Check-in was very smooth. They didn't have some of the vouchers I purchased with my package and offered to remove that amount from our room cost.
This time we stayed in the south tower. I found it a little older and rundown in comparison to the north tower. Our remote for the TV didnt work and the floor was soaking wet between the bed and the jacuzzi opening.
When we got our invoice under the door in the morning, it did not remove the amount of the vouchers as discussed at check-in. So had to call the front desk to resolve. But other than that, check-out was also smooth.
