Great beds but their internet/wifi is only good in the lobby area and is not accessible in your room

Very old rooms, not really clean, only superficially cleaned, bad breakfast, the lobby toilets a complete disaster, mass processing in the lobby, it was very disappointing for the money, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room (2 room suit booked ) made out, no water even when asked, for almost 300 euros a night, ridiculous. Ticket sales for tours I would advise against everyone, you can walk to all the sights in a few minutes. Renovations in progress, swimming pool and fitness center closed, simply not mentioned when booking !!
Good and comfortable kings size bed, a great view of everything from the 55 floor.

Worst Customer Service. They kept holding my deposit and lied that they paid when I checked out

Priced alright, I would try to find a deal, room was great, we got a room with the view of the falls with the full sized window which had two rooms in same suite, service was good, parking was expensive, recommend finding alternative parking near by, access to casino without having to go outside. Breakfast was rediculously expensive, the buffet had good food, just not a wide variety for that price, no cold cuts or variety of breads to choose from, I would find alternative breakfast place. Hotel close to waterfall tourist area. Overall good experience. I would go again as long as I get a deal. I would recommend.

Always a great away from the city without going far

Great rooms, but was a bit confused on how the different pricing worked for "falls view". There were three options, American view, Canadian View, and both. We paid for both, but the hotel points directly at the falls, all rooms would be able to see both. Also, they didn't seem to have any bellhops available. When we checked in at the entrance (which requires a drive down an alley way) we were quickly ushered to off site parking that requires a 1 block walk with our bags. I inquired about this at the desk, and was told there were Bell hops there to take bags, but I never saw them and the people direction traffic we're quick to get us out of there. My other complaint is the breakfast.... $20 is rediculous for what you get... An omlet station, bacon sausage (which was greasy and chewy) fruit and waffles. Was very disappointed with breakfast.

Premier hotel nestled right next to the falls. They have some great dining options on property including a Brazilian steakhouse and a 33rd floor lounge and restaurant with an amazing view of the falls.

Middle of the night u will hear loud noise from ventilation. If u r light sleeper good luck. Washroom ventilation doesn t work. And if u have car don t park at offside parking it cost 35 n either have to wait shutter bus for 15 mins or walk 2 blocks. Not worth at all. There is parking near hotel for 10 bucks all day. Never going there again!

It's an OK hotel there was a false fire alarm this morning which we did not appreciate.

Ridiculous waiting time for checking in. Great room wit a view. Mid tower elevator extremely slow. Simple but plenty good for breakfast buffet. Average in flavours and choices. Direct covered access to Casino.

Wonderful experience and the hospitality was amazing

Great place! In awe about how big the place is, how much staff is there on hand and most amazing how smoothly such a big place is ran. Cheers to all employees and management!

Stayed 2 nights in one of the jacuzzi suites with a falls view. Was very nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Fast WiFi as well. The breakfast was good as well though pretty pricy if you don't do a breakfast package. You can walk straight to the casino area through some walkways which is nice. All in all a good place to stay near the falls and casino.

Great location. We had a room with a view to the falls and it was everything we expected and more. The service was good, very attentive and friendly. 10/10 would go back again.

It was a really beautiful place to visit. Service was great too. Only thing that knocked off the last star was that the showers were really poorly designed. I don't know if they were mislabeled or whatnot. There was also a gap at the hinge that made it easy for water to escape and spray onto the washroom floor by the toilet. Literally nothing too big of a complaint, just a slight hassle. Everything else was great.

Room was as clean and orderly. Staff was friendly. Worth it, would go again.

Great hotel, but inexperienced life guards at the pool

Came to this hotel for my girlfriends birthday and my friends engagement. Hotel room was okay, the customer service at the front desk was awful. We were lied to about the total price of the stay. The customer service rep who helped us day of check in said everything was included in this price. On checkout George Thomas Assistant director was completely useless and offered no assistance or for his colleagues mistake. If we were told the right thing in the beginning this wouldn t be an issue. The amount was 100 dollars more. Be careful with hidden fees at this hotel. We called before asking about hidden fees and they said no no everything is this price.

Bed experience and bed service hotel that I've never been. I ordered a extra bad for my 9 years old the same time when I checked in. No one gives us that. Nobody was bringing or directing us to the room. We all got lost. Never ever sleep in again !

Off site parking available (1 block away) $35.00 compared to onsite at $49.00
Breakfast buffet was nice but go early to avoid long line ups

We booked the hotel and found out as we were checking in that their pool and fitness centre were under renovation. Although it was a little inconvenient, the hotel had arranged these services at another hotel which was connected. Our room was perfect and had an amazing view. I'd definitely come back.

Stayed a night at this hotel. We got one of the best room. it was a family suite. my wife and daughter loved the view from the room. we could see both falls. The breakfast buffet is good.

Clean rooms with very comfortable bedding. I was tempted to steal a pillow. Lots of lively activity throughout the hotel. The Myst Lounge offer a great view of the evening fireworks. Would stay here again.

