High River Autoplex & R.V Review

We had been looking for months to find exactly what we wanted for our first travel trailer and walked away from multiple places because of their high pressure and ignorant sales approach. Nikki was the opposite, she was great to work with. She answered our questions and didnt try to convince us into a more expensive model. She worked with us to get a price we were happy with. Rob in finance was straightforward and personable. Together they made the purchase one we are very satisfied with!

We were so blown away by High River Autoplex and RV. Gary and the team were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and so helpful! The customer service can t be beat! Thank you so much for starting our season off right!

I'm telling you, if you are ever looking for a travel trailer, whether new OR used, do yourself a favor and go talk to Gary. It was possibly the best/funniest experience I've ever had purchasing something.
Gary put up with me and the entire store went WAY above and beyond. Considering we weren't buying new, I was definitely not expecting them to treat me the same as someone buying a 300 000$ pusher.
They did, and made sure everything was as perfect as it could be for what it is.

My fiancee and I just bought our first camper from High River Autoplex & RV, and our experience was fantastic. We were only looking for something small and affordable for our first time, and they had just what we needed in a used model. Nicki was beyond helpful and patient with our many questions and concerns, and was sure to give us a complete rundown on how every bit of the camper worked before we left the lot. Her and Daniel, the finance manager, worked happily with us to stay within budget, were honest and upfront about all costs and fees, and never once made us feel uncomfortable or pressured into anything we didn't want. I also ended up needing a new trailer plug and brake controller installed on my truck, which they could do right on-site. The mechanic (I should have caught his name) was very friendly and helpful with everything, and worked in a timely fashion, and at a very reasonable price compared to many dealerships. Overall, it was a great choice for our first camper purchase, and I would highly reccomend this place!

I recently purchased a Rockwood Roo 183 and we are absolutely thrilled. Leroy McKenzie went through the process step by step and answered all of my questions. He even called after I got home to make sure everything went smoothly. My girls and I can't wait to go camping!

If it has wheels and you can sleep in it these guys sell it for a good price

It was our first time to buy an RV and prior to this we did shopping around read reviews , went to trade shows to each dealership. Finally we found our comfort and great experience at High River Autoflex RV through Gary Mcdonald. He s very professional approachable and knowledgeable I couldn't say more . Not a typical sales guy he builds relationships and trust he is not a one time sale guy , i like him when he always said call me anytime if you have questions that s what I call excellent after sales service. Other person who is significant to our buying decisions is Dan on the Financial approval , Ive never meet someone like him who s passionate on what is doing, broad knowledge about financial matters who gave free advise on stuff that banks don t disclose to customers , and explained with humor . Our overall experience with them is fantastic I would highly recommend Auto Flex Rv . Big Thanks Gary and Dan !!!! Oh by the way Gary did not just match the price beat them.

Very deceitful! The very first time we call regarding issues thy claimed our warranty was void, which it was NOT. On subsequent calls their go to was to say the warranty had expired, which it had NOT. They tried to find any loophole possible to not live up to the warranty agreement. They would not return calls or emails and have engaged in ghosting us and our concerns. This is terrible behavior. We insisted over and over to talk to a manager or owner, they would not forward our calls nor would they give us the number.

We have been forced to retain legal representation and they are now ghosting them in our efforts to try find a resolve.

To add insult to injury they sent us a bill for what clearly should have been covered under warranty and are now profiting from not dealing with our concerns by charging us for keeping our unit.

Read all the fine print, they misrepresent their product. They sold us our brand new unit stating that we could eventually park it on a permanent RV site and live in it, not true!

Happy to provide a 5 star review of High River Autoplex. We met Gary at the 2020 Calgary RV Show and he was happy to show us around the Cedar Creek Cottage model we subsequently purchased. Everyone we dealt with at High River, especially Gary and Robert from the business office, were just great and we couldn't be happier with our purchase and our experience. With certainty we'd recommend High River to our friends and we will undoubtedly be using their service department when the time comes. If you're looking for your first or next RV we'd highly recommend checking these guys out!

