It was smoking hot in our room, so hot it was impossible to sleep. We asked for 2 fans to help since the windows only open a couple inches. We were told we could only have 1 fan and told there was no reason we couldn't have more. Very expensive place to not sleep. The room had seen better days too.

Nice place, nice view no matter where you are ( I live close to the falls so seeing the falls isn't that big of a deal). Plus not spending time In room so view is not huge to me. Had to call maid to vacuum my room as it wasn't as clean as It should have been. I totally understand it being the long weekend and super busy.
Love my room with jacuzzi tub. Beds little too soft for my liking but it's nice to just get away if though I live close

This hotel was the best hotel in Niagara falls I've stayed at so far..valet parking was quick, easy indoor access to the Falls View Casino, loved the big layout design of the hotel lobby and areas..service desk was quick to get our rooms..The rooms were so fresh and clean and tidy and the window in-between the room to the washroom was a nice decorative touch..room service was quick and friendly we enjoyed the fruit platter and champagne ..we went to visit the Brasilian Steak house that is on one of the floors of the hotel and what a Giant Salad Bar!! I came back 2 times just to drive back up from Toronto to eat there since it was sooooooo worth the drive the two other locations in Toronto doesn't even compare..didn't use the pool facilities but was always so fun to walk by and see the families have a good time it reminded me of a mini waterpark with the slides..it's a walk away from the night club Dragon fly...the only thing is that our room. view of the falls wasn't the best location but overall I'll still give this a 5 stars just because of the overall stay and design layout of the rooms.

I had 1 issue no WiFi. The friendly staff placed a note with my reservation, upon checking out the 45.00 valet fee was waived. No complaints. I stayed in the north tower 49th floor. Amazing views. Will stay again.

Really disappointed. Took 45 minutes to park and we paid $40 for "indoor valet", but our car came back covered in snow and cold. The excuse (as we got about almost everything - see below) was that they were under construction. It then took us 30 minutes to check-in. The room was clean and nice. They also say on their site we would have use to the neighbours pool, but were told this only was available after Jan. 7. The breakfast buffet was $23 each for lackluster food. The entire ground floor was very cold and although there was a ton of staff, no one cares to stop to help you. The valet then took forever (after having to call down 4 times). Not sure how they can justify $400/night.

If you are going to Niagara Falls this is the spot you need. I stayed in the south tower (older tower) (03-22 to 03-24 2016) in the 30th floor, and was very pleased with the room and the views. The hotel staff was wonderful, pool area very nice especially for children. The restaurant in the 33rd floor Watermark and Brasa in the 2nd floor absolutely amazing food.
We parked in the casino across the street for $5.00 for the whole time we did not use the car and didn't play in the casino. The hotel has a cover walkway to the fallsview casino and resort and the sheraton. There is an Ihop in the sheraton stay away from there expensive and not good food.

This is a nice hotel very close to the Falls. There's a casino attached (if you like casinos) and it's a 5 minute walk to see the Falls. I was here speaking at a conference and the accommodations were lovely (including the conference area). The service was excellent. A great place to stay for business or pleasure!

Lobby has a bad smell, furniture is old and worn. Our view could not be enjoyed as the windows were so dirty. Terrible tv and internet reception. Third stay in 2yrs, each progressively worse. Will not stay again.

They upgraded our room for us but unfortunately gave us a room where the bathroom had feces all over the seat and handle and floor. The cleaner forgot to clean the bathroom. The room itself was not nearly as clean as the fallsview resort. They did send someone right away to clean the bathroom for us. I complained so they offered us another room however after watching the cleaner thoroughly clean the room I figured I didn't want to risk getting another dirty room.

