Beautiful view of both falls, choice of valet parking, restaurants, casino all in one place. Beds are super comfortable. Competitively pricey but that's what you get for a top class Hotel.

The room was clean and comfy and the staff were friendly. I forgot a razor and the guest services crew were quick to bring a complimentary shaving set up for me. The one thing to note is that not all rooms are copycat of one another. We stayed in a falls-view king jacuzzi suite a previous time and that room was laid out differently and seemed more up to date (an electronic window between the bedroom and bathroom vs folding windows, for example). However, the comfort and enjoyability of the stay was the same. If you select the falls-view side and a high floor (both 23 and the 30-something of our previous stay were beautiful) you should be very happy.

The best hotel in my humble opinion to stay at in Niagara ON if you're there for the full experience. The views of both sides of the lake and the City cannot be beat, especially at night. Access to everything is just out the door. The rooms are spacious and well layed out and as clean as should be expected. Stayed on the 46th floor with prime viewing, so take that into consideration when you evaluate this review. Separate shower and jacuzzi makes for for better overall experience based on your reason for visiting. The internet was a little slow for my liking but was not a priority considering the reason I was there.

Service at the lobby was bit rude because we didn't have a reservation for the night, instead we walked in and they were selling us the most expensive room they had at 2-3x more expensive rates than you can find online... So we stepped out of the line and booked it online and went back to check in... Room we got was amazing with an amazing view

Good rooms, good service, but room had a leaky pipe that caused some issues. 6 out of 10

Finding the hotel and parking was simple and clearly identifiable. I like that there were so many bars and restaurants attached to the hotel to choose from. Check in was simple and hassle free. Staff gave us non down pillows when requested. Easy access to the casino from the hotel. Beautiful view. Loved the classy and modern look of the hotel and our room. Was pleased with shower and bed quality.

Water pressure was terrible. View was subpar. Room was stuffy.

This hotel had everything we needed plus more. The view of the falls from our room was amazing. Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is awesome.

Decent room with a nice view of the falls. Don t fall for the breakfast package scam when you book. Charged $30 per person when the restaurant only charges $20!

Great view from our room... room was nice size... would of preferred a time for room service. Was out of the room for 4 hours room still not cleaned... was in room about 1 hr left and returned in the evening room still not cleaned. Other then that bo other problem.

Went there for the labour day weekend and definitely had an amazing experience. The place was very clean, organized and accommodations were great. Check in and out experience was really great thanks to Eloria and her outstanding customer service. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great view of the falls and paid extra for a top floor room - however, the room was dirty and the service was even worse. The Canadian side is OK but had much better service on the US side.

I'm currently here now, it has been the worst Experience . I've been travelling across the US and Canada for the last few months and this is the worst hotel thus far. The hotel room was disgustingly dirty. There was brown liquid (not sure what it was) all on the walls and dresser. The room had a constant clicking sound that made it difficult to sleep. I called maintenance, but after waiting hours they never came. The air conditioning does not work, and our room is a sauna; I'd call maintenance again but what is the point. Also the clicking noise remains. I'd just sleep in my vehicle but the wait to obtain it from valet isn't worth the hassel.

Rooms are nice. Long wait to check in. Breakfast buffet is good but pricey. Right in the heart of the action in Niagara Falls.

Jacuzzi in the room is great. Could use a microwave though. Friendly staff and good service.

Beautiful hotel, love that it is attached to the casino, and galleria shops and restaurant's etc. We were there for a wedding, great views, beautiful service.

Not directly on the falls, but a beautiful view nevertheless. The only obstruction is the casino attached to the same hotel, which only blocks view of the area in between the American and Canadian falls. Fast elevator, plenty of restaurants, overall great bang for the buck.

Small but clean rooms. Very chill lobby. Excellent adjoining bar and restaurants.

I've stayed here multiple times now with a clear, beatiful view of both sides of the falls. It serves as a great home base while in the niagra area. I was able to enjoy the holliday fireworks from the comfort of my room.

A bridge joins the hotel to the casino across the street, so there is no need to face unfavourable weather for those who enjoy gambling.

Our check in wait was 45 minutes. There are lines for each clerk. Our clerk found it ok to take people from another line on top of being incredibly slow. Upon arriving in our room there were cobwebs on the lamp. The windows separating the jacuzzi and the room had grime.. of all our stays at the Hilton this was by far the worst experience.

We got upgraded to a suite just because there was one available. Fantastic service!

What an absolute dump, cracked walls, half an inch gap between the door and the door stop to ensure you hear every little noise in the hallway. Brought 32 people down and there is no TV signal in the rooms and I have not yet gotten any hot water from the shower. Opened the fridge and somebody else s left over dinner was in there along with an unopened Monster Energy drink. The front desks response? I m sorry sir, we are experiencing difficulties due to construction. They had no difficulty at all taking the money. Certainly not worth the price.

