I give 4 star for the view/location but I'm not so...
I give 4 star for the view/location but I'm not so impressed for the details, I think the Hilton can do better.

Good place but expensive parking fee. 1day 49 outside parking 35. I just another place parking.
My fiancee and I stayed at the Hilton for a 1 night using a Groupon. Overall our stay was great. The downfall was that the pool area was under renovation so we had to use the Sheraton pool which was not as good at the Hilton pool. Other than that, all the staff were very polite and professional and we would definitley stay there again. The restaurants and casino are all connected with a tunnel bridge making it very convenient to travel to all the different places the hotel had to offer.
Starting to get a little run down. As to have the shower door adjusted because it wouldn't close all t h e way. Looks like they just came in and closed the door (from the outside) no way to close it once inside. And while on the shower issue, little to no HOT water. On a positive note, the room layout is really good.
Staff was very helpful, clean & fresh rooms clear view of both falls
Cheaply maintained. Dirty windows on the 'view' side so unable to enjoy the view. The casino in the middle of the view, so really poor view..
Beautiful hotel with a room overlooking the falls, the New York Hilton has the best attention
The elevators noise was so annoying in our room especially during the night
No courtesy bottles of water in room. No USB ports in room. No available underground parking...charges are still high to park at Hilton's temporary outdoor up and around the corner lot.
Beds very comfortable, extremely helpful staff, grandkids loved the pool. Have decided to come back in a couple of months and will stay at the Hilton again.
Amazing hotel in the of tourists area. My hubby and I got a 2 night stay as a gift for our 15 year wedding anniversary. I wish for another gift for our next occasion.
Stayed on a Wednesday in May. Slow check in. Long lines. You can tell it s in a major tourist area. Everything felt quickly done . It s Niagara Falls after all so expectations low.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I will never go again! I paid so much for NOTHING! Staff was rude and careless, the room was nasty..sink didn t work the bed was nasty, spent the whole night itching and woke up with bites on my leg...sad! For a 4 hotel very very disappointed
Good, clean quick. But your security team needs to remember they are not cops
The location is great and super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that our rooms were not ready and we were constantly told to "come back in an hour" and only after 3 times did they do something about it.
Booked a suite with two rooms over the phone with premium fall view and accepted what they've asked me to pay.
I have asked clearly if the room was new and renovated and the agent stated yes, it is (can be proved by replaying call).
Guess what ???
I came and checked in at the reception, receptionist asked me for the credit card and I gave it to her and after finalizing all and before giving me keys she said that the floor I am in has some renovations but u won't hear it.
I went up to the room
4956
First of all room was dated and not new at all as I was told over the phone - suite 'as they named it on my booking was extremely small for typical - similar two bed room suite found in other hotels.
And guess what is the major surprise??? Renovation sound in the floor or other floors can be heard clearly during the day and was awful for my one year old baby.
If I was told that I am in a dated room on a floor being renovated I would never have confirmed booking and would have gone to the next door hotel which is couple of hundred dollars more, but more piece of mind and relaxing.
Thank you very much for deceiving me and promise will never repeat my experience again.
It was in Niagara Falls. We had 4 rooms 3 were queen rooms one was a 3 bedroom suite
I was on the 44th floor with a great view of the falls. Room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed. Several restaurants within, a bridge connecting us to the Fallsview Casino the staff was excellent.
I dont understand how anybody can rate this 4or 5 star. We paid 400.00 a night and got a view of a wall that is about 2 meters away from our window. we obviously complained about this , than they told us we booked a room with no view. Now you all know what a room with no view is. We just got back from our day out at 430 and our room was not even cleaned. I called front desk and I asked for my 400.00 a night does that not include cleaning service either. Amazing how front desk here treat clients. Never again I will book a hilton. So misleading even pictures on internet . This hotel is not even close to falls .
The hotel was nice, but we requested a playpen for our child in the room, it wasn't there. We found someone's leftover pop can in our room when we arrived. And to top it all off, the voluntary tourism get that most places in Niagara falls try to sneak on you, but will remove if asked- the Hilton has decided that they won't remove that get anymore. But every other hotel will still remove that extra fee when asked.