I had bought a BMW off this dealership and i had the smoothest and quickest transaction ever. 5/5 Rated. Rob who is a sales associate at this dealership was the best person ive ever bought a car from, he kept me and my dad laughing the whole entire time and it was just all good vibes being around Rob and the dealership. I highly suggest anyone who is looking for an RV to buy it from here! 5/5.

Edit: This should be known, proceed with caution when interacting with High River Autoplex. Be sure to have everything spoken during the sales process in writing, and signed by management. Our sales agent made guarantees to get my wife and I into a motorhome, when the time came to honour the guarantee that was made on the floor, amnesia related to our conversation at sale occurred (including email requests I had kept) resulting in thousands of dollars worth of out of pocket expenses.

Whatever effort and energy was put into getting us into the right motorhome has been erased by a dishonest approach to get us to sign on the dotted line. I'm saddened and frustrated by the treatment received, but the lesson here for those interested in proceeding with this dealership, is record, document, and have signatures next to any promises made. Which, by the way, is common sense but can be forgotten when a transaction of this nature is occurring. One can get caught up in trusting who you are interacting with - which has cost us.

Better yet, find a dealership that still appreciates the responsibility that comes with an honest sale, the hard earned money clients spend with them, and the integrity behind a handshake and an assurance.

Original: Nicki went out of her way to find us the perfect motorhome. We originally met looking for a small Class A but when we arrived, the one we were asking about wasn't right for my wife and I. We tried to find something that day but nothing suited us. To our surprise, Nicki found us an excellent Winnebago within a week of being there and earned our business. Rob was great in finance as well, found us a very good rate. Would recommend a visit. They really helped us with a very important purchase.

My Wife and I were in the market to upgrade our trailer from a bumper pull to a fifth wheel. After looking at every dealership here in Calgary we could not find any that met the needs we were looking for. So we expanded our search to Airdrie. We found a Sandpiper that met everything that we were looking for. Not to say the name of the dealership but they were offering wholesale pricing. Something didn't feel right in the pricing for my trade and cash difference so we left. I don't know why some dealerships think customer's are dumb and haven't done there research.

So now we knew what Fifth wheel we wanted I searched google and found Autoplex RV carried Sandpiper but in Nanton. I'm so glad we made the drive. Our Salesman was John Mclaughlin who I think is also the Sales Manager out there. As I said I didn't want to play games, this is what we are looking for, this is what the other dealership offered for my trade and the difference and that is all I really cared about is the difference that it was going to cost us. John did not just matched the price but beat it with a year newer model. Plus we could customize it to the color and the way we wanted it. So we ordered our new trailer at the end of Oct and our new 2016 Sandpiper 378FB arrived just after Christmas.

Daniel Pilon did our financing which was a nice surprise as he did my finance on my first new car when he was at Renfrew Chrysler many years ago. Autoplex RV also offered 6 months free storage as well so we didn't have to pick it up till the weather got better which was a good bonus.

We just picked up our trailer this on Good Friday and even through Autoplex RV was closed, John came in on his day off which is a big plus not many salesman would do that. John did a awesome job explaining everything in the trailer as this was our first fifth wheel.

Why is my review so long? When you just feel like you did the right thing, and the Salesman and dealership did such a fantastic job, it is hard to just say one thing when everything went perfect.

We have always had outstanding service at High River Autoplex & RV. All the staff have been extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. In particular, we would like to congratulate and recognize Trena Tait for a job well done! Trena works on the Service Team and she has been extremely attentive to our needs. We own a 2019 Roadtrek 170 Versatile. Ever since we purchased our vehicle last November Trena has made us feel like one of the family. She is always friendly and pleasant to deal with and she always has a smile on her face. We enjoy coming in and seeing her because she makes us feel so welcome! Trena is proactive and she quickly lets us know when we need maintenance on our coach. She is accommodating with our tight schedules when she books us for appointments and she has gone out of her way to make sure that we always have a vehicle available when our Roadtrek is being serviced. She always makes time for us, takes her time to answer any questions we have about our coach, and she is extremely efficient and organized. She is a pleasure to deal with and her customer service skills are above and beyond amazing!! We would highly recommend Trena on the Service Team!

