On July12th, 2017, I came to Hobby Lobby in Biloxi...

On July12th, 2017, I came to Hobby Lobby in Biloxi, MS to have a shodow box made for my husband's Navy retirement. I spent 2 1/2 hours explaining what I wanted and I even had a picture of the design and my expectations I was told that it would be completed by July 28th in time for the Retirement Ceremony, which was scheduled for August 5th.

On July 28th I called before driving 45 minutes to the store to make sure it was ready and I was told that the associate who had originally took the order (Amber) had quit. I was informed by David that he shadow box wasn't ready, but don't worry just resend all the info again and he (David) assured me that the shadow box would be ready in time for the ceremony!
August 3rd, two days before the ceremony, I called to check on the box and someone by the name of Angela was presently working on the box and she requested that I send All the information again on how I wanted the box set up!
On August 4th, I received a picture via text of the completed Shadow box and it was totally different than what was ordered, wrong depth and no casing around the flag as specifically requested.

Totally disappointed and upset , we had to have he ceremony without the presentation of the shadow box! Now please note that this was a Retirement Celebration for my husband after 24 1/2 years of service. We had Senior Chiefs and Master Chiefs from near and far invited to attend this ceremony and no presentation of his medals/stripes or pins!!

Upon returning to store, once again I spoke to David who in turned called Brice and there was no regard or sympathy for my situation and the devastation that was felt by me and no resolution to the situation!
You have lose a valuable customer and I will never patronize you store again!
From this day forward we will shop anywhere but Hobby Lobby!!
