Due to construction, getting to the restaurant within the Hilton was incredibly complicated. It was very frustrating trying to navigate around the area.

2nd time to come here but still their slide on the pool is not working...

Very large room which was upgraded upon our arrival. Very comfortable king bed. Beautiful view of the falls...

The jacuzzi tub was great.. and the staff knocked it out of the park! Forgot a few things and they came through.

Very nice hotel. Bright spacious rooms, we were lucky to have a falls view, very clean.
The location is perfect with a covered connection to Fallsview Resort and Casino across the street.
Nice selection of restaurants, and close to all Niagara area activities and attractions.
Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Service was great, lost a key card and they came to our room in a minute to help out. Room was well maintained and had a beautiful view of Niagara falls. Would highly recommend.

Pro: Great falls view, very clean, and great location to the actual falls.
Con: Hassle getting to and from your room due to "distancing" (where they were still cramming 6+ into an elevator), uncomfortable water temperatures (scalding hot), pool use requires a booking time, additional daily charge for parking (which was not clarified), and a lot of contradictions on their social distancing policy.
Great for a night if you want a good view, but I don't think I'll ever stay there again for future visits.

We took a room with a view of the US falls: large, clean room with a whirlpool.
Immense building with various premises including Starbucks, restaurants, bars, a souvenir shop and a games room.
Work is in progress, I would like to go back once the work is completed.
The only NEGATIVE NOTE check-in: we were not told check out time, if breakfast was included or not, how to reach the wellness center (the hotel one was closed for construction, you had to go to another building always connected to the structure) and in addition I was asked for a credit card, I got a charge of 75 CAD but I was not explained what it was for.
Free luggage storage is available.
I honestly thought better, but the room with a view is worth the price.

Rooms were expensive and a little bit outdated for the price that they charge you I think that the hotel should have had some balconies to overlook the falls at lower levels and continued up with Windows instead of having just Windows which limits your views for such a Hilton hotel I also think that the city of you should have continued on with just windows there should also be more choices of restaurants

Got slammed with a surprise charge after booking through air miles and paying a 50$ booking fee. Hotel was under construction when I visited which no big deal but they should put a notice on the website. Pool/gym were off limits and no free parking for guests which is questionable given that the casino across the street offers it if you spend $10. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Best birthday trip ever. Clean hotel with a beautiful view. Only issue i had was the wait for the elevators because some people wanted to be alone in the elevator, but thats not the hotels fault they accommodated the best that they could.

Michael via text appears pleasant, but when the room gives issues the customer service felt lacking. Twice in two days the AC crapped out. The wifi also failed in our room and when we asked for a room in a higher floor. We were told there were no rooms, but my roommate called while I was texting and there absolutely were rooms available. Didn't like that lie especially when one text said they want a survey to always be a 10 out of 10.

The room was nice and clean. But for a Hilton, that doesn't cut it. The internet was too slow to check email. The city view I got stuck with was of a construction site. The tv kept freezing so often I gave up.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Not so quiet, construction was going on during our stay. Costumer service was good.

Incredible view. The Watermark Restaurant took this rating down. The view is unsurpassable but the heat in the restaurant was unbearable it was about 90 degrees for breakfast. There was no air movement. Aggg. Sweaty mess before we even left the hotel.

Great view but some of the beds are starting to get dips in them.

How disappointed we were when we walked in in our room for our little romantic getaway. As you can see from the picture included this room was not clean. Ball of hair in the jacuzzi tub, hair on the floor of the bathroom, floor in general had stains and food residue all over. The bedside table dusty and dirty. Call the front desk not able to get someone on the phone been waiting 20 min to get somebody to call us back. I wish there was an option for less than one star because this kind of behavior from mid to high end hotel is unaceptable. We finally got a call from the switch desk saying they couldn't reach the front desk so our best bet was to go downstairs and try to speak to somebody. Now to be fair the person at the front desk was really quick to turn around and give us another room right away and take out 50$ off our rate. The second room they gave us was a cleaner. Still some stains on the floor but at least it looked like it was wash are attempted to be wash.

We have been coming to this place since 2012 and we have seems this place go from our favorite hotel to what we experience today. It is sad but we will have to find a new place to stay in Niagara in the future. Note to the manager: you never have a second chance to make a good impression. Even though we were given a new room and a 50 credit this incident did put a little shadow on our stay. And this is something you always remember.

