cash, have original receipt and packing and called within 24hrs of buying it, then went in person to see if they would help and no. You should not sale items in your stores that you won't stand behind. No posted refund policy by the purchased item, cashier never said a word. With everything going on in the world now, you think a big company like this would have the common courtesy to not take advantage of your customers. I thought this was a company with good morals, guess i was wrong. Please stop saling items you won't stand by.

I love seeing reviews that say I have shopped at Hobby Lobby stores for years and never had a problem until today. ..... How many good review did you write in those years? Why do you only write reviews when you have a negative experience?
Or why do people who ve never shopped at a certain store write reviews when they ve heard something on the news?

Keep doing what you re doing Hobby Lobby. Those of us that actually shop at your stores love it.

Horrible customer service over the phone the corporation store on the Southwest side..They are not willing to work with you even though they sell a product in store for $2.50 but on the website it is $5.99 then are NOT willing to transfer to a different store OR they're not willing to match the price.. This company is based in Oklahoma is very disheartening and sad to see this company so Christian like NOT.. Will not be shopping there again. They have lost my money been shopping there for over 20 years I use go there at least once or twice.

I normally love Hobby Lobby, but today...not so much!!
In September, I bought lights for a Fall scene & they quit working. I didn t return them until I was ready to take my fall decorations down. I took them to the Maryville TN Hobby Lobby on Friday & the cashier couldn t find where I had purchased them with my credit card & I couldn t find my receipt, which is very unlike me. Anyway, they said they could only give me the lowest price marked, which was 90% off. As much as I hated to accept this amount (because I know I paid more) I said better to get something, than nothing, since they don t work .
Today, I found my receipt & took it over there to find out 1) why they couldn t find the transaction since I had indeed used my card & 2) to see if they would give me the additional money. The (same) cashier told me she didn t find the merchandise on the register because she was looking for 50% off (I originally purchased @ 40% off). Huh?? So they can only find a transaction if you know how much you paid for it?? She called the front-end manager, who then called the store manager on duty (Mike). He said he was sorry, but he couldn t do anything because they had already given a refund using my driver s license for a no receipt return. I expressed my frustration to the cashier & front-end manager & told them I could not believe Mike was willing to have an upset customer over $11, but that s ok & to tell him if he can live with it, I can live without it . I hate to be rude but that receipt alone was $78, not to mention how many times I ve been there since. I guess Michael s will get my business, even though they don t have near the items available.

I was in the Hobby Lobby in Maryville TN.
I had a return of a pk of candles that cost 3.99, they were in a store bag in my purse. I was looking for stuff for 3.99 or so. I got a paint set and a plastic container for my granddaughter. I also walk around looked at news items since I hadn't been there for a month. When I went to check out, I pulled the bag out of my purse and told cashier I wanted to exchange the candles for these items. She said they needed to know if they carry them still and she called Manger he left to check. After awhile I said I would go help him find them. I didn't see him but brought back another pack. Over her walkie he asked if she had done the exchange. She said she needed some numbers, he said he was no his way. He finally showed back up and pulled me aside and ask if I had brought them with and pretty much accused me of stealing 3.99 candle. Why would i steal 3.99 candle he said you would be surprised what people steal. Of course I was very upset, how dare this person humiliate me, there people all round. I told him to ask the cashier, she said "I can't really say" as the empty bag was on the counter. He said he would do it this time. I asked for GM name and his I didn't get GM name and only got Co mangager Nick and a 1800 number which was customer service which was closed. I said I would never come back and why would i steal 3.99 when I had a hundred in cash in my wallet.
I want a writen apology from this manager nothing less!

So I went to Hobby Lobby excited to shop everything pumpkin and Halloween. They have always been my go to store! Well, I went up and down the isles and saw plenty of fall and Christmas decor and crafts...but NO Halloween. I asked the cashier where all the Halloween stuff was and she advised that Hobby Lobby would no longer be carrying anything Halloween.

NO MORE HALLOWEEN AT HOBBY LOBBY?!?!?!

I knew they were a Christian store, but that's over the top.

Welp, no more Hobby Lobby for me.

Hobby lobby had owed me a personal check that was supposed to be mailed to me, I waited weeks but didn t receive anything and was misguided by another employee there that said it was mailed but it was still there! (May be spelled incorrectly) Sabrina at the corporate office handled the situation and took her time to locate this check quickly and made sure I would get it, super professional. This person deserves recognition!

