Check-in was very smooth. They didn't have some of the vouchers I purchased with my package and offered to remove that amount from our room cost.
This time we stayed in the south tower. I found it a little older and rundown in comparison to the north tower. Our remote for the TV didnt work and the floor was soaking wet between the bed and the jacuzzi opening.
When we got our invoice under the door in the morning, it did not remove the amount of the vouchers as discussed at check-in. So had to call the front desk to resolve. But other than that, check-out was also smooth.

Expensive with a worn and dirty look. You're safe and close to the casino. Those are the positives. But get better cleaning staff and maybe some paint. The atrium around the lobby looks like it has major water damage. A little disconcerting.

I paid extra for falls view I could barley see the fall from the 9th floor (i believe) as the roof line of the floor below me was in the way. I should have complained but I will just stay somewhere else in the future. otherwise the breakfast in the morning had a great view and the food was good. VERY crowded at breakfast however.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend prior to the second lockdown from COVID. We were amazed at the luxurious accommodations, the room was FLAWLESS! we had a beautiful view of the American falls were we sat in the jetted tub and drank wine! This is a great place for couples!

Nice room and valet. Pool was closed so that was a bummer. The pool that was available in the next hotel was awful. They really should just tell guests that there is no pool, dont waste your time going to the other one

The hotel looks good, polite staff, but the room did not make us satisfied, the bathroom was dirty, dusty top, with cockroaches in the bathtub. In the bedroom I could see dust on the lamps and on the table. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, very old. Very poor lighting. I do not recommend.

The room is okay. The food is absolutely terrible, every place is ridiculous expensive and bland tasting. It's like the entire town has given up on trying to do anything correctly. The worst part of this area is the "voluntary" TIFee, it is nothing more then a underhanded way, by the private business, of charging you more for a service or product.

The experience was terrible! The hotel lobby ceiling is falling apart for starters. Expensive parking that should just be included with the expensive price of the stay. We checked into our room and there were clumps of dirt all over the beds and the lights didn t work! I complained and got a new room! Same room and same view of a brick wall. No coffee machines in the bedroom and the tv had no signal!!!! To top this experience at 7:50am construction started and woke up the whole hotel! At 7:50am!!! On Canada day!!! This hotel used to be so beautiful but now it s less than average! This is the worst stay I have had in at least 5 years and I am an avid traveler!!! Honestly, the Sheraton looks amazing I suggest checking that out! Don t let the pictures of this hotel fool you!

This place is the most racist hotel I have ever been to. My sister went to go talk to the hotel management regarding our room and had no luck so I went down to see what the issue was and the security guard said she already came down here completely ignoring my presence like I was not there, when I corrected him and said that s not true he said you all look the same anyways. While waiting for my car to come from the valet parking 2 white men walked by us and said wow the whole refugee camp is here none of the staff said anything instead they were chuckling. We didn t get treated like humans. The whole staff was white and had a sense of self entitlement. Don t stay here if you re a person of colour.

there was a problem checking in. the servers were down or something... however we were compensated with a generous room upgrade as well as a credit. this made up for the delay and issues with their system. and we had a great time. the pool was packed with kids for March break but that's to be expected.

I am currently staying at the Hilton with my family for what was supposed to be our weekend getaway. As advertised online we purchased the premium suite with both USA & Canadian view of the falls. Upon arriving at the room however, I can tell you that the price was not worth it! Not only does the hotel in front block the majority of the view, the Canadian side is barley visible. However, if you would like to see the driveway comings and goings for the hotel in front, this is the place for you.
Upon calling the manager for a better room or discount rate we were not given one as this room is as advertised a view of both sides. Needless to say, Hilton suites in Niagara is a prime example of how false advertising can lead to customers paying premium prices for mediocre views.
Review of the room: beds are nice and overall room is clean, bathroom is subpar for the premium price yet again.
Final note: probably could have just stayed at a regular hotel and not a premium hotel such as this for such a view.

Wow. I can t give a positive rating simply based on the greed of this place. I understand tourist area etc... but why do things have to exponentially rise in cost. The amount paid for the room.... on New Year s Eve no less... cash grab. Sickening.
Room service: 2 Stella beers... $11 each... each! To charge to the room? $36 including a delivery fee!! Two beers!!! It s again expected but gross. I make decent money but ugh. I m done putting up with this stuff. This shouldn t be the norm.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. My friend and I went to The Spyce Lounge, it was very nice and the drinks were very good. At night, we went to the Watermark Restaurant. It was disappointed. The restaurant itself was very dirty. The foods were mediocre, only the desserts are highly recommended. Overall experienced in Hilton was okay, the room was nice and big.

