The ceiling sounds like it's going to fall in and the jackhammer or whatever that began vibrating the room at what felt like 7am. It's crazy loud in the mid tower, mirrors are shaking and it's relentless. Stay away from the mid tower!!! Horrible morning

Very busy location but close to a lot of tourist attractions, recommend looking for a trivago or Hotwire even a groupon for rooms, always cheaper that way, if you just show up expect to pay, the room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean as well, you would not fear brining a black light with you and going blind once it is on, enjoyed the stay and if the price is right a good place to go

Nice hotel with connecting bridge to the Fallsview Casino. Within walking distance of the falls (10-15 min). The 2 bedroom suite is a really great value and you get a decent view of the falls for floors 25 and higher. Only complaints were that the windows were so dirty we didn't get to enjoy the views as much. Also the TV's were difficult to use (remote controls were lousy) and the majority of the channels were standard def.

We were told the hotel had free parking but it doesn t. Be prepared to pay $45 and to wait for over one hour to get you car back from the valet parking.
We were also told the room had a falls view but it didn t.
The room was nice. Tiny but adequate. The bed was clean and made but it included a children s toy under the blankets.
There was record heat in the area and the AC wasn t working. We called the front desk and their service personnel s answer was to turn the non working AC fan on high, which made it far too loud to sleep or even hold a conversation without shouting. The room temperature never dropped below 26 degrees.
Definitely will not come back. Not worth the money.

The fan was really loud in our room, but the real kicker was how much tax we HAD to pay 19.9% this was for tourism, and HST...also we were charged eco fees (because we bought a big screen TV as we slept there). The hotel itself was very nice, the bars and cafes downstairs were fun to be in. Unfortunately the bar the was advertised in the rooftop was only opened Fri and Sat. That was disappointing (a full meal was mandatory)

$25/day parking! Don't be deceived by the bellman who says parking is "$25". He never mentions it is per day. Other than that the hotel was nice with a good view of the falls. Still cant believe we payed $50 for two days of parking... Parking lot next door is $5 per day.

Horrible security employees. Do not care about the customer.. was treated like an animal and displaced at 3am on the street, forced to drive home drunk. Very dangerous and did not care about me and my 3 guests well being. Will never give another penny to Hilton. Very sad.

The view was incredible, had a nice view of both Niagara and Horseshoe falls, the downside was there was a casino blocking the view, and that it was extremely expensive, the restaurant upstairs is extremely luxurious but also very expensive and has small portions. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel is walking distance from the falls and other tourist attractions. Overall it was a great stay, and I would recommend.

Had an amazing post-valentines weekend here. Will do again.
The Room & Package I got was a king Jacuzzi falls view room (2309) with an inclusive breakfast buffet for 2 and a $40 dinner voucher for the in house restaurants (We ate at Brasa, it was delicious and i left full).
Upon arriving I was greeted by someone at the front desk, given my voucher package and filled in as to where restaurants at the hotel were located as well as given free internet for the length of my stay in exchange for my e-mail address ($8.00 value per night).
The suite was clean and well maintained (looked exactly like the pictures) with my only complaint being it lacked a mini fridge. I called front desk for one and it arrived inside of 5 minutes with the maintenance person who brought it being excellent with customer service and made me feel comfortable with the room being my space.
Later on that night we got room service. Having been to many hotels and on several cruises my expectations for room-service were fairly low quality wise but I also was hungry and did not want to leave the room. We decided to try two hot sandwiches as we did not want to risk spending ~$30 per plate on bad food. The sandwiches were amazing. Apparently all of the room service comes from the top floor restaurant in the hotel and the food is probably the best i have had room service wise. Well worth the money, i wish i had tried the seafood linguine.
Overall, i think the hotel while a little pricier is definitely not overpriced. It is set at a fair price for what it is and considering rival hotels in the are is a great bargain even at regular rates. The parking (15/night) is also fairly indexed for the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received here and will stay again.