I was very surprised that employees at the El Dorado store were not wearing masks to help protect themselves and customers. When I inquired, I was told that it was the employee's choice. However, In talking with another store in NW Arkansas, they said there had been I directive signed by management that stated safey precautions, one being masks where to be worn by employees.

I really like Hobbylobby and thought highly of the company until I found out that a employee from the Chambersburg Pennsylvania store was fired and the manager was very unprofessional the employee was always polite and helpful and always received compliments he was with company for 10 years and always did what needed to be done and attendance was great and he was left go due to a customer complaint that was the only thing he was told by management and other managers were discussing it and employees found out i feel the employee has the right to defend himself and know more about the complaint made against him I m putting this out there for others who receive unfair treatment after being an outstanding employee and going above and beyond for there company and yet this is supposed to be a christain owned company right well my business will go elsewhere i can no longer support a company that runs off of unfair treatment. I know for a fact that there are many other employees in the Chambersburg store that due not pay attention to customer and are rude disrespectful and the manager is one of them but there are a few nice employees there as well and I feel sorry for them and how they get treated

I saw a price reduction on an item I bought a week ago. I came back to get an adjustment and I had my receipt. They told me that in order to get an adjustment they had to still carry the product. They still have the product and it was still on their shelves. Then I was told by the manager that I would have to return the item and it would have to sit back on the shelves for 24 hours before I could buy back the item at the new cheaper price. You ve got to be kidding me. Worst customer service ever!!!

Experienced extremely rude and terrible customer service at store on 14858 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75254. I would not recommend going to this store to my worst enemy. Was at the store on Saturday, 03/13 to pick up a custom frame that I was had made at the store. The frame cost me almost $200. The person working in the frame shop, Miguel told me I had to check out in the front of the store. He proceeded to take me to the front registers with my completed custom frame. The lines at the front were extremely long with 7-8 people in each line on a Saturday afternoon. Miguel waited in one line, I waited in the other line. Miguel reached the cashier first called me over to his line. I gave up my place in my line and when I got over to his line was informed by the cashier Sayra that she was helping other customers and I would have to wait. Had I waited in the other line I would have already been checked out. I explained this to the cashier and she laughed in my face and stated that the other customers had been waiting a long time too. I asked for the manager. Adrain came to the register. I removed myself from the line to speak with him and told him that the cashier was extremely unprofessional and laughing in my face. He brought me back up to the girl again and she proceeded to laugh again with the manager standing right there when I confronted her about making me wait. I pointed it out to the manager Adrian and Adrian's response was I will take care of it when there are not any customers around. Since the incident I have spoken with the store manager who would not take responsibility, and also Hobby Lobby customer relations. When I spoke with customer relations I expressed to them I would not be going back and that they would have to earn my business back. They stated they do not earn a customer's business back and I stated I would not be returning to this store or any one of their stores again. They apologized for my experience but outside of that did not offer any refund or concession or even offer a gift card.

You changed your photo frames from always being on sale. I just checked out, did not know you changed the rules. I told the associate #117478 that they were always on sale and she started screaming at myself, husband and 83 year old mother in law. I buy hundreds of dollars a month from your Elgin IL store. Please rectify your extremely rude employee, I never expect to get treated like this again. A store of God, right now I think not.

Ga and I must say I spent much more cash than I intended we can give that credit too your leader of the the store Ralph store manager and Brenda the cashier , I was a bit surprise how the store manger took so much time helping me on the floor with nothing less than politeness and a professional attitude and checking out Brenda with that warm welcoming smile and her too with nothing less than a professional attitude I didn't at all feel bad about spending over my budgets I appreciated them both and I wanted somebody to hear about them. thank you,

I won't go on too long in this review. I will simply state that I enjoyed working in landscaping immensely. I enjoyed my time with coworker's as well as my personal manager. The Tree crew manager as well as Mow crews manager are the BEST in the entire company. Now with the bad. Upper management is literally the worst and I'm talking about HR, They dropped the ball several times then simply let me go due to medical issues. Now I'm ineligible to come back? Its sad to see such a great company run in such a poor manner. They control there employees by constantly having them worried by whether or not they'll have a job in the coming weeks and the amount of decisions that our management leaves to higher ups is astounding and disappointing because from what I understand someone I have never met nor knows me decides my fate within the company against my supervisors wishes. Its just sad really.