Scott the Vehicle Technician has done an outstanding job with any repairs and has clearly stepped us through the operations of our vehicle s many components including the water heater, electrical system, and refrigeration unit, etc. He has an extremely proactive outlook and has the amazing ability to predict issues and anticipate concerns beforehand. He is patient, knowledgeable, and a fantastic problem solver and this gives us the peace of mind that he will have a solution to any problem that may come our way.

Alyssa the Service Manager has saved us a great deal of money by always giving us the best price quotes, and providing the most relevant and up to date information about our Roadtrek. Her friendly demeanor, up to date knowledge, and enthusiasm makes her outstanding in her field. She is the expert with any part that we may need or have questions about. She maintains a positive relationship with the vendors who provide the parts to provide the highest quality products and the lowest possible price.

In summary, High River Autoplex & RV is a superior organization and is highly recommended for all your RV needs.

Daniel Pilon is an outstanding director of finance. My husband and I recently purchased a 2019 Roadtrek 170 Versatile Class B Motorhome. Daniel provided us with the best interest rate and discounts and the customer service that he extended to us was outstanding! Daniel also recommend the best insurance company that gave us the best rates! Daniel made our 25 year dream of owning a Roadtrek 170 camper van come true! My husband and I would highly recommend High River Autoplex especially if are new to the RV industry. Daniel, Paul and Jared have superior customer service skills. The quality of their RVs are amazing along with their extensive inventory. Best of all their kindness and reliability makes buying an RV an awesome experience!

We purchased a new trailer at the High River rv show. Rob from finances and John from sales couldn t have been more helpful with the very quick and efficient transaction and loan approval. We feel that both of them went above and beyond that everything was to our satisfaction. John took the time to show us the differences in the two trailers we were interested in but didn t judge our final decision. Rob s sense of humour during the financial transaction was super. We had a great time spending our money! We would recommend either of them at any time!

Very knowledgeable and had the parts I needed at reasonable price

Treated like family at the High River Autoplex! The staff at the Autoplex are always warm and friendly. Upon entering the building while looking for a unit we were greeted and promptly directed to a sales person. Gavin was knowledgeable and made the experience a happy easy time. We did not feel pressure to purchase but felt that he really wanted to help us find what worked best for our family and budget. They have a wide variety of makes and models with all kinds of floor plans to choose from. Gavin even took us over to the parts and service desk so we could meet the staff we would be working with in future upon purchasing. We had the pleasure of meeting the service manager and shop foreman who were also welcoming and informative. We haven't made our decision yet but after much searching we know that this will be the place for us to buy.

We went looking during the anniversary weekend and found the layout we loved. Our salesman, Jared, was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and a good person, he helped us pick out our pre-retirement trailer and one we will use into our retirement. He was helpful during our visit and has been helpful since and gave us a good overview of our travel trailer before we picked it up. Cannot fail to mention Daniel either, he was finance manager and was helpful and knowledgeable helping us to get a good deal. Thank you both.

We had an excellent experience at High River Autoplex & RV. Nicki Dahl was extremely helpful in finding a 5th Wheel that met out needs. We were given a very fare trade-in on our old trailer and the service department was very good at making sure we had all we needed to get our new trailer on the road.

Horrible service department!!!! will charge you way more than quoted, Don't recommend anyone service there RV here! they charged $200 to remove one screw! bill was 4X the amount quoted!!!! take your business to anywhere else!!!