The view from the room was amazing. We could see the falls and the fireworks at night seemed to be right in the room. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and neat.

The view of the Falls from our room was fantastic! The whirlpool jacuzzi was a lovely way to wind down at the end of a busy day touring the area. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, especially the Watermark! The food was delicious and service excellent. The breakfast buffet, however, I personally did not find worth the expense, you're better off going elsewhere. The hotel is in a great location for being able to walk to most of the local attractions, and overall was great value for the money.

Very comfortable room which is spacious. Spa for two lovely. Have to ask for milk and China cups through room service but that's OK. Loved our stay

upgraded our room to premium and the view was wonderful. Could suggest to get the window/glass cleaned up but overall me and my gf had a wonderful time together.

Changing my review after last visit. Had to call maintenance 3 times and then they had to move us. Valet service was brutal and they never once tried to make it right. In fact they seemed like we were just a bother. Top it all with a closed pool and you get one unhappy visit!

Hilton/fallsview is located at one of the best location just walking distance from Falls, the rooms are clean and spacious, room service is pretty good as well. The hotel has many good restaurants. Dont fail to pre book if you are staying for the weekend.

Shower glass door couldn t close properly so I had to take a shower with the door open. Caught a cold because of that.

Only stayed 1 night but the staff was friendly, the room was great, dinner was delicious (canyon creek in the hotel) the only issue was the slots in the casino but that's an Ontario gaming problem nothing to do with the hotel. All in all my experience was nice I would/will return

Nice view, right across the casino which does block the panoramic view of the landscape. Standard hotel for most part. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower...very low.

The Best Hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. Rooms are big, with comfortable beds. The view is amazing. The view from 50th floor. Location is perfect! Very close to falls and many attractions.

The hotel view is good and the breakfast is also served while looking at the waterfall.

Looked very good when booking but was disappointed when arrived. The lobby and all was nice but the room is below standards; especially for the prices they are charging despite being being in the heart of the entertainment strip. We booked specifically a room with a featured Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi was dirty looking, and the tub finish was peeling. Most definitely not one I would bath in! Room is otherwise fairly clean. The provided toilettries was good. No guest slippers provided. Pool was under Reno during this trip. All in all, a decent hotel but most definitely not worth the price and would not stay here again.

The location of this hotel is amazing, and provided a near perfect view of the falls. The rooms were nice and the mattresses were soft. The service there was excellent and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is outdated and kinda old. The elevator takes forever to come and is so small for such a large hotel. Had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator to come and it's always packed. The rooms was old and dusty. It also doesnt seem so clean as well. The check in line was also a long wait. Last but not least the hotel is partially under construction so it can be very noisy at times especially in the morning.

Soo I originally booked the King Suite with the whirlpool and the City view for my partner and I anniversary and fortunately they upgraded us with no extra fee to the king suite with whirlpool and falls view room. Unfortunately, the room wasn't what we expected especially comparing it from the pictures that Hilton posted on their website... it seems to be outdated. Also for the falls view, we expected to see more of it but we got to see only the corner of it which is fine since we did not originally booked the falls view anyways. The part was more disappointing was the whirlpool in the washroom... also I didn't find the room as tidy as I hope but nothing concerning other than finding the in the closet a bunch of balloons and a face mask from someone who previously stayed over... and did find a small stain on one of the pillowcases. We also got woken up in the middle of the night because of the fire alarm that lasted for almost 30 mins. It was nothing serious since they announced that everyone was allowed to stay in their rooms still. Anyways.. other than these comments, my partner and I still had a good time since we made things work!

Awesome location to view Niagara Falls from Canadian side.

The service was excellent, multiple restaurants to choose from in very close proximity especially here at the hotel and the casino is a very short walk from the hotel and you don't have to go outside. We are having a great time.

We had a great time at this hotel. We booked a room with a view and a jacuzzi tub. We were up in the tower...on the 39th floor. The view was spectacular. The room was maybe a little dated, but it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Nice hotel except the parking option of indoor(45$) and outdoor parking(30$). We chose to park at the outside lot across from Tim hortons and found our vehicle broken into the next morning. Narcan opioid kit found outside the vehicle and police advised we were the second set of people to report a break in.

Hotel manager on duty , did not apologize upon explaining what took place and simply told us to call our insurance company.

Very nice hotel until you have a problem here. They will turn you away without any sympathy or assistance with the issue.

Beware of the drug addicts breaking into cars of hotel goers.

Room was ok not the best, bathroom was terrible and shower was too dark no light inside. Parking was the worst thing in this hotel and they bill you all extra charges once you're checking out. Pool and fitness centre are bothing closed but you can use the neighboring hotel nearby.... who the hell want's to go swimming than walk back down the street in this cold weather.

I figured Hilton would be best but Marriot beats it by a long shot!

Great location, room was nice and clean. Sevice was ok not great. Fitness center and pool under a renovation so really annoying.