On 7/20/19 at 3:43pm (time stamped on my receipt), I visited Hobby Lobby Rancho Cucamonga location to purchase a frame, two wooden magnets and a small notepad. I was waiting in line and when I walked up to the cash register and placed my items on the counter, the cashier (named JENNA) used her right had to reach her butt crack to scratch, and immediately after that, she used her left hand and scratched her vagina. I was completely taken back and blindsided by that behavior. She continued to ring up my items and then when I paid for them, she just pushed them towards me without giving me a bag, let alone using tissue paper to wrap my frame with it. I asked her if I could have a bag and if she could wrap my frame. She said yes and then used ONE SINGLE sheet of paper to half way wrap my frame because the frame was slightly bigger than the paper. Then she proceeded to just DROP my small items into the bag causing a loud noise that made me think that she could have broken my items.

I am not one to complain but after I left the store I decided to call and let the manager know about my experience. I called but unfortunately the manager was not in. However, I let the person that answered the phone know (JEANNETTE) about what just happened.

I love Hobby Lobby, they got wonderful items but the service I experienced today was unacceptable, unprofessional, and just plain rude and disgusting.

I have decided to escalate this to their corporate office and invite the administration to review the camera s videotape from today so they can verify my review.

Chris the manager at the Snellville (Lawrenceville) GA location needs to learn people skills. Ordered a custom frame that we had to have before April 2nd. Order taker totally messed it up but Cad did great job fixing, just didn t get it done till the 5th.

HL should have made some type of price adjustment but the Manager instead lied about the original order (which he wasn t even involved with).

Bottom line, y all blew getting done by deadline because of honest error and refused any compensation with a horrible attitude manager.

Corporate office in Oklahoma doesn t care and refused any assistance.

WOW, Hobby Lobby.. have you looked at your reviews?! SO SAD. I got on here to let you know how much I like your TV commercial. It reminds me of the days when I first shopped at your store in OKC, when my children were young. Four marriages, many graduations, births, birthdays, death of a child. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars, I would guess even over 100K in your stores through the years. I still love you. But I have to say, the complaints on here? I have experienced them all, too. SO SAD. I have LOVED your Christian values and music in the stores, Mardels, supporting my years of homeschooling. I have shared my deep loyalty and affection for your stores with you in the many applications for jobs for which I have applied at you corporate headquarters in OKC. I have received my MFA in studio art, another venture you supplied me through, and my husband and I have considered moving back to OKC. I know my gifts would be of benefit to you but I too have felt yours in a closed door policy. This all grieves me, honestly, as I believe God's blessings upon you can be as easily removed. I pray your approach with PEOPLE is evaluated and changes are made. Even the biggest corporations respond to their reviews. I am shocked you have not responded to even one that I can see. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. Maybe you could hire me to help you in this area. I have had alot of experience with your workforce going into many of your stores across our country. It is a common problem. Two of my children worked for you and their experiences caused their other 3 siblings to not even apply. Something is wrong Hobby Lobby. I hope you address it. On line shopping and competitors are pressing hard on your services. Being best is not just about having every new thing China produces. It is about character and customer service. My gf and I had an altercation with the employee Myai earlier this week at the Harahan, LA location. And it all started simply because my gf asked Myai for assistance...Her behavior was totally unprofessional and not Christian like at all. Made a complaint with Gina at corporate. And at the store level with the Manager Kevin, nothing was done about it. Obviously this wreckless behavior displayed by the employee is tolerated and enabled as the norm.

Very disappointed in both store managers that I spoke with. No masks, no social distancing and no care about their customers. Both times the store clerks were much more customer friendly and concerned about helping the customer. Store is open, but corporate office closed! Will not return.

My experience today with hobby lobby was horrible. I purchased an item from the furniture department and decided to grab it when I was checking out. It was the last one left and an associate grabbed it for me and put it in my cart. Another associate brought over a piece that was broken off. I NEVER once touched my item I was purchasing but when they called to ask for a discount there was little they were doing for me and a discount was not included. I was upset and left (but still bought it bc it was the last one and I needed it for a business thing I had that day). Still upset hours later staring at this broken thing I had just paid full price for I decided to cal and talk to a manager about it. Her response? "I'm sorry." I asked if that's all she had to say she said "what would you like to happen?" Her final offer was to set a tube of glue aside for me to pick up to fix the broken item myself. Um what?! I sell clothes... If A customer got a shirt that she never wore and it had a hole in it- I would not offer to send her a needle and thread! I was shocked that that's how they would handle this situation. Customer service.... Especially at the manager level.... At the hobby lobby in Farmington, NM is a joke!! Time to find a new favorite store in the area.