We went to High River Autoplex in order to replace a trailer that was damaged in an insurance claim. I called first and spoke to Greg Morrison and boy were we glad he was the one that got our call! He was absolutely phenomenal in helping us through the process and providing everything we needed for the insurance side. He spent a lot of time walking the lot with us looking for just the right trailer. He took the time to learn what we wanted in a trailer and was able to help us find the perfect one. Greg is very knowledgeable but most importantly he is determined to get you what you actually want and need. No high pressure sales here! Daniel in Finance was also great at dealing with all the paperwork required. A great team at this dealership and we will now always go to them first for all our RV needs. We will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

We bought our Heartland trailer this past summer at High River Autoplex. It was great to be greeted by a friendly Receptionist Tara, who introduced us to Nickie. She was a pleasure to work with, such an easygoing lady! She was very knowledgeable about the RVs, and always had the time to drive us around the complex to compare the travel trailers. She introduced us to Dan, who is the Director of Finance. He walked us through the financial details and was so accommodating and helpful! We have dealt with Darin in the Parts Department as well, always knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate all the staff High River Autoplex, who make the company so easy to deal with! We are very happy with our trailer, and would highly recommend that you visit High River Autoplex for any of your RV needs.

We bought our Cedar Creek fifth wheel from High River R.V. a couple of years ago.
Initially there were some issues which the sales manager Paul took care of.
Every time we needed help, they treated us like we were there most important customer and did everything in their power to make us happy.
The speed and courtesy in which they treated us with was beyond anything I have ever experienced in this industry.
As time went on a number of manufacturer issues came up and Alyssa in service along its Paul have been absolutely fantastic in taking car of the issues and working out the details with the factory.
Most recently we had a levelling jack problem which Scott Zipse promptly helped us out with.

Guys, I'd be glad to refer any friends and family into you as your people have treated us like family's also !

Excellent communication from Sean Potter in service on repairing our Roadtrek window issue.

We just purchased our unit and enjoyed the purchasing experience - Greg Morrison was really great with the process. He knew we were coming and prepared a bunch of units for us to check out that matched what we'd told him we were looking for. In the end, we found a 2004 Monaco Windsor that we ended up purchasing a couple of days later. They were very patient with us, adjusting their sales process to meet our needs. We've been burnt before with other centers, and they were happy to adjust things to make us feel comfortable. This is what you'd expect from a purchase of this magnitude and we were happy with the outcome. We're looking forward to working with them in the future in servicing our unit, and look forward to changing our rating on this review as a result of our ongoing experience.

Had a great experience buying our first motorhome. Salesman Richard Miller went out of his way to show us how all of the systems work and get us the best possible deal. They did a full inspection and made all necessary repairs at no extra cost. The facility is appears to be fairly new, is clean and well organized. We are very satisfied with our experience there.

After taking delivery of our Winnebego tow trailer we took it on a 5,000 mile one way journey. We encountered a number of problems - some small and one large one. Even though we were a long way from home High River RV helped us solve the problems by giving us great advice and or making things happen. They provide great after sales service by "keeping their promises". That I would suggest is a rare quality these days. Our vacation was a blast.

Shopping for an upgrade to our 2005 RV, we contacted Jeff Friesen who walked us through 2 or 3 2010/2012 models for consideration. His reviews were thorough and he answered all our questions with specific knowlege of the product. We have had 3 visits and Jeff spent the times with us for a complete review. Excellent sales service extended to us. We would recommend Jeff to anyone.

I was not very happy with there deposit policy, for a family friendly place wasn't as well as I thought.

From the time we first stepped into High River Autoplex we have had exceptional service. I don't think I can say enough good about this place to do it justice. Nicki was awesome while selling us our trailer 6 weeks ago. Every step of the way she answered all our questions and was caring about our satisfaction throughout the process ( we had been to other dealers;none compare). Then the after care we have received from Jared in service has been nothing but top shelf. Jared's communication and concern over the phone and in person are genuine. He's great in person too. He took the time to go over every item that I requested and walked me through the service , item by item. And in the back where we don't get to see often is Colton. He is not only great at what he does as a service tech but he has a genuine care about his work and about me ,the customer. He didn't leave me until I was comfortable with everything he did.He's a star. Doug you have built a great team. I'm telling everyone !