If you plan on going to this hotel Don't first I was aware that there pool
was under construction but was not aware that the whole parking structure was under construction. There was a foul odor coming from the working area that made me and my husband very sick. Getting to and from my car was a hassle. The foul odor was coming through the vents. I had to travel through the employees entrance to get to the hotel.

Unfortunately I didn t enjoy the stay.
The room was filthy. It was very old and outdated. There were dirty bootprints on the bathroom floor. I didn t feel comfortable at all.
They charged me $50 for 1 night parking without mentioning about it at the checkin; for some reason I assumed some decency on their side - but of course not. The view was stunning thou.

The hotel is under construction and renovation! The noise began at 7am after a night of enjoying what Niagara Falls has to offer is too early to be woken by what sounded like jackhammers!
Do not book this hotel without checking that the renovations are complete!
Room was ok but if you want to sleep past 7 do not stay here!

Our room was unbearably hot and dry. We stayed 3 days and complained about it. The answer to us was that they are on winter heating now so nothing they can do. The room was at 26 degrees!!!! We asked for them to turn off the heat altogether but again the answer was no. Their solution was a little plastic Walmart fan which was ineffective. A small slit underneath the window opened but offered no relief. You go to a hotel to sleep and after 3 days we left exhausted. We ordered drinks up to the room the first night which arrived on a tray. The dirty glasses and tray were never removed. The housekeeping was substandard at best. We stayed on the 25 floor. The outside doors of one of the elevators looked like someone had thrown a drink at it. Even after mentioning it to management they were still filthy upon check out. I would never step foot in this hotel again.

We had a suite on the 19th floor, good view of the falls. The pool is in another building. An impudence and impertinence with wet bathing go back through a long corridor. , The whole place is very touristy. Small Las Vegas. The rooms were big enough, with the 2nd room is a through traffic. The bathroom had a glass wall and whirlpool. Parking next to the hotel costs $ 5 in the parking garage

It's OK. The view is nice, the rooms are clean, but there is nothing outstanding regarding amenities offered.

They make you join their rewards program for free access to WiFi and signing in is a pain.

Very nice hotel. WiFi is free and pretty good, staff is friendly, and our view was great. The all you can eat at Brasa was pricey but very good.

Highly recommend this hotel! We were on the 48th floor with view of Niagara Falls that kept us in aww. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great customer service and close to everything. This hotel even has a covered tunnel to casino and shopping. No need for a rental car because everything is close. I have a disability and was impressed by ease of access to the Niagara Falls walkways and after being in some of the other hotels and reading reviews... I can say this one stood apart from the rest with how clean it is. We did request a room on a higher floor, so I don t know if updates are in all rooms. We were able to control our own temperature, bonus!

We paid for the view. There was nothing special about the room. It was clean and the decor was in nice but no different than any room we could have got for half the price in the same area. King bed was a smidge firmer than we like but not super uncomfortable. I'd bring my own pillow next time too. Little fridge and in room coffee and tea was a nice touch too. But what a great view from the 38th floor.
During these Covid times we need to support the Hotels.

From the beginning, the service was excellent. Arrived at 2pm and was able to check in early, this was a huge plus. City view room was as expected; spacious and clean. No point in paying extra for the view of the falls, as we walked by them every day. The bathroom was nice, large shower. Breakfast buffet (main) was good. Good variety and very courteous staff. Check out was quick and simple. No issues at all during this trip. The hotel made everything easy, which lead to a relaxing vacation.

The Hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.
The rooms are well appointment, and clean.
The location is great, right near all the attractions.
Parking is the reason for the 4 stars, we have a 2500 series truck and were told we couldn t self park that costs$35 per night, instead we were told we had to use Valet parking at $50 plus extra charges ended up paying over $61 per night to park our truck. I find both the self park and Valet parking fees unacceptable and outright expensive.
Considering a night stay was $149 plus tax in a decent room, the cost of parking was 1/3 of the room fee. The fact that the underground parking garage does not accommodate a truck should not force me to pay extra.

Hotel could be cleaner. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good and the drinks at the Lounge/Bar were awful. Room was nice and very quiet. The views of the Falls were amazing.