I went into the Hobby Lobby in Clovis, New Mexico,...

I went into the Hobby Lobby in Clovis, New Mexico, to find a yellow stickered lava lamp on an end-cap that had a sign posted at 50% off. I grabbed that, with $50 worth of other items and planned on purchasing it also at 50% off due to the signs of 50% off Home Decor.. I was told no.. that it was not on sale and that was the markdown price. I inquired as to what the ORIGINAL price was. He removed the yellow sticker to look at it and the original price was $14. He then backtracked telling me they had a certain markup. What? Original price was $14, yellow ticket at $17.99 and NO sale, even though there were signs everywhere stating 50% Off Home Decor. Bad on Hobby Lobby. Wrong on every level for a consumer. Just wrong. Will not EVER shop there again, even for my business. (And we wonder why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.)

I purchased a display Christmas tree due to the fact the yellow tag said there were no more left and "display tree for sale" on several trees. See attached. I took the tag...paid for it (per the instructions)..cashier told me to wait while they assisted with the tree for me. I waited by the tree and no one ever came. My boyfriend showed up to help me and he took it apart and we proceeded to leave. I waived my receipt in the air and left. 5 seconds later, we were being chased by a women employee in RUDE tone telling us we COULD NOT TAKE THE DISPLAY!. I told her to look at the sign and she still insisted the display was not for sale. To my better judgment, I kept my mouth shut and my boyfriend kindly brought the tree back in, set it BACK ON THE DISPLAY ISLE and we took the tree (same one) in a box that the employee had at the front of store. Why would the sign say "This tree is sold out" if it wasn't??? We proceeded to leave and the employee yelled out at the cashier, "GOOD CATCH"! I WAS HUMILIATED AS IF I STOLE THE TREE. I didn't complain then but I'm complaining now and WILL be going back today to speak with the store manager. This store is in Lewisville TX off of I35/Round Grove. I hope this person gets a good talking to. NO ONE should be treated like this!!!

For me to rate Hobby Lobby ( in Wichita Falls,Tx)this low, is something that I thought I would never have to do. I've always been pleased with the prices & quality of any purchases made. However on yesterday. I was so disappointed in the salespersons in the Frames department. She acted as if I interrupted her in something she was doing in another room( and this was I rung the bell 3 times before she came out) & when I asked about making a mat to fit a picture frame I was buying, she told me point blank that it couldn't be done all the while still standing in the doorway. I have never had this experience before at Hobby Lobby, that's why it bothers me so

What a nasty service!
I came from homestead to this specific location in hialeah because the product I was looking for it was only here. My daughter and I arrived at 7:59pm we were literally in front of the door when this gentleman came and in front of us closed/ locked the door.... what a nasty service. I can understand that it was almost closing time but closing the door in front of someone s face is extremely rude.

While I love Hobby Lobby and all they have to offer I have to give them 3 stars due to bad customer service. Pat and Wendy in the Corpus Christi TX area are absolutely horrible. Pat acts as though she doesn't want to be there and that customers are a bother to her. Never smiled and was rude to the lady in front of me. I knew when it was my turn I would get the same treatment. Wendy was walking around the cashier area and yelling at customers that so and so lane is open. When customers didn't move to those lanes she yelled again and was so ugly this time. I couldn't believe the attitude. I was disgusted and wanted to get out. I unfortunately had forgotten something and didn't really want to go get it but I went back and grabbed what I wanted and went back in line. The girl that helped me her name was Jenn. She is what customer service is about. She greeted me, asked me if I found everything ok and was exceptionally pleasant. I told her she needed to train the other employees on better customer service because she had it. I love this store and prices so unfortunately I will go back and have to deal with nasty customer service.