Robert and Ivan were amazing to work with! They worked with the shop to make sure we had our trailer in record time (which I appreciate more than you know). My wife and I drove out from the west coast to pick up a unit. Upon hooking it up, we became aware of a braking issue. The service staff was incredible! Jay stayed late and cancelled his guitar gig Saturday night to help diagnosis. Long story short, we stayed in Calgary for the weekend to come back Monday morning and collectively solve the problem. When we thought it was fixed we heading back west. At Canmore the issue surfaced again, and again, without hesitation Leroy and Jay hopped in a truck and came our rescue. Never have I encountered such service! Thank you Paul Leroy Jay Gord Phil and the ENTIRE family at High River Autoplex! These guys are the eptipomy of excellence when it comes to customer service and support!

Greg has been very helpful in learning about our new Simplicity SRT RV. We started our shake down without water as it was still a bit nippy and freezing was still a concern. Even so the trip was a great success. The furnace worked great at night and the mileage was surprisingly great (20 - 27 - yes! 27 mpg) and we couldn't always go the speed limit sometimes we liked 10 less if we didn't hold up traffic until we found a pull off. Slow is the point right. Because the RV was a show model and hundreds of folks walked through after we bought it the little scrapes and nicks have been fixed up by Alicia in service with every though to our next scheduled trip. Thank you Greg and Alicia for all the assistance and for selling us the best vehicle we have ever had.

Had an amazing experience from start till end with our amazing saleswoman Nikki and Danny in finance. We told Nikki what we were looking for and she helped us find a trailer that fit our budget and had exactly what we wanted. We purchased a 5th wheel from High River Autoplex back in September 2019. Not only were they willing to hold the unit until May 2020 but they also delivered it 2 weeks ago to our permanent site 50 Km away "at no additional cost"! We are now settled in and enjoying our home away from home in these trying times of Covid-19. The best service I have ever had. I bought a used trailer, Paul and the team went above and beyond to help us. We found a few issues with the trailer that were there from before we bought it despite sometime passing they still stood by the purchase and stood by their word that they looked after the fixes for us. John took us on as we already had a fairly new trailer from westren rv country on which we were not happy or impressed with it or their service well lack of service. Hmmm....bought my first trailer ever at the Calgary RV show in January from John Mclaughlin, what a terrific experience! Daniel from the finance department is a stellar stand up guy! Which leaves the service department. I haven't had chance to go camping in my new trailer as yet and an going to be able to get out this weekend. Anyways anytime I'm towing my trailer it seams I am unable to get up to highway speeds without terrible sway, literally feels like my truck is out of control. Anyways being the ocd problem solver type I start asking around online, different professionals, techs from other rv dealerships, hitch shops ect ect...turns out anything over about 25 ft should have a sway control along with the obvious weight distribution hitch. ( my trailer is 30ft). Now kudos to John for setting me up with the weight distribution hitch and educating me on its setup and function. However I feel he also should have mentioned sway control, the importance of tire pressure ect ect.Pulling a trailer is much different than driving a big rig of which I'm very familiar. The fact that he allowed me to take delivery of my trailer and take it home is scary. Not sure if it was complacency or honest to goodness just unaware either way...tsk tsk...thankfully I made it home without incident. The dealership may not be liable should something had of happened but I would hate to live with that potential tragedy on my conscious. Just a thought but perhaps more training would be a benefit to your sales team.