Ah The Hilton... One expects a very high level of service at any Hilton Hotel and in some ways the Niagara Hilton truly delivers. Beautiful rooms, a great view of the falls, and the Brasa Restaurant is a meat lover's dream come true. But that's where it ends, disappointingly so.
We stayed there overnight on November 23, 2018 and we chose to have breakfast at their buffet. It was the WORST MEAL we have ever had! Cold, cold, cold food, under cooked scrambled eggs, bacon that was nearly raw, sausage uncooked in the center. It was food poisoning waiting to happen. EWWWWW!!!!
We reported the experience on the comment card and were contacted by the restaurant manager the next day. Great, we thought, they're following up. After much back and forth we spoke eventually to a lady named Miranda who kindly offered us a free meal on our return. NO apology, no reason for the food quality, and not a single word accepting responsibility for the under cooked food. Given the quality of the meal, we declined her offer and asked to be contacted by a more senior person. The Director of Food and Beverage, a gentleman named Nick was to contact us. This was on December 5th. Now almost 3 weeks later, we have not heard back and our concern remains unresolved.
As more time passes, we've come to realize that customer satisfaction is not a mandate at the executive level of this Hotel. It's troubling that neither Nick nor his assistant Heather have taken the 5 minutes to call. If this is the nature of their hospitality, for us, it's a simple switch to stay at another hotel.
Be warned... don't eat at the Breakfast Buffet. Chances are, like us, you'll be ill for days. It happened to us, and it could happen to you.

Unfortunately I have not taken any photos of the room and the hotel I will try and remember from now on. The Hilton was beautiful the entrance the staff was friendly the room is absolutely beautiful can you single bed not the best of you and to the back parking lot. The price was affordable, at the time due to the very beginning of the pandemic. So I can't really say much for the pricing due to that very reason. The restaurant was closed. You couldn't sit in the restaurant but you could order small things. My stay was memorable that is for sure. Definitely recommend for family's or anyone for that matter. It's also in the middle of tourist area. (when it opens back up) Have a great day!!

The place itself is great, but just be ready to pay a mandatory T.I. FEE.
This is a fee that will not be taken off your bill. The Hilton says it's to improve tourism in the Falls. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years in Niagara Falls...on Clifton Hill, in the casino, bars , and restaurants. That's how I support tourism...my way, the fun way.
I grew up in St Catharines, right next to the Falls. Now we all have to pay this fee. It's not fair. Some would say it's legal fraud. On a $312.00 room, be prepared to pay an additional $25.00 on the T.I. FEE.
Personally, I"m done with Niagara Falls. I say to the Fallsview Hilton...why bite the hand that feeds you? Is your mandatory fee that important that you would rather loose customers that waive it? Research this first Ladies and Gentleman... before you stay in the Fallsview Hilton, or any other place in the Falls before you book. Once they have your money, your done.
Personally, the Fallsview Hilton just lost me as a customer.

My experience at the Hilton hotel was very poor, I took my electric car where they have specified parking spots for them, and they charged me $40 when it takes a lot less to charge the car. Also my siblings got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the night for 20min. The rooms were alright and clean, but they hadn't dusted properly and so the lamps were dusty. The house keepers are very nice and friendly. Also it didnt help that wifi doesn't work in every room.

Any time I go to Niagra Falls this is the place I stay. It can be a little pricey depending on the weekend but it's well worth it. The rooms are always clean and well furnished. Room service is prompt. Checking in and out is real easy. The only downside is at the end of a busy weekend you might wait a while for the valet to get your car.

HORRIBLE! Not only was the line up to check in at least 25 minutes long the pool was not working on MARCH BREAK! Although, they were saying the pool was open, it technically wasn't since they were letting under capacity in because the water was murky - was fair enough was a safety concern. However, claiming the pool was open when you couldn't get in is in fact that issue I have.. Plus you have "lifeguards" who are at least 18 years old dealing with upset guests and not a manager or general manager to be seen. If you are going to close the pool - then close it. We booked this hotel because of the pool and the fact that we couldn't use it was extremely disappointing! I will NEVER stay here again..

We ve been coming here in October since 2011. Hotel was very nice up to 2013 but started taking a turn between 13 and 14.

Unfortunately, I won t come back here until the rooms are renovated. I expect a lot more for ~$350 a night.