I will never give my money to these people again. I made clear that I have PTSD and severe anxiety disorder. 4 different employees continued to stalk me through the store trying to force me to wear a mask, even when I made clear of my medical conditions. I was told to either wear the mask, or they would arrested me in front of my 4 children. Prattville, Alabama location. The man's name is Ray. I have never been treated to terrible in my life. When I wear the mask. I go into a claustrophobic attack and can't breathe. And that made it much worse. I would give no stars, but I want to make clear that they literally STALKED me and harrassed me. I also stated the state law passed in 1965 for no facial coverings along with my conditions. I almost drove to the hospital because I couldn't breathe from my panic attack, the personal attack, being stalked a d followed and was scared for my children.

Visited the Hobby Lobby in Cadillac Michigan this afternoon at 4:30 pm , had been looking forward to it all day. I was disappointed to find the employees standing around back by the back room complaining about another employee because she had just left, it was not something that needed to be loudly done in front of customers. It was distracting so I went to the front to check out with my one item, that I was hoping to be 10 items but not today, to find a disturbed cashier telling a man with a manager tag on that" if he wanted her to be a manager, he'd have to pay her manager pay!! " This was right at the cash register!! Just wanted to share my disappointment.

I went into the store and they never removed the 50% sale coupons for the wall art. After spending an hour shopping for sizes, shapes, and colors to match my house the manager refused to honor the sale pricing and I left the store with nothing but frustration. It was incompetent and their mistake. A simple answer would've been to honor the sale pricing and finish removing the expired advertisements from the sales floor. WEST SAINT PAUL LOCATION.

IM always surprised at the awful treatment I get when I go into the Hobby Lobby in my town Shelby North Carolina. No one ever says hello, never welcome to Hobby Lobby ,and in fact today they had 1 register open and 9 people in line and when I asked the 2 ladies who were obviously shopping while on the clock. If they could open another register neither 1 addressed me ,they both rolled thier eyes smack their lips and then called a person to a register. I was in the store probably between 11 and 1:00 in the afternoon the woman who was obviously a manager did not have a Badage on could care less that the people who are spending their hard earned in her store. I heard a rumor that happy lobbies were closing and personally I could care less for some reason I have never received one oz of customer service while shopping at Hobby Lobby.

On July12th, 2017, I came to Hobby Lobby in Biloxi...

On July12th, 2017, I came to Hobby Lobby in Biloxi, MS to have a shodow box made for my husband's Navy retirement. I spent 2 1/2 hours explaining what I wanted and I even had a picture of the design and my expectations I was told that it would be completed by July 28th in time for the Retirement Ceremony, which was scheduled for August 5th.

On July 28th I called before driving 45 minutes to the store to make sure it was ready and I was told that the associate who had originally took the order (Amber) had quit. I was informed by David that he shadow box wasn't ready, but don't worry just resend all the info again and he (David) assured me that the shadow box would be ready in time for the ceremony!
August 3rd, two days before the ceremony, I called to check on the box and someone by the name of Angela was presently working on the box and she requested that I send All the information again on how I wanted the box set up!
On August 4th, I received a picture via text of the completed Shadow box and it was totally different than what was ordered, wrong depth and no casing around the flag as specifically requested.

Totally disappointed and upset , we had to have he ceremony without the presentation of the shadow box! Now please note that this was a Retirement Celebration for my husband after 24 1/2 years of service. We had Senior Chiefs and Master Chiefs from near and far invited to attend this ceremony and no presentation of his medals/stripes or pins!!

Upon returning to store, once again I spoke to David who in turned called Brice and there was no regard or sympathy for my situation and the devastation that was felt by me and no resolution to the situation!
You have lose a valuable customer and I will never patronize you store again!
From this day forward we will shop anywhere but Hobby Lobby!!

I was just in your cumming GA store # 231 And I bought a Resealable cup, item #146-5384. It was sitting on a Display that side wall decor are 50% off, I brought it up to the front and I was told that although it was sitting on that shelf it was not 50% off. The cashier was pretty rude about it her name was Emily I did not get the managers name but she was also rude about it. Contacted corporate customer service and they are absolutely useless hobby lobby is a joke