The service was great as always. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and well kept. The wait for valet was a little long

Double booked our room and had some random guest walk in, the "premium wifi" didn't work at all, even with signing up... The ice machine on our floor didn't work either, was unable to checkout via phone or tv, bathroom doors don't lock anymore on the inside.... Room was run down and not in the best condition.

Great Hotel and room and got an amazing view. The only problem was that the washroom had a window connecting to the main room which couldn't be properly closed.

WE HAD THE BEST ROOMS THERE 18TH FLOOR AND 32 FLOOR ON FALLS SIDE, WE COULD SEE EVERYTHING. BEAUTIFUL.

This hotel is terrible and not like the other hiltons ive stayed at. Some rooms you have to use two elevators just to get to your room. The cleanliness is subpar. The staff aren't very nice or eager to help. I've given this location many chances and it continues to disappoint.

Went for breakfast at the grande cafe. Service was great and omelette station was delicious!

Stayed at this hotel the evening of November 3rd. Security was verbally abusive to one of our friend s family. It was an incredible display of disrespect.
It appears this hotel does not represent the Hilton brand and does not deserve people s business.
There are many better places to stay in Niagara Falls.
We will never stay here again.

The room was fantastic. We were next to the elevators so while we heard the elevators going up and down it wasn't that bad. We didn't like that the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The bathtub/Jacuzzi was nice and hot which made it more perplexing

One of my favourite hotels to go when I m visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms are clean and spacious and the Watermark Restaurant has the best view in town. The restaurants are great and the foods are sumptuous. It has a connecting walkway with Fallsview Casino Hotel and you have access to the shops and casino and food court. I love their seafood offerings at the Watermark restaurant and the hotel s pool and water slide. It is suitable for family, couples and everyone!

Nice hotel, it was under some construction but everything was OK

This hotel is beautiful. It was clean and the rooms are updated. I paid for the falls view and it was worth every penny. I loved the view from my room. The hotel is under construction so the pool isn't open but it was still a nice place to stay. They let you use the pool at a nearby hotel. I also like that it had a Starbucks near the lobby.

Central location just a short walk from many attractions. Our room was comfortable though on the small side. Room service was fast and courteous. We got early check-in, which I highly recommend because the check-in line was incredibly long.

My go to hotel when staying in Niagara. Staff is great.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at! Was awesome waking up to room renovations above at 7 am

Our stay at the Hilton consisted mostly of your typical pros but a few cons:

Cons: Check-In/Parking was horrendous. I planned to park my car myself to save money from selecting valet service. However, I have a Jeep that has a height of over 7 feet. The parking attendant claimed that you could only valet cars of this height, so I was stuck footing the $45.00 per night valet service fee.

The line for check-in had at least 100 people in it. Top Tip: Sign up for the HHonors club membership (it is free!) before you get there and you can enter that line which was much shorter.

If you have a room at the top of the North Tower, be prepared for long elevator rides down to the lobby or mezzanine floors. We were on the 44th floor, and without exaggeration an elevator ride down to would have us stop at 10-20 other floors. A quick elevator ride could turn into a 15 minute process.

When trying to get our car at check-out, it took at least 30 minutes for our car to arrive. I would recommend calling down ahead of the time you need your car so you are not waiting.

Pros: The view from our room was incredible! We stayed in a King-Bed Room with a Jacuzzi listed with a Premium Canadian/American Falls View. Although you pay extra for the Premium View, I would definitely do it. I loved waking up each morning to the sight of the falls. The view even gets better at night when the falls are lit up. Although the Fallsview Casino was also in our view, it was between the American and Canadian Falls and did not disrupt our view of the falls at all.

In general the room was very clean and comfortable. The walls were a little thin (we could hear a few doors slamming from other guests), but overall we were happy. The jacuzzi had a glass wall next to it, so you could enjoy the falls while relaxing in the tub. This glass window also had an automatic shade if you wanted more privacy in the bathroom.

All the staff were quite pleasant and helpful.

First room was not great. But they moved us right away to a new room which was fantastic!

The place is beautiful and big and connected to the casino and all.. great for winter. The rooms were clean. But I was promised a falls view and when I went into the room it was in the corner and it was small lil window. The remote didn't work had to call for service. And when I asked for plate they said they didn't have ppl working at 10 pm and I had to come to the front desk to get it.

Our room was very clean. We were in the north tower. The view was awesome. Valet parking was quick and easy... worth the extra $10. Had dinner at Brasa and it was delicious. Second visit. We will be back.

The facility was fantastic. The food was good but the food service was a bit slow.

Great stay. A couple little issues in our bill. Karen went the extra mile and made everything right. Stay here 2 or 3 times a year and always leave happy! Great deals too

There for a company Christmas party. View from room was great (could see fireworks), food was excellent, and staff were very accommodating.

A/C doesn't work and hot water is sporadic. Phoned the front desk and did not receive a satisfactory answer or solution.

We had another great experience at this beautiful hotel. This time was busier because of the holiday season but Pratik and Manager George made sure our checkin was seamless. Pratik was very welcoming and professional . We will definitely stay there again !

Conveniently located, great bar on Falls view blvd

Check in time at the lobby took almost 1 hour while there wasn't much of a lineup at the same time. Everything else was good.
