I have shopped at Hobby Lobby stores for years and...

I have shopped at Hobby Lobby stores for years and never had a problem until today. I had a car accident 1 year ago which left me disabled, so I m no longer able to drive to our local store in Prattville, AL. I do all my shopping online now. My recent order had about 17 items, 3 of which were dirty and damaged. I also received an extra item I wasn t supposed to get. I called customer service to ask what I needed to do. The lady told me to take the extra item to my local for a refund. The other items, I was told to put in a yard sale or throw away. That is exactly what she said! This has been the most ridiculous purchase/customer service encounter I ve ever had. I m dumbfounded. No more words. SMH.