So I recommend you go to any other hotel, then.
But hey, the beds were comfortable.
Would have got better rating but rooms need updating and there is forever construction going on ! Spent $$$$$$ in one year on several visits and still construction!
The room was a little less than we expected for a Hilton hotel. The floor did not appear vacuumed, the ceiling was peeling, bed was extremely "lumpy", etc.
Elevators out of service in our tower, no housekeeping, but otherwise good.
If the construction was done, it would have been a 5
A very nice and modern hotel. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable. Niagara Falls is a must see while you're enjoying your stay. The hotel staff are friendly, but we had a little rudeness at the valet which was disappointing. Overall a good stay!
Rooms are OK. Only give 3 stars because the elevators are very noise. Hilton should replace or modifythe elevators to eliminate the noise.
Bianca at the front desk was amazing o was talking to her about how expensive parking was and she heard me out and gave me a better rate 5 stars for Hilton and Bianca
The room that I was given was great. I would definitely stay again
Hotel was nice. But the room we stayed in was not so nice. The fire place was not working. The tub had hairs in it. Worst of of was at night when the people in the room next door were smoking weed the smell seeped into our washroom and also the smoke alarm was going off at around 1am. Was not a good night sleep to say the least.
First we arrived at midnight tried as hell and the guy at the front desk was a total jerk.
He made us feel like we were not welcomed at all even a bit of racist.
Then are room had no microwave or refrigerator and it was a Deluxe Falls view room.
Another thing we called in for a pizza and we got charge a dollar for the call and the pizza came from the Macaroni restaurant in the Hotel down stairs incredible huh.
Also when we checked out we decide to get a beer and sit outside for a while and some bartender kick us out what a hospatly to be a Hilton I will say never again.
Broke pricacy agreements and didnt give a crap about the time of my stay ull get better service from a dam motel around here then this hotel. This hotel does not deserve the hilton name on it.
Our usual hangout. Reasonably priced and great walking distance to everything.
Fabulous views of the Falls. Would recommend staying here.
It was nice. Rooms were quite loud as there was no barrier between the hallway and the room. But small inconvenience. Would stay again.
Amazing place, great rooms and amazing view from room
Great place to stay very friendly People rooms clean an nice
I just want to thank the staff at the Hilton Fallsview Hotel for a most memorable stay on November 23,2014. The room was immaculate, the view was spectacular, Braza was a new experience for us and
the courtesy call from the front desk a few minutes after settling in was a pleasant surprise.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Big Thumbs Up!
Huge lobby with great access to all nearby attractions. Rooms are a good size and comfortable.
Great views of you choose the right room. Gaudy lobby furniture and reception customer service could be significantly improved
The room was great and the view of the falls from the room was goos also.
Great room, service and location, everything you expect from Hilton.
Nice room and a great view of the falls and fireworks
The biggest drawback to Hilton Niagara is below average fare with below normal standards of service with a hidden parking charge of $49+ tax more than 13% which seems like high seas piracy with guest who book hotel room with them. I would say beware of these tactics.
Rooms are great, but the pool area is under renovation. Check-in is at 4 and the check-in line can get pretty long at busy time.
Great location and had a room overlooking the falls and the fireworks show. Construction made finding the parking entrance a little more exciting. Easy walk to the Falls.
Check in is at 4pm, little late compare to other hotels. Nice location and nice clean tooms
Stayed a night in a room with a beautiful view of the Niagara Falls. Stayed on the 45th floor. What an amazing view. Managed to capture the fireworks as well. Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold items and an Omelette Station.
We have stayed other places and they cannot compare to our stay at this Hilton. From the very start they were so nice and helpful. The front desk made sure our first stay here was going to be special. We will definitely be back here.