Hotel is truly 5 Stars! Customer service is A+ from the moment you pull up. Our bags we're unpacked from our vehicle and brought up to our room and valet was a great experience. Our room was large and super clean. Amazing extra large jacuzzi tub and updated bathroom. Loved the separate shower. Crabtree and Evelyn bath products. They text you after check in to make sure you are happy, and questions concerns are replied to via text as well if you choose. Bed was comfortable and being on the 29th floor we had amazing views of the falls. Lots of restaurant options in and surrounding as well as 2 Starbucks within 5 min walking distance. 2 gifts shops with tons of snack/drink options.
Only downfall was that hotel is under a large renovation ( mostly outdoors) and to pool- we had to use the pool of the hotel attached but it was only about a 5 min walk and it was attached directly to the Hilton. It is directly across from the Casino, and we went on Canada Day weekend so it was extremely busy but our room was quiet, no issues with noise since on the upper level.
I would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks Hilton Niagara Fallsview for a great night!

The hotel is wonderful, the room is stunning and doing business with the people at the front was great.... 5 stars! The reason for the 2 stars was because of the breakfast experience we had. The food was okay but the rating is because of the service. The servers seemed so miserable and it was not pleasing. Felt very uncomfortable asking for anything. We understand that it was busy but putting a smile on your face doesn't take a lot but gives out more positivity.

We were visiting Niagara Falls for a concert at the Cansino. The location was perfect since there are tunnels connecting the buildings.. which means we didn't have to go outside. It was really cold out. Our view of the falls from the 31st floor was amazing. Just wish parking didn't cost so much... Should be free for guests staying at the hotel.

Great place. Stayed at HIlton for one night and got fallsview. Both the falls were visible from our hotel room and woke up to the best scene of my life. Hotel room was very clean. Staff was nice but they need to work on their online booking staff. They promised us few things but when we checked in there was extra charge. Specially for the breakfast. So we had to eat somewhere else.
here is the shot captured from our room for one of the falls.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! It rivals hotels in Las Vegas. The room was not even that expensive. The facility is beautiful great amenities and wonderful views of the falls. I'll so the pool is really nice even have a water slide. Me and a girlfriend took a trip here last year I'm just getting around to writing the review but I felt important to take the time so people know how great of a hotel this is. We stayed on the 28th floor in a corner suite just waking up in the morning opening the curtains and looking out at the falls takes your breath away!! The whole Niagara Falls area is beautiful year around even in the winter time when the water is frozen the lights reflecting off of it is beautiful. It was really nice being able to walk everywhere and not even half to take the car. Within walking distance of the hotel are multiple restaurants bars and casinos and some fun other things to do. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone whether to get away or family vacation!

Good room and service. Docking a star because even though I booked a room a week early, I was told it wasn't available upon check-in. Got transferred to a less high-end room and had to negotiate to get a room equal to what I had initially paid for

