Great location! On the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the Falls! !
I expected much more from Hilton Hotel. Beware of the mid towers suites. I know they are doing some upgrades, hopefully they are done soon because our stay was less than average. Things we noticed:
1. Hot water took like 7 min to heat up and it was only luke warm. If you like hot showers this is not the place to be.
2. View was horrible it was of a cement wall, who ever built this building not a great layout.
3. Walls had coffee or pop stains well I hope that s what it was.
4. Sink started to smell like vomit could have been the previous guest were having a party in this room.
5 check in was smooth but then we got to the room and he wrote done 633, there was no room 633 we had to go back to the lobby and they said sorry it we wrote down the room wrong and they gave us the right room. We got upstairs and 1 key didn t work so we had to go back down and get it fixed.
The only positive thing is the location you can walk from the hotel inside to the casino.
Well hopefully this would help you guys have more of an idea about a typical stay is like and maybe the Hilton can take this feedback and make the improvements on their rooms.
The published rate is very different from actual rates what is charged. Being Hilton this should be revealed upfront
Beautiful hotel, from the restaurant there is a fantastic view of the falls !!
My little brother died here 500 years ago. Before your hotel existed. We buried him there and you built over his grave. Smh.
Hidden Fees Galore! Our $550 for two night stay ended up being almost $900.00. Self parking was $50.00 per night. Breakfast was included. In our booking, the buffet was pretty good, typical breakfast buffet. Room was small considering we had booked a king suite. View was good. Bathroom and room were clean. We had no hot water in our room the night we wanted to use the jacuzzi.
Over all a decent experience. Just be aware of all the hidden fees you don t see when you book.
North tower elevator had a defective elevator in service. We had to request a new room because we could clearly hear our neighbours through the shared doors. Besides this and the renovations, it was ok but definitely not worth the full room price.
Pictures are from the room we stayed in. Broken flush handle, and trim looks to be a little run down. We tried to check out via TV menu but the TV was a mess.
The staff was nice and responsive, towels were clean and we didnt have any bed bugs.
A wonderful hotel with view of the niagra waterfalls.
Air conditioning didn't work, TV was useless unless you paid for everything extra.. generally I had a disappointing experience. The only good things were the view and the staff. I felt ripped off unfortunately
Nice hotel, I want expecting much for a casino hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Just another hotel,. These big units really are taking away from what the falls are but I guess that's the way things go
The hotel itself is beautiful. We said in a suite facing the falls. Room was spacious, and they were accommodating to my needs for my baby. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness. The doors in our room have never been cleaned, NEVER! I don't even want to know the stains and particles left on the bathroom pocket door. I've stayed at many motels in the area that were spotless. You can tell there had been a few parties in the room.
Overall, great! Views were stunning and I'm sure got better the farther up you go. Staff was always very friendly and professional. A few things kept it from getting five stars in my mind. North tower elevators need an upgrade, they were very slow to arrive and have no way to see where they are. The double bedroom suite needs a darker shade separating the bathroom from the master bedroom, too much light gets through. Amenities were spectacular!
Hotel itself was great we were on the 25th floor had an awesome view of the falls. There were 2 flaws. The elevators seem to be programmed to Travel up-and-down between floors until the car was stuffed like a Japanese train before it would take you to the lobby. And then there was the valet service which was a joke. The guy called out the wrong number instead of ours we waited until the Room empty twice.. took my card up and asked if possibly the wrong number got called ? He denied such a mistake ,,said our vehicle would be down shortly and ,then it was. Obviously because then he gave them the correct number.
Amazing view, suite was huge and we'll maintained. Location is right in the middle of a wide variety of restaurants, bars and other venues. Across the street from the casino as well
Why the room "1 King Bed US Falls View with Jacuzzi" was with no pictures? Because you only had a very little corner to see US Fall with a wall block most of the scenery! I totally understand that "ok our view only have single falls" but not in this awkward situation, not expect that a very little square to see US falls. We changed our room once -- to a smaller room and lose our jacuzzi also. Totally not worth! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
An old hotel and need to be updated.
Also the parking cost 70 dollars this is crazy
Great hotel. Very clean and nice looking. BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the falls from our room on the 29th floor.
Overall a good experience. Currently under renovations so there's no pool land getting up to your room requires some elevator tango, but other than that, not bad. Rooms are clean, got a free upgrade to a fallsview room. Free WiFi is decently fast. Would be 5 stars except they refuse to remove the tourist fee scam from the bill.
Called after booking regarding the room condition. The representative was really rude, impatient, and arrogant. I don kbow how you can actuallu.do that in a service industry. I would never stay at this hotel if I have a choice. End of story.