I stayed in two queen beds on the 28th floor.
I could see the Canadian Falls and the American Falls on both sides of the casino hotel.
If you want to see the waterfall, I recommend the high floor as much as possible.
You can select a room by checking in in advance from Hilton's official app.
I chose the 32nd floor in advance, but arrived early so the room is not ready yet. I was on the 28th floor because people at the front desk told me that I could see it well on the 28th floor.
The staff was polite and good.
Facilities have no problem with old function.
The problem is the lack of amenities.
There was no shampoo, toothbrush or mineral water.
This hotel is not good enough.
Isn't it good other than that?

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel early August 2013. Renovated rooms very clean, excellent welcome, very good breakfast buffet on the 33rd floor overlooking the falls. Self parking very correct (we reserve your place, which is nice because the parking is crowded at night). Really to advise. Even the restaurant "Brasa" seemed excellent in its kind (all you can eat brazilian).

Very nice hotel. The room was great. No where to park that you don't have to pay. Pre-warning there is self and valet parking. The "falls view" is nice and you can see both horseshoe and US falls nicely, but note that you also have another hotel lit up between the falls.

The Hilton on the whole is quite comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the quality of MY room. It looked fine on the surface, but the bathroom looked very warn, and the mattresses were not as supportive as I was hoping for and expecting. My room was also one of those with a shared door to the room next door. There was VERY little sound barrier between the two sides. I could hear their TV quite clearly. Luckily, I was too exhausted for it to keep me up.

2. Woke up to construction at 9am
3. Pool is closed but no one let me know
4. The staff is rude
5. I spent 2.50 on a water at the vending machine but it dropped but you cant grab it for some reason without twisting your arm around. On top of that the vending machines were all nearly empty.
So in conclusion this place sucks and is do expensive because the location 1/10 never staying here again

The driveway to valet and hotel entrance seems poorly planned. One way traffic and not much space. On busy days be ready to wait in line just to reach valet to make a decision on self-parking or valet service. Even looking for a free spot to unload takes effort. The hotel is under temporary renovations so pool and fitness services are unavailable. Alternative is to go to the Sheraton next door. Elevators are far from the entrance. Room prices are crazy expensive. Worst part was the room I stayed in with my family. We booked a two bedroom deluxe suite (2 bedrooms with king beds, living room, sitting area) with a premium hotel view of both falls. I was expecting 2 bedrooms with doors. What we got upon entrance was a small den area that fits the bed, 1 lamp, 1 bedside table and tv with dresser stand. Going along the hallway was a sink counter and door to the bathroom. At the end of the hallway was a door to the bedroom. Very bright and spacious with the full view of the falls. Sofa and desk also in this one room. Of course the guests who stayed in the one room with everything would enjoy their stay. But for the guest staying in the cramped den with no windows, and 1 light, it was awful. Even if you tolerate it, the poor ventilation to that room was pretty much non-existant. I was always so hot. Turning on the AC in the full bedroom barely helped. We couldn't switch or upgrade rooms as the hotel was fully booked. I feel the advertisement for this room is false hence the lack of pictures online. Whoever planned out these rooms did a terrible job. I will not be coming back.

Date of visit: June 26-27th. I and my girlfriend had a great stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staffs were friendly and genuinely helpful. The price was great, I feel like we got every penny out of what we paid because of all the services and amenities that was rendered to us. I love the bridge to fallsview casino and I like that its a bit close to Copa Cabana Restaurant. I took a star off because I happened to pull the fireplace and its dusty.

Our stay overall was pleasant. The room was appointed nicely, and was as advertised. The falls view room with whirlpool tub was definitely worth it. However, there were a few jarring notes that peppered our experience.
The room needs some maintenance. The area around the tub is in need of fresh caulk. We had an issue with an electrical outlet falling out of the base of a lamp. The outside windows needed cleaned. Signifiant dust was persistent throughout the hotel. Elevators, the restaurant, plants, etc. I understand construction, but there was an overall inattention to details and Cleanliness.
Unequivocally, do not get the in hotel breakfast buffet. Go anywhere else. You will pay $55 for a sad limited buffet with stained tablecloths and a horribly ineffective bagle slicer/smusher.

Stayed one night under a special wedding group reservation. On reservation I was advised that I would have a room before the wedding to get ready in. Upon arrival I was told a room wouldnt be available until 4pm. Wedding was at 3pm. Had to make another reservation at another hotel. Hilton would not let me cancel so I was out $200. Horrible view of a wall.