A few days prior to booking, I contacted the info email advertised on their website to ask what time check-in would be. No one got back to me. I read in a guest review that check-in would be at 4:00pm. I booked our room through Hilton's website, a night prior to arrival. When I called Hilton's phone number, they were very quick and informative. Dont try to contact them through email, as you'll never get a response back. Also, they hold your room until midnight, then it will be released for other guests. Their confirmation email advertised $25 self parking and $35 valet. Upon arrival, self parking was full and valet would have been the only option. We parked down the road for a cheaper rate... But had to carry all of our bags back to the hotel. The closest parking is the casino, about ten minutes of a walk, for a rate of $30. Check-in was quick and simple, they didn't overwhelm us with information, instead handed us an information package. Once we got to our room we were overwhelmed by the view. We were placed on the 49th floor, in the far corner (room 4961) Windows on three of the four walls, so we had nearly an all-around view. When looking out the windows you cannot see into anyone else's room and they can't see into yours, more than perfect privacy. Our bar fridge was quite loud and found out our coffee maker didn't work the following morning. I work at a hotel in a different part of Ontario, so I know that these things sometimes happen. Didn't report it to the front desk, but I left a note to inform the housekeepers. For a light sleeper, the bar fridge may have been an issue. Even if our coffee maker worked, we were only given one coffee package that was not decaf for the both of us. No one informed us what the check-out time was. As we didn't have an opportunity to have a morning coffee in room, we decided to pack our bags and go. We left around 11:30am and as we walked out the door, Housekeeping was just arriving to clean the room. Check-out was quick and the gentleman was more than friendly, but I was not given a receipt or bill. I had to contact them twice to email the invoice to me. The invoice stated that with taxes and tourism fees, my total was just over $360. My bank statement says I was charged just under $450... I called to speak to someone about it, they sent me to someone's voicemail. Still waiting for a response back. Overall the stay was fantastic, room was clean and beautiful. Staff was delightful. I think the only thing I would hope to see changed is the Guest Services. Dont get me wrong, they were friendly and did everything perfectly. But possibly get a better email service, or place some more information on check-in and check-out times. Also would recommend to offer a bill or receipt before sending the guest on their way. As there was a line I didn't want to hold everyone up. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone heading to Niagara Falls, you won't be disappointed!

We were at the North tower 48th floor, awesome view with windows 3 sides of the room. Spacious and clean. Great location, instead of paid parking I parked at fallsview casino and played enough for free parking, they have a bridge that connects the two buildings. The bathrobes, slips, bag of chocolate and water that came with the room was nice of them. Water pressure can be improved on though and would be nice if blinds were electronic. Tv was too small for this size of a room.

I enjoyed my stay but for my first hotel experience I may have had hopes but I thought it was a little overrated and expensive. My only thought is that it seems they put more money into the restaurants in the hotel rather than the actual rooms in the hotel. But I'll have to find out more overtime.

If I had it to do over again, I would do and Airbnb in Niagara Falls. Most attractions are within walking distance or perhaps a brief Uber ride. The cost of hotel rooms, the ridiculous taxes imposed on each nights stay, and the charge to park your car is over the top. The show called view of the Canada Falls from our room on the 48th floor was a very narrow window. Definitely not worth the rate of the room

Room was very large for the compact king. Everything was clean. I was placed in the south tower with the city view. They have begun construction on another building so I'm not sure if that city view will be gone from the 17th floor in the near future. Parking was the only issue. Either it was $45 for valet in the building or $10 for a parking lot around the corner. The breakfast was buffet on the top floor with an amazing view.

My family stayed here a couple weeks ago and had a pretty bad experience. I saw where another reviewer stated that cleanliness was an issue, and I definitely agree. The walls, doors, and floors looked like they're never cleaned. The pool area was also nasty. This place doesn't come with complimentary breakfast, but it absolutely should. They have the nerve to charge $20/adult and $10/child for what amounts to a glorified holiday inn free breakfast! It was ridiculous! Also, the rooms were hot because no matter what we did, the air conditioning wouldn't adjust. One of our nights, the fire alarm went off. We all left the room in our pajamas and walked down 10 flights of stairs to get outside. The fire department showed up, but I couldn't tell if there was a real fire or not. We waited around outside with the rest of the guests for about 10 minutes before heading back in. When we returned to stairwell some poor people were still descending the steps from the 50th floor!! The hotel never made an announcement that the emergency was over, so those poor people just kept coming down the steps.
The lobby is beautiful and the location is pretty good. I would never stay here again though.

Currently staying here. Front desk was surprisingly rude (at both accounts). Linens are clean, but rooms smelling musty and giving that feeling of uncleanliness. The room is very dark. Lampshade broken. Beds are thankfully comfortable and the views are great. Came here during renovations (unbeknownst to us), so the Brasa restaurant and pools are disappointingly closed. Had to walk over to Sheraton hotel to enjoy the facilities. Hopefully tomorrow s breakfast will not disappoint. They do need to work on their customer service at front desk.