The rooms are not very spacious .... the bathroom is excellent and the view is amazing!
We stayed in a two bed room suite to say the least was filthy was very low class standards expected much more the front desk was less then helpfull never even had someone check the room when I told the it was dirty
Beautiful view of American Falls, the Bridal Veil and the Horseshoe Falls from the room in North Tower (46th floor) of Hilton.
great experience celebrating a special occasion. the room and service was well done with quick response to issues with room and done via text message with regular check ups. room has a cool window open feature. breakfast buffet renovated since my last visit and it's a lot nicer with addition of mercato cafe. love the promotions for winter and it's great for an overnight getaway. the brasa restaurant was also pretty great.
The window faces a wall and the room is dark, like a jail.
Staff was extremely helpful. Communicated via text to make sure everything was in order.
We booked a king-sized bedroom with views of both US & CAN falls. When we entered the room, we were deeply disappointed as the view can only qualify for the US view (unless you are standing at one corner, trying to take a peek at the CAN falls). The Horseshoe falls view is largely obstructed by the casino+hotel (guess where I am staying next!) Not worth my $225+parking.
View & location top !!
I was comfortable in a big room with a free room upgrade.
Room service was too slow. I was sleeping.
One of my favourite hotels to go when I m visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms are clean and spacious and the Watermark Restaurant has the best view in town. It has a connecting walkway with Fallsview Casino Hotel and you have access to the shops and casino and food court.
Amazing view and a very pleasant stay. But paying that much for a room per night doesn't need extra payement for vallet parking.
Went to Slyce bar. It was pretty good the Moscow mule was great so was the amoretto sour. The whiskey sour not so much. But great vibe good bartenders and great live music.
Nice Hotels, nice restaurant, nice bar, amazing view. Had a beautiful place at the restaurant and a very friendly Waiter. Dinner was pretty good for the price. Wine also. Wondering why the bar closes at 1030 pm? And no table service shortly prior the firework. Anyway, after the fireworks good time to go to bed.
The view alone gets this place 4 stars! The staff was amazing. My room was completely renovated I didn't see anything dated as other mentioned. As a diamond Memeber there was no waiting in line. With the tourists, moved right to the front of the line, cutting in front of about 30 people. Only time I have ever gotten to do that, and thankful as I was exhausted. Get a room with a view!
This place is gorgeous and clean and staffed so well! This is where you want to be in The Falls!
My sheets had what I hope was chocolate on them when I was about to get in bed. They brought new sheets after an hour wait and I had to make my own bed. Window looked at a wall and didn't even let light it. Pile of dead birds outside the window. Wifi cost money and cut in and out. Room and parking super overpriced and then very low quality. Worst hotel stay off my life.
Lobby was extremely crowded. Low social distancing. When you first walk into the hotel there's zero hand sanitizer until you get to the elevators that they made you take with 6 other people. When you pay at the checking in or out desks nothing is wiped down before or after use. It's a limited area but but people lean and put their cofrees/water down.
I would not say this hotel is anthring special the lobby is beautiful but the rooms are dated compared to other hotels.
I stayed in a room on the 10th floor that has a constant vacuume noise the whole 20 hours I was there.
Parking was $44 including tax but it was Not at the hotel. About a 5 minute walk.
The rooms are really nice and you even receive a text asking if there's anything the hotel can assist you with. One minor note is that the tv kinda sucks with quality, especially with the on demand, which is expensive ($18.99), considering it's just to rent and in terrible quality.
Great location. Incredible views. Helpful, accommodating staff.
Thay have changed my for a parking fees without notice
Nice hotel., the only problem.was the AC is centralized and they had on the heater and it o was extremely hot . I couldn't sleep all night.
Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but nothing really to complain about.
I recommend you walk through the Hilton, to the catwalk that connects to Four Points and spend your money there instead.
Hilton has awful customer service, you will see immediately when checking in. Their pool/ waterslide is under construction (no notice) You will be surprised with about $130CAD for tourist fees, parking???? And additional taxes. That price is additional to your room cost. Their common areas and hallways don t have air conditioning so prepare yourself for that. All in all a very dated, crappy, overpriced hotel with rude representatives.
Respectable name with expectations met. Great amenities, a nice, clean and spacious suite for a reasonable price. The restaurants serve decent food and the one on top of the South tower offers great view of the falls. Staff is helpful and respectful. Pleased with the wonderful experience and would recommend if you are planning on staying for a night or two on the Canadian side of the falls.
It was nice but our room had some issues. The good thing is they have us a new room to accommodate our concerns.
Rooms were clean and super comfortable :) I enjoyed a deluxe suite, very spacious and great view
Every thing was wonderful I just have one complaint I find the beds to soft to sleep on bad for my back.