Stayed here for a conference this year but have also been here before on vacation. Great hotel with wonderful views of the city, falls, and casino. Close proximity to all the tourist attractions, and easy access to the casino - cross the street or take the 2nd storey bridge. Rooms are clean and well kept - some have a large window separating the jacuzzi tub from the bedroom, with a power blind so you can turn off the lights and enjoy both the tub and the Niagara view at the same time. Would stay here again when prices are reasonable.

I m just gonna give you guys an advice check your towels before using it and the bed cover before sleeping in. I stayed in the 23th December 2018 I had disgusting dirty towel and I didn t even notice I woke up the next morning with red butt and red legs when I went to the washroom I found the towel I used at night omg it s soooo gross and I made a report at the hotel but nobody told me I should have call the city and 911 to make a proper report for health they took my report and didn t even apologize and I end up with a yeast infection for a week because of the towel I would like to share the pic of it but google don t let me to . So guys be careful check our towels and if ever you had a health issue because of the Hilton make a report call the city to send inspectors and call 911 to make a real report .

Nice location and compared to clifton hill is quiet. May nit be best for overlooking the Niagarafalls uf thats your aim, as Casino building will always be in your picture but you still see all of the falls. If you didn't care then the hotel amenties are good, staff are helpful and friendly. The so-called 2 bedroom was not as spacious as expected, but acceptable.

My wife and I stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. Recently, we stayed at the Hilton and had issues from the booking. We thought we were getting the Fall's view King Jacuzzi suite. We did not want city view or us falls view and the picture of the room we booked was the Fall's view. It turned out to be the us falls view which is not what we wanted. The lady at the desk did manage to give us a Canadian falls view room but it was not the one we thought we were getting. Another issue is unless you are a Hilton rewards member, you had to pay for wifi. I think next time we stay at the Fall's, we may try another hotel.

You know, for being such a well known hotel, you d think they d give you their best. Unfortunately that was not the case for when I had rented out a room for the first time. There were little hairs on most of my pillows. One had been stained. I found hairs on my jacuzzi. The garbage in my washroom wasn t changed out. The face cloth on top, looked like it was dirty. For being there for one night, I tried not to let it bother me as there wasn t a point to switch. But the fact that cleaning should be a top priority and especially because we re dealing with corona, I was almost disturbed to see that in my room. It makes you think that they don t take cleaning seriously and makes you wonder what else they had missed. I m not sure that I d want to come back after finding what I had found. But I still tried to make the most out of it.

Always our place to stay while in Niagara. Great front desk service. Clean rooms... great restaurant (BRASA) and love that you walk inside to casino.

Rooms are dated. Pool does not work. Some improvement on cleaning would not hurt. On a day of check out waited for elevators for 20 min to go down from 38th floor. This is not what I expected when booked premium suite. Take your money somewhere else. You will get a better value for your money just by crossing the street.

Parking and breakfast very pricey!

My girlfriend and I went to Niagara, on a budget and booked a random hotel near the falls.(Quality Suites or something) It was a great deal, however on arrival, we quickly realised why...The rooms were ghetto, to say the least. Non the less, we tried to make the best of it. While laying in bed, my girfriend had a look on her face like she had just seen a ghost! She sprung up from the bed and pointed at the wall. It was a cocroach on steroids!! Dusgusted with what we saw, we packed our stuff and left the hotel...

Desperate for a clean and comfortable room, we walked into the Hilton. We were so upset that we had to pay for a second hotel. We explained to the receptionist what had just happened and she found us a room at a decent price. Once we got to our room, we were greated with a gorgeous, falls view room! We were beside ourselves...The customer serves and empathy the front desk showed us was outstanding. Because of the generosity shown, we will be frequenting the Hilton as we visit Niagara often. This happened the night of Dec 26, 2020. Thank you to whomever was working the desk that night!

Beautiful king size suite with jucuzzi tub, a corner room with an amazing view. Clean & check in was great. Only downfall was having to park so far away.

They couldn't explain where the 10% Tourism Improvement fee actually goes... So 10% cash grab, no accountability. Doug Ford should get them to pay it to the government or make them accountable to the public! That fee is not mandatory and is a big rip off

I love this hotel it's classy the rooms are beautiful the facilities are excellent and the view of the falls is breathtaking. It's a bit pricey but worth it

Here is a hotel that has rooms overlooking the falls. It is fantastic to be able to admire the falls, day and night. Some nights you can even admire a fireworks display.

