This place is the most racist hotel I have ever been to. My sister went to go talk to the hotel management regarding our room and had no luck so I went down to see what the issue was and the security guard said she already came down here completely ignoring my presence like I was not there, when I corrected him and said that s not true he said you all look the same anyways. While waiting for my car to come from the valet parking 2 white men walked by us and said wow the whole refugee camp is here none of the staff said anything instead they were chuckling. We didn t get treated like humans. The whole staff was white and had a sense of self entitlement. Don t stay here if you re a person of colour.