I have been to several events at the Hilton and Niagara and they always do a great job. Love the Brasa restuarant and spyce lounge bar for drinks.
The front desk was easy to find and clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff members on site. When checking in they filled me in on any extra charges where applicable. We received a complimentary upgrade to a studio suite. The room was spacious, my guess is 600+ sq.ft. for 2 guests. The Whirlpool tub was great. Room service was decent. View was great, could see the casino and the falls in the background. For its price, it was very reasonable for a 4star hotel and vs other hotels in area. Will go back again for sure.
What a view of Horse shoe fall from room window!!! Watching sun rising over Niagara was an experience of life time.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! first of all the price that we paid for one night was absolutely outrageous. we spent $1000 to stay in a dirty room.... We had a standard king room with a fallsview and were not pleased at all with the hotel services and amenities. I had to argue with the person at the front desk as to why our price for one night was so high compared to everyone elses. they explained how it's based on availability so the prices vary. That is ridiculous and have never heard of such a thing. Not to mention nothing was included such as breakfast or wifi. The elevators were also down and had to wait 30 minutes as there were alot of people complaining for this reason. Also everything else was an additional fee which should of been included in how much we were paying for our stay. The bed sheets were also damp and it was very uncomfortable to stay in that room. I have visited Niagara many times and never has such a bad experience like I did at this hotel. This hotel is poorly maintained and rundown. If anyone is looking to stay here I would recommend you stay at any other hotel but here. The fact that you people charged us so much for one night is highway robbery. As a buisness owner myself it's about service and customer satisfaction. You guys have failed to provide us with anything and I will take this further. If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would.
Not worth it for the value and rooms need to be renovate it
Great rooms with a fantastic view of the falls. Make sure you ask for a room on a higher floor, you won't regret it! Close to many amenities near by.
I'm not impressed. Charged me $40 to park a motorcycle. It was parked in a corner where no cars could even park. Staff was rude about it. Overall not very satisfied with the experience. would not recommend.
Great service and experience there. Pull out catches are a bit uncomfortable
It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The concierge was very helpful on directing us on where to grab some breakfast and which wineries to visit!
This past night was the worst stay in this hotel we ever had, due to the fact that we could not sleep. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and after we went back to our rooms, it was making noise every 15 minutes for at least 3 hours. It was impossible to sleep. Instead of offering us less noisy accommodations or a refund, the customer service person did absolutely nothing for us. We ended up leaving the hotel 5:30 AM, as well as many other upset guests.
This is not the first issue we had here. Last year there was a party going on in the room next to ours, and nothing was done about the noisy people after 3 calls down to the service desk.
Despite the chances we have given this place, the customer service here is absolutely atrocious, and for the amount you pay to stay here it is really not worth it. But by all means, if you are going to be throwing a wild party, choose this hotel, because they wont be acting on the noise complaints.
I came here from a Toronto to have a cute little birthday celebration. I am quite upset with my first night at the hotel. We arrived and were checked into a room that was under some sort of construction. It hard dirty towels screws and pipes that were left in the washroom. The bath did not work etc.
When we called down to let front desk know they moved us to a smaller room, the air conditioning does not work and there s a loud noise that radiates. They tried to move us to another room that still was a small room (I paid for the larger room with sofa whirlpool etc) AND it had 2 beds instead of a king. By this point it was so late in the night I gave up and just stayed in the room with the broken AC.
I have been coming to the Hilton at LEAST once a year since 2011, I am a Hilton Loyalty member as well. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It seems they are starting to decrease their quality of service over the last few years.
We booked a King Suite with Canada Falls View which turned out to be a slightly larger than normal room for a family of four. Also the view of the Falls was 75% obscured by a multi-storey car park. Staff didn't seem to care about these issues and claimed that we got what we paid for.
Cost was high but quality and space was very poor.
Not recommended.
Staff were amazing and pleasant. Food was just too salty.
Easy walk to the casino through a sky bridge so you never have to go outside. Staff is helpful and polite. Facilities are clean but under renos so you use the pool and fitness area in an ajoining hotel.
Great hotel. Have the buffet on the top floor. Great views
Never ever have a thought to stay here.AC didn't work ,all the items are very old , broken and it's definitely not worth to be a 3 star hotel.when we booked through Expedia they mentioned it's an river view room but later when we arrived there the manager said it's not mentioned on the our itenary and for the river view we need to pay more.
Hilton has treated us really well over the 3 days we have been here.
very nice hotel with indoor pool espa plus hot tub in the room very nice view of the falls from the room 12th floor I really liked I will go back to this hotel