Room is nice. Absolutely huge but slightly dated. Good views. Plentiful and tasty buffet breakfast.

Very nice hotel. We stayed on the 49th floor and the view was amazing. Really wasn't any reason to leave . Go down to the LBCO , grab a bottle of wine and sit in your room . Americans beware!! They add about 60 bucks in fees and taxes on your stay( just plan on figuring that in when picking a hotel in Canada)

Close to the Falls, and very clean. Service and view of the Falls was great. Clear view of the American Falls from the east side of the hotel, including fireworks. Only downside would have been if the weather had been bad, since parking was not attached by a covered walkway.

Out of the two bookings, I had cancelled one of the stays and was charged 100% cancellation fee and had to explain that they had said I wouldn't be charged. After explaining the circumstances they eventually agreed to credit my account back.
My other stay was comfortable and convenient as I was attending a conference. I was within walking distance to the conference and the Falls. Everything was close and I could evwn see the falls from behind the Casino. The room was fairly clean although I had to ask the floor matron to refresh the bedding which had a stain on it. They were very apologetic and otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. The shower was especially great. A new part of the hotel was being built and they did a great job of keeping that discrete - and I think that promises to make a future visit even better.

Comfortable, king size is spacious, double queen is ok size. Air conditioner is a bit louder, elevator is a bit louder. You can t see much Canadian falls because the hotel is not high enough. The casino building is huge in the middle of the view be aware. Overall quiet comforable

Nice hotel. Got upgraded to a suite on 47th floor with a very nice view of the US and Canadian Falls. Close walk to everything... Good times!

Excellent, especially the location and the views to the falls, it is really worth what you pay for a room towards the falls, they are lit at night so the views are enjoyed at all times.

My husband and I reserved a room for the night a few hours before we arrived. Since it was just for the night, we opted for the cheapest room with a King bed.

The lobby was a great entrance. Rather grand. Check-in was a breeze and then we got to our room. Teeny tiny. We know we went with the cheapest but since it was still a Hilton, we thought it wouldn't be as awkward as it was. It was like the room was a bigger room at some point. There were lots of scuff marks on the wall from when holes were patched and painted poorly. There wasn't a vent or fan in the bathroom. The TV was also an old LCD with an incorrect aspect ratio that we couldn't correct.

The breakfast buffet was the biggest crock. $20 per person for dry scrambled eggs, limp bacon, and uncaring service from some of the staff. I noticed on a few occasions that some staff didn't bother with a simple "excuse me" when refilling the hot trays. It was nice that there were two omelette stations but since I was in a hurry, I opted for the (dry) scrambled eggs in the trays. I think the cost of breakfast went towards paying someone to peel all the grapefruit and orange slices. Those were good, though.

Met with some friends for before dinner drinks. It was a busy weekend so there was a ton of people on the street and it was very humid out, so the lounge was very refreshing. Drinks were made just right, price is about what you would expect down there but you're really paying for the ambience.

We had a spectacular view of the falls. That was great. The hotel is very nice. But I could not find a fittnes room. Parking was included in the hotel price. The breakfast is delicious.

Great hotel in Niagara Falls. Truly immense hall from inside which you can access both the Brazilian restaurant specialized in cooking meat and the Starbucks.
Large and bright rooms, normal bathroom. The rooms are clean.
The breakfast room is very large and bright. Wide choice both sweet and savory.

We decided to have a short escape to Niagara Falls and booked 2 nights at Hilton. Upon arrival, a small unpleasant incident happened at check in, but I asked to share my feedback to a Manager who called me within minutes after I made a phone call to complain. George Thomas, Front Line Manager returned my call. I could feel his empathy, his active listening skills and his smile on the phone. You wont believe it, in seconds, he made it right!!!! My twins, husband and myself were pleased with his legendary service. My boys were sad when we were checking out - they said " mom,we are leaving this nice hotel !!!! It's " mesmerizing " when they speak about the view from Watermark restaurant. They were so happy with their stay in Hilton and the outstanding service Mr Thomas gave us. Folks, when you go to Niagara,please go to Hilton and ask to meet George. He is legendary, extremely polite and always smiling. George, Hilton is on our radar for our next trip to Niagara in Summer and all years to come......Indira