View was nice Jacuzzi tub was decent. TV would come in and go out. Wasn't inpressed with the 136$ parking bill 35$ a day to park inside no one said anything about plus the tourist tax. Was a nice goodbye gift to a expensive weekend lol
Very nice hotel. I had a room on the 19th floor overlooking the falls. The room was clean. The view of the falls was beautiful. There was no stain or hair in the sheets. The hotel is close to everything and the rooms are well soundproofed.
Well, it's a Hilton. Everything is nice and fancy. The swimming pool is great. The view from our 49th floor was amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. So why the three stars you ask? The room was separated to bedroom and living room. In the living room there was a double bed that we actually used. There was no wifi signal at all in the living room and the one in the bedroom which was close to the hallway was so bad we could hardly use it. After calling the desk they transferred me to an IT girl in Austin Texas that tried to help but naturally with no success. My video blog was ruined. :(
This is a nice hotel located away from downtown , Brasa has good food, breakfast buffet wasn t good, room was clean and spacious, the tv wasn t working so we had to call for service, maid service was good Colleen was very friendly gave us robes with slippers and chocolates, they are doing renovations so we couldn t use their pool or gym , bed was very comfortable, clean.Had a nice day off , great overall experience.
Great hotel. Best service. Very clean and helpfull team for customer service
Very disappointed in the overall service from what is supposedly a high end hotel. The wifi was down the ice machine was not working the remote for the fireplace not working, we had leftover shampoo and conditioner less then half a bottle of each but the view was nice
We came for our Honeymoon. It was a great. Clean rooms. Great staff. Good breakfast bar. Had a lovely time. Thank you
Horrible experience!! I will never stay at this hotel, ruined our trip! I will make sure to tell everybody about my experience.
Well served rooms, beautiful location if you are facing the falls and are up high. In-hotel restaurant upstairs closes too early.
I would give it a 0 if I could!!
The worst experience ever and I will not be booking with Hilton ever again! My friends and I had decided to stay at the Hilton Falls View hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. But it turned out to be the most stressful/worst weekend yet!
We checked into the Hilton on Saturday around 3 pm and we spent a few hours in the room and left for dinner around 8:45 pm.
After our dinner we got back to our room around 11:50 pm and noticed that some of our bags and valuables (worth almost $1500 in total) were missing! We were in utter shock and could not believe our eyes.
We called the front desk and explained the situation to them and they said they would send someone. A few minutes later, they sent a security guard to come and talk to us. He had come in and asked us to write down everything that was stolen. He also did a scan on the door to get a log of keys that may have been used to enter when we were gone. He told us that he cannot disclose the information from the scan to us and that the General Manager would call us with the report on Monday. We asked if there were any managers that would give us the key log information as Monday seemed far away and we wanted to know what was going on. But he stated that only the General Manager would be able to give us the information from the report. At this point, we had also contacted the police.
The police officer took a report from us and the security guard told us that he would give the police officer the report from the key log. However, when the police officer contacted us later that night he told us that the security guard refused to give him the key log report. This raised a lot of suspicions as we were not sure why the security guard changed his mind on giving the report to the officer.
We had hoped that Hilton would switch us to another room as we were all shaken and there was no way we were going to sleep knowing that someone could possibly walk into our room. No one from the hotel had even called to find out how we were doing after this incident. Instead around 2:30 am we had our bill for our stay slide through our door.
The following morning, we still did not receive a call asking how we were coping with such an incident. They didn't even bother to ask if there was anything that they could do for us. When we went downstairs to check out, we spoke to the Front Desk General Manager and he was extremely rude. He had started to accuse us and stated that we may have left the door open allowing someone to access our room. He also told us that he would not be able to give us any info in regards to the incident and that we would have to wait to hear back from the General Manager. He ensured that we paid for the room regardless of the incident and that there was nothing he could do for us!
All in all, I could not believe that a big company such as the Hilton would provide such horrible customer service, even if you are an honorary member! I honestly did not see the perks of being an honorary member. We now learned the hard way that the Hilton does not have cameras in their hallways or their elevators, which is alarming. The only cameras they have are in their lobby.
Think twice before you book a room here!