Had an awful experience and here's why:

1. False Advertisement: I booked a room believing I am booking this room because that's the room that was advertised (Exhibit 1& 2), but instead I got that (Exhibit 3). Imagine my disappointment, as in the advertisement it was NOT mentioned that you can get a worse room. But wait, it gets worse:

2. Sloppy Rude Staff: When I called the front desk and explained that's not the room I wanted, they bounced me from a concierge to a concierge (5 times to be exact), then I got mad and asked to speak to a manager, got put on hold for 15min.I knew the staff didn't even bother letting the manager knowing simply put me on hold. Then I called again. Asked to speak to the manager, never got to the manager because the lady said pretty much "too bad, the nicer rooms are unavailable", so I gave up.

3. Unacceptable Service Level: there was NO TOOTH PASTE in the room. I called again the front desk, they said they would bring it up. I couldn't go to bed without brushing my teeth. It took them an HOUR to bring it upstairs and it was already 1 am when I finally could go to sleep

4. Parking: they told me the parking lot next to the hotel was full and I had to park far and take a shuttle bus. It was raining, I was tired from the long drive and I was not walking or taking a bus with all the luggage. The parking guy eventually gave up and said "here, park wherever you want". Well, let me tell you this - the parking lot was not full at all. AND I didn't pay for parking. Moral of the story is - insist on getting an appropriate service level, otherwise they will simply brush you off.

It is unfortunate that the staff is so relaxed and sloppy during this economic downturn, when they should care about every single guest to keep the hotel busy and to keep their jobs. Nothing was done about any of these issues - that's simply poor hotel management. I thought Hilton was a decent hotel, reputable name and all... (in Toronto at least it is decent), but I was wrong. I payed a little less than $200 for one night, while the average was $118. I am okay to spend money but I require some value in return. Sadly, this hotel did not provide me with that.

Clean hotel, nice room pleasant helpful staff

Clean hotel, nice room pleasant helpful staff
Parking prices are very high they charge $61.00 per night including taxes and they justify it by saying it is a tourist city yet other locations offer parking at a reasonable rate

Booked the Hotel room through Hilton Honors. We quickly check-in and were told that we will have a room on the 14th floor. I really wanted to be on a higher floor, but was told that they didn't have any rooms available on a higher floor. I was a bit disappointed and had told the front desk receptionist that please notify me when a room on a higher floor becomes available. She told me to check back by 4pm. I went outside with my family to grab a quick bite. Time was quickly passing away. I checked my watch and discovered that it is almost 4pm. I rushed back to the Hotel and now was standing in Front of the check-in counter. I did not find the Katie the receptionist anywhere, but I was so lucky to run into KEVIN. I explained the situation to KEVIN, and KEVIN assured me that he will do what he can to make it right. He found me a room on the 30th floor with an amazing view of the falls. I was very excited and could not wait to see the room. My excitement turned into apathy when Kevin mentioned an upgrade fee. I asked kevin to see if there is anyway at all to wave the fee. Kevin said he can check with management and see if they can help. Kevin returned three minutes later and told me no worries, fee has been waived. I absolutely loved the room. I really enjoyed staying here. Thank you Kevin for making my stay a wonderful memory. I cannot wait to stay at the Hotel again.

Was only here for the restaurant, and I was very pleased. Great view, and the food quality was excellent. $55 gets you a 3 course meal(add $10 for 5), and their selections are great. Worth a try. Make reservations.

Way below Hilton standards. Very disappointing. Even a loyal member like me, will never return here.
Look at the room view initially assigned to us!!!! Shameful. We were charged $500 for this!!!!

If you are stayng in the Niagara Falls area you could do much worse than staying here. Our room was very large and we had a great view of the falls. Just be aware the place is a tourist trap and rates for everything are much higher than the states.

The hotel is gorgeous. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from my room (a fallsview room) was unbelievable. The location was within walking distance of so many stores, restaurants, and the falls. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the rim was very warm and the thermostat did not do anything, the bedding was very scratchy and stiff, and the jacuzzi made very loud sounds throughout the night (when not in use).

Good room. Good view. Casino in the way. Wavecrest at top floor is subpar food, not worth the money, but has a good view. You pay for everything including breakfast. Construction started 7:30 sharp.

Stayed at the Hilton quite a few times when we come down to niagara from Toronto. Beds are decent, view is cool. Best thing about the hotel is the location now that we discover Seven Nightclub is right up the street. Amazing bar and close accomodations.