Seems after reading reviews, this co.is my has a very low percentage of full-time. They seem to offer no benefits to part-timers. They seem to require mandatory OT during holiday season. They legally can't force OT. Little benefits because if few full-timers keeps expenses low for company. Reading seems mediocre at best. You get Sunday off-- a plus. Low number if employees per shift makes each employee have more than enough to do and management seems to.press that ball gets done. Stresses one out. Seems you might have to work late per mandatory. management during holiday seasonal weeks and you never know what time you'll leave -- bad practice. Skimp on help timeand require what little you have to pick up slack. streManagement must feel stress too because you want all done but don't give them more hours to.hire more help. Let's see, fare to get full- time, little benefits, high stress,, mandatory OT, and getting off whenever management lets you go (during holiday seasonal weeks), and this company is run by Christians who believe in family worship enough to close Sunday's. Hmmm? Dies this sound like an appetizing place to work. Never worked here. but thought about it a couple of times. Well, not as rosy as it seems when shopping there. Guess you never know the real scoop until one reads reviews by this working there. For this company, 75% plus seem to have 1 or 2 goid comments but tons of of cons that outweigh the pros. Only yo, the headquarters know what's really true. If what I read is true, shame on you. Take in 4.6 billion and treat employees like bees -- hate them but live the honey they give you -- comprehend. If not true, read Google reviews by people who have toiled for you. Yes a few love you, but most likely manager/employee clicks.

I was very stressed, due to time constraints and a young man name Marx Scholes assisted me with finding a perfect frame and placing a very important piece of art to a very good friend of mines. I have shopped at Hobby Lobby stores for years and...

I have shopped at Hobby Lobby stores for years and never had a problem until today. I had a car accident 1 year ago which left me disabled, so I m no longer able to drive to our local store in Prattville, AL. I do all my shopping online now. My recent order had about 17 items, 3 of which were dirty and damaged. I also received an extra item I wasn t supposed to get. I called customer service to ask what I needed to do. The lady told me to take the extra item to my local for a refund. The other items, I was told to put in a yard sale or throw away. That is exactly what she said! This has been the most ridiculous purchase/customer service encounter I ve ever had. I m dumbfounded. No more words. SMH.

I went to the Hobby Lobby in Sevierville, Tennessee and had a wonderful experience. It was the cleanest, most organized and friendliest Hobby Lobby I have ever been in.

After a torrential downpour you would expect muddy floors. Not in this store! It was spotless.

I went to my scrapbook section and it was amazing. The papers were not mangled and it looked like they had just put them out. The selection of different items was fantastic. Everything looked like it was just put out.

I was looking for something and I asked one of the employees where I could find it. He didn t give me the usual over there. He took me to the item.

When I was checking out I asked to speak to the manager. He came promptly and I told him what a wonderful experience I had in his store. He thanked me and asked where I was from. I said Alabama, but don t say that too loud. The people of Tennessee don t like us. (Football rivals). The customers laughed. I had never asked to speak to the manager before and don t know what possessed me to do that but I was glad I did. He was personable and a credit to your store.

This store and manager should receive an acknowledgement.

I would like to commend, Katie, the customer service rep at Grand Shute, Wisconsin for her excellent customer service . I inadvertently left part of my order at her store. Since I live 3 hours away, it was not practical for me to return to Grand Shute. She investigated my problem, learned how to resolve it and enabled me to pick up the identical merchandise at a local store. She called when she said she would and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You are lucky to have such an employee.

I have never been treated as badly as I just was at Hobby Lobby, on S Lamar in Austin. I tried to return a couple of candles that I had taken the wrappers off of but had not used. The manager was called over and treated me as though I were a criminal. She said she thought I d used the candles, even though I told her I hadn t. She said they need the original packaging to be able to take them back. I explained that when I took off the packaging, it tore into several pieces so I threw it away. Then she proceeded to show me on another candle how the packaging doesn t come apart if taken off correctly.

I understand if they need the original packaging, but I don t understand the need to treat a customer like a lying criminal. When the store employee reached for a bag to put the candles in that they would not take back, the manager grabbed the bag out of the employee s hand and said no, don t give her that! I cannot believe how awful that manager was not only to me but also to her employee. I will never go back to that location again.

Ordered 24 canvases online June 15 it's 6 days lat...