We checked in online, had no problems at all. Went to our room, but the room had a funny smell. I went to the front desk where the lovely young lady upgraded us to a beautiful room at no charge. This is my 2nd time staying here and both times I have been impressed with the friendly service.
The views of the falls was beautiful, and the room was spacious. The first time we went to the Hilton, the stay was perfect. This time, the experience was lacking. Many of the t.v. channels were not functional. When we complained about this, they said it was due to the heavy winds. However, the channels were still not functioning properly even when the weather got better. Wi-Fi was only working in one of the rooms, with a very weak signal. The keys on one of the telephone sets was sticky and hard. As well, the dresser that held the televsion set was chipped. The beds were uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs after getting up each time.
It was just OK. The carpet was dirty, thermostat could not be adjusted.
Niagara Falls on the US side and the Canadian side are both located on the 42nd floor suite.
Always stay here when in Niagara. Convenient location and tunnel to the casino. Love what they re doing with the renovations, going to look really good when complete. Also friendly staff.
Close to Niagara Falls, walk distance to Casino and to the Observation tower.
Too much construction for tourist season. Parking was difficult to access.
I booked cityview and when i went there they told sorry we dont have city view room available . In washroom there was no hair Dryer where as in Ramada they they provide it.
Staff was really nice and helpful. The only reason not 5 stars is all the fees they add on and the price of parking. But im sure that cant be helped. Had a great time.
Stayed at better hotels only reason for the 3 stars is for the view
This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls Ontario. The drive from Delaware was smooth and seamless. At check-in there was a long line, however, it moved quickly. We were surprised with an upgraded room free of charge :). Our original room was a king suite with Canada falls view, however, we received a room with view of both falls and jacuzzi jet tub. The view of the falls was amazing. Directly in front of our room on the 25th floor. All of the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We parked in the casino parking garage for $25 instead of the hotels garage at $75 based on the previous reviews we read. We went to the Skylon tower and that had impeccable views as well. We will get on the Hornblower tomorrow. We are expecting a great time. To be continued....
Still looking for the perfect Fallsview hotel, and this isn t it. Of course, the casino across the street prevents any picturesque view of the falls themselves, but I ll admit the view is still impressive. From my room, the American Falls were clearly visible, but the Horseshoe Falls were obscured. The rest of the Niagara Falls skyline is quite clear and worth a mention. Everything about the stay was up to par and satisfactory, except for the parking. There is a multi-level garage adjacent to the hotel, yet inexplicable it s not attached; you have to go back to ground level and walk past a high-traffic, blind corner to get to the hotel lobby. This path becomes a horrible icy wind tunnel in the winter months, and is a ridiculous design flaw. I was thoroughly annoyed to find out upon checking in, that they required me to walk back out and up to the car to hang a ticket from my mirror. It s not rocket science to come up with a better system that doesn t inconvenience guests. Not really impressed. 7/10
Long line to check in, and I felt like I was at a bus station with dozens of unhappy people standing around. Room was well designed but has been well worn, and I'm not sure it had been really cleaned. The buffet breakfast was a rip off--the value was about $2 not $30+. The Tourist Improvement Fee is apparently not working here. The AC worked great after about 2am; until then it was a sauna. The view was spectacular, and you can see the fireworks from the room. Could sleep 6 without much trouble. For the price I've had a lot better. Add in the view and subtract the buffet, it was still below par. That being said, I've not stayed at the local competition, so they might deserve another star. PS Canadian money is fun to look at and smells like maple syrup. No kidding.
WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA FEES. Mandatory daily charges, extra night of parking charged with another fee on top of that. They will NOT take the charges off no matter how annoyed you are. The hotel was under construction at the time so you can hear construction noises. We also got booked right next to someone else which we really did not like considering the covid situation. Something as simple as changing the input on the tv took a whopping 45 mins for the handyman to come in our room with one remote only to press a button so we can watch a movie on our laptop. The only reason I'm not giving one star is that the room was on sale. If we paid full price for the room we were in on top of all of that easily one star