Waited pass 4pm to be checked in. We were told if we come early we would be able to get a room on a higher floor. Nothing ready. If the hotel cannot provide a room before 4pm what should guest do?Nothing. Even been a Hilton honours Club didn t receive a free water bottle. I have seen gifts bags at the reception. No wifi in the room at all. It s shows Hilton lobby but cannot connect. Paid closer to 600 for two people without breakfast. Falls view is covered to the casino building. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Reception area so fealty, seating area dirty and unfriendly

Changing my review to a 1 star. We got lucky when the casino gifted us a free stay at the Hilton in Feb. This was the second time we got a free stay from the casino. The first time was amazing, so we were really looking forward to stay here again. We checked in on the 13th and the woman at the front desk was lovely. They gave us room 714. When we got to our room and took a look around, the jacuzzi was broken. The outer part of the tub was just falling off.. it looked like it was held up by tape .. We called up the courtesy desk and they sent in a handy man who fixed it right away which was appreciated. We then went to the buffet and casino for a few hours and came back to our room ready to call it a night. Sitting on the bed, we then noticed very unpleasant things. There was black strands of hair on the pillows and sheets, questionable stains on the headboard, the tv had a cracked screen, there was no control over the heat, the dresser looked like someone had kicked it as there was an ugly dent in it and there was a gross sticky stain on the writing desk and the same sticky substance was on one of the blue "Make it Right" hotel cards!!! Seriously?? We were so incredibly disgusted and grossed out that we packed up and didn't even bother staying the night. Staff at the front desk didn't seem to care or ask why we were checking out so early. Thank goodness we didn't pay to stay here. It's pretty awful to think people are paying to sleep and stay in a filthy room like that. What a joke.

Worst stay at a Hilton ever! No hot water for a shower in the morning, called front desk to advise and they said I was the only person that called about this. After speaking to numerous people in the hotel,
they too didn't have water and called to complain. Internet was incredibty slow, option to buy up was no better. TV channels were very glitchy, almost like it was a pirated Internet feed. Roof was leaking in many areas of hotel, stepped off the elevator and into a puddle of water which soaked my foot as I had dress shoes on. When checking out which took so long, the front desk didn't seem concerned about my issues, nor pulled my reservation up to review. Not even a " were sorry" . I have to stay here for 4 nights in a few months, I will be cancelling my reservation and booking elsewhere. Do not recommend!

Stayed in the deluxe room. Pretty good other than the fact that the fireplace didn't seem to emit heat. I might have done it wrong, but there was no explanation about what the different buttons on the remote do.

No refreshments at the loby, no bottles of water in the room! In one room there was noise from the air conditioner at the corridor..... Pros - excellent beds, jacuzzi in room, very clean and the view to the falls.

Sarah or Sara at the Hilton customer service was great to talk to. Clear and Concise. Had an amazing birthday: clean suite, view from the room was second to none. Hilton Fallsview is top-notch, and my favourite place to stay in Niagara Falls.

Omg 10/10 hotel! You can find really cheap rooms on many sites. It s so nice. My room didn t have a tub but the stand in shower was very nice. Very clean. I did underground valet parking it was on sale that day for only 35 but you can find much cheaper parking like down the street for 15 overnight. No regrets because my car was safe underground and my car wasn t freezing in the morning or covered in snow. The hotel is huge and has many wings. Don t worry about the room service or those restaurants that offer free delivery there s also a Starbucks in the lobby. Everything is close and convenient!

Room was very neat and tidy - staff were friendly and helpful. The location was under construction at the time so the entrance was blocked. The rooms were comfortable and the view was amazing!

An overall fantastic stay at the Hilton Niagara! The falls view room paired with the tub window overlooking said view, made for a luxuriously relaxing and romantic experience. The oversized, jetted tub was divine, but the pleasantly surprising detail was the scorching hot water temperature option. Ideally situated behind the Fallsview Hotel, it allows for a view of both the falls and the bustle of the casino below, but still has direct, indoor access via a glass bridge. The multiple parking attendants made it easy & stress-free to find a spot. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the pool was under reno when we went, however the facility offers everything you d need for the perfect Niagara stay.