Ordered 24 canvases online June 15 it's 6 days later I look at tracking it says it was delivered June 17th which is an utter lie. We were having a ac unit installed in our home and nothing had been dropped off. With 24 canvases being delivered it was a pretty big box. I called FedEx to track it they did investation I was told if I didnt receive by the 24th contact seller which is hobby lobby. I tried contacting hobby lobby but of course HOBBY LOBBY IS NOT ACCEPTING CALLS ONLY EMAILS. I've literally emailed over 20 times no response. I want a full refund because this is ridiculous I have to go through all of this and still no package. Looking at the reviews guess I'm not alone. I guessing the next step will be calling the bank to file a despite! I will never shop at hobby lobby again. Believe it or not this was my first and last time.. worse experience ever in history. I want my money back. Shipping fees all that.

Positive rant! Thank you so much for sticking to your core values and beliefs regarding Hobby Lobby s Christmas ads. Christ IS the only true meaning of Christmas. It is rare (and saddening) to see people nowadays stand up for what they believe in for fear of what I m not sure. Being judged? Not fitting in with the cool kids? Not being politically correct? I don t know, but I do know that your actions are admirable, and you genuinely are leading by example. Thank you for not letting the pressures of what others believe cause you to stand down from your beliefs! Please keep doing what Hobby Lobby is doing, and that is inspiring others. In a world filled with so much hate, anger, and judgment, it is refreshing to see that love is still out there. You have a customer for life!

Terrible customer service. Refused to try my coupon that had the hobby lobby brand. It actually was a valid code that they had in thier official site but because it was from a third party they would even attempt to used it. Very inconvenient for the customer and not accommodating at all.

I just love this store. My whole family shops there for a variety of hobby choices, everything from model airplanes to crochet and knitting selections that are well-priced, and an assortment beyond compare. And the fact that we are supporting the wonderful works that Hobby Lobby does is just an added bonus.

I didn't work at this place I worked in the Dublin,CA store I caint speak on the hole company but I will say this the equal opportunity for African American men is not exercised this store in Dublin,CA. The store manger there only extend promotions and full time wages to women and Latino's so if your African American male don't go there for employment if you father like I am it's a wonderful place to take your children for Family entertainment so I'll still rate them a four as a company but the store manager there she is not cool at all all I wanted was full-time employment that I earned

Spending your money in a Hobby Lobby would be akin to supporting a terrorist organization since they use their profits to secure ancient artifacts from terrorist organizations who steal those artifacts from areas they attack and plunder.

Let's just say it wasn't very welcoming to say the least..
I come in you store and to my surprise.
Im being followed for my entire time I was in hobby lobby in Losbanos Ca..
And it wasn't just one associate it was like three .
Names are Brian, Lezette and two other ladies..
I want your company to know. That I will never enter or shop at a hobby lobby again. I felt so uncomfortable my entire time in this store.
I will be contacting corporate as well as posting on yelp..

I give hobby lobby a one star because of the way they treated me as a loyal employee. The way they run their corporate office is a disgrace to true professionals. They hire and promote based on physical beauty and popularity, not on actual work related skills! People "disappear" all the time

The "Christian" values the Green family say they use to run their company are cheap...easy to show appearances, but hard to adhere by. Their products are cheap, and I am NOT referring to their prices.

I know this review means nothing to them, but people should know the businesses they support.

I only support them if I need art supplies for my kids school projects. Our latest visit to the new Midwest City, OK store was the usual. My daughter asked an associate for help finding an item. The associate was bothered and not happy to help. She reluctantly showed us where it was. Everytime we go to checkout it takes 15-20 minutes. They only ever have 1 or 2 registers open, for both sales and returns which takes longer.

I want to sing the praises of Walker who works in the framing department at the Duluth, GA, Hobby Lobby. Walker not only helped with my selection of frame for a print, but answered questions about an antique poster I wanted to frame in the future. I asked for Walker when I returned the next week to pick up my framed print, and he stopped what he was doing and came to discuss the poster I brought in.....as a result, he framed it right then and there and went above and beyond to help me out. I made sure I told the manager, Gary, of how helpful Walker was to me, and I would like Corporate and other shoppers to know about his service! I look forward to returning again to have another poster framed!

I thought Hobby Lobby was a Christian store that didn't work their employees on Sunday. But now I find that is not true, in Florida when Hobby Lobby is opening a new store and they are behind they have their employees work on Sunday to get caught up. If they claim to be a Christian and they do not open to the public on Sunday to do being a Christian then they shouldn't make their employees work on Sunday. I won't buy any thing else from Hobby Lobby. You either a Christian or not you can't have it both ways. Guess I'll start shopping at Michael's.