We stayed one night on Dec.20. I thought with Covid and extra cleaning precautions the room would be much cleaner. It s old, the furniture is worn, shower is stained with moldy. The bed was terrible (obviously old as well) and the sheets were like sandpaper. Not a great place to stay. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The Hilton is a great option on the niagara tourist strip. It s connected to the Fallsview Casino via an enclosed bridge. The hotel itself has a few good restaurant choices along with the Spyce lounge. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the wait time for elevators. Their are only 4 elevators per block of 35 floors. Each time I ve stayed here I ve spent an excessive amount of time waiting for the elevator.

Loved the 2 queen room set up but was not very clean. Shower looked like something from a campground and ceiling was cracking. For what we paid I expected more. Will go to a cheaper place for better cleanliness. Also the valet parking set up is dangerous and way to many workers just standing around.

This was our first time staying at the Hilton Niagara/Fallsview Hotel & Suites. The Hilton was not our first choice, because the Fallsview Casino Hotel was closed. Entering the Hilton was like an obstacle course. You are then met by roving parking attendants who issue parking permits, which range from $35.00 or $45.00 a day. The parking area was dirty, especially the slow and jerky parking elevators. The lobby area was okay and check in was fast. We stayed in room 4951, which was clean, fully stocked and had great views of the Falls. We stayed for 2 nights and ate at a restaurant on site, which was above the average price for dining. Please note that our experience with room service for breakfast was not one that we would recommend. The breakfast was cold, small and very expensive. At check out, your bill will include fees, upon fees, upon fees. Overall the two day experience was okay, as our basic needs were satisfied.

We paid for 1 night stay for Can Falls view upgraded room and when we reached there the room was more of US Falls view (and partial view).
There was no Fridge in the room to cool your water or beer
There was no Exhaust Fan in the washroom which makes it so uncomfortable to sit in the Jacuzzi.
I really disliked it and dont think will ever go to Hilton again.

Really wanted to like it because the location and amenities are great. The main thing that broke it for me is that they re constructing an addition and they started working and making a ton of noise already at 7 AM. After a long and fun night the previous evening this was unacceptable. Why not wait to start working until a more reasonable time like 8 or 8:30? Also the mattresses are very thin and you re forced to use expensive ($40) valet parking, but these items are a little more commonplace in touristy hotels like this. Other than that, a decent experience.

Okie stay at the Hilton was great. We booked last minute and were able to get a nice room on the 17th floor facing the US Falls. The room was great - we chose a room with two rooms so the kids had their own space. And we were able to view fireworks over the falls right from our window. It was perfect with two little kids! There was a line up at check in when we arrived, but were nearly immediately offered a bottle of water while we waited. And the line moved very quickly! The location was ideal - near the falls, casino, and many restaurants but not in the heart of all the insanity of Clifton Hill.

My family and I are currently staying in a suite at the Hilton in Niagara, Ontario. The room price is close to $400 for the night.

The check-in went very smoothly; the employee was very helpful and very professional. Once we reached our room, our experience changed greatly. Having been in Hilton hotels and others of the same level of service/luxury, we were appalled. The bathroom had one towel that appeared to be used and was missing all other towels. There was no soap, shampoo or any other amenities provided. The room is showing age. There was baseboards that were lifted, the washroom door is stained at the bottom inch. The towels were worn out (white towels had turned grey), trim was missing paint (chipped), grout in the floor tiles of the shower had turned grey and appeared very dirty and not serviced. There was paper towel or toilet paper attached to the bottom of the sliding door to keep it from banging. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I am sure more will pop up before we check out.

View was awesome, best part of the entire experience.

Update:
We voiced our concerns with Hilton customer service. The response was excellent; they will address the issues right away and were very thankful for the feedback. The rest of our stay was good.