After doing all my research on how to mitigate sway and doing the suggested actions the sway still continues. Through my research I discovered the axles on the trailer didn't line up nor were the wheels lined up and that only one wheel was heavily covered in brake dust while the remaining three were clean. I was advised to take it to standens to have it checked if the dealership wouldn't correct the very visible defects. So my next step was to obviously return to the dealership and convey my concerns which I did. After having called and booked an appointment I was asked if I was going out camping soon to which I replied yes we have booked a site for the last weekend in April, I was then advised to bring it in on the( 2wks after I called) Saturday prior to my appointment which was the following Monday. Arriving at the dealership on Saturday the ladies at the servive desk seemed to have no idea and seemed slightly annoyed that I was dropping my trailer off before the scheduled appointment date. Anyways I get checked in...they even took pictures of my wheels and agreed something was not right. My appointment was for Monday the trailer was dropped of on Saturday and today is Tuesday and we are booked at a site for Friday, I decided to call to check on the progress. Well I was told I would get a call back...fair enough....knowing the dealership closed at a particular time I descide to call back ( as my return call was not given as promised and is 15 minutes to closing) only to be told that my trailer hasn't even been in the shop yet?! I convert to the service girl that my appt was for yesterday. And have a site booked for Friday ( My expectation would be that my trailer would at least be in the shop or someone would at least have some sort of update for me.) The response I received was..." yeah well we kinda got behind in our schedule".....

I'm a brand new customer and a potential lifetime customer. So far I'm not exactly confident in your service department...hopefully this changes over the next couple of days. It would be a shame for your service department to drop the ball after your sales team and finance department worked so hard to gain my business

I recently purchased a Winnebago Winnie Drop from High River Autoplex RV. I had been doing a significant amount of shopping for the type of trailer I was looking for and they had one of my contenders.

It is the 4th trailer I ve owned and the other dealerships I had bought from were always disappointing in the level of initial attention, knowledge and sales pressure, not to mention the horror stories of bad service after the purchase. I can t speak of the service after purchase yet as I ve only had the trailer a couple weeks and there is no issues that I need to have dealt with.

From my first visit to High River RV until the day I drove off with my new trailer, I was offered the best service I d ever had. I live in Airdrie and if you re familiar, you know there are many other dealerships between me and High River RV where I could shop.

My initial contact was with the Sales Manager, Paul Alexander. I never felt like I was being pressured for a sale or with additional products that I didn t need or want. He was also fair to negotiate with.

I also dealt with the Finance Director, Daniel Pilon (keep up the good fight brother) with everything finance related. It was a pretty simple process, partly to do with the fact that I would be paying cash and he also never tried to up sell services or products which is usually the task of the finance staff.

I was also in need of several additional parts from a equalizer hitch assembly to an outdoor mat and many things in between. The parts Manager Darin Smethurst helped me out with all of that and was very knowledgeable in all things RV related.

On the day that I went to pick up the trailer, I was greeted by all three of them at some point and they all remembered me by name even though there was a couple weeks between initial introduction to the pick up day. I really appreciate that type of recognition.

One of the big things that I will always remember is I wanted to save a few bucks on the hitch assembly by installing it myself and not paying the bit of extra labor cost. I ve installed this type of thing before and didn t expect there to be any complications. As I was dealing with the final finances with Daniel, Paul did an ultimately generous thing by parking my trailer in one of the in-door wash bays for me to be able to install my hitch in-doors. I made sure to have my own tools as not to have to bother the service guys but wouldn t you know it, there was one tool I didn t have. I went over to the service bay and met Scott (one of the technicians) and he not only lent me the tool I needed, he came over to the wash bay where I was working and gave me a few little tips on the install that were very helpful. Again, just another employee seeming to go above and beyond for a customer.

All of this is what develops a positive customer relationship and will definitely consider future RV shopping at High River Autoplex and I will be telling tales of my great experience around the camp fire.

Amazing customer service with our recent purchase of a new toy hauler. Gary McDonald and Rob in finance were just awesome. Rob made the finance part even enjoyable with his sense of humour and straight up attitude. Gary treated us like family and had our best interest at heart at all times. I bought my first trailer from the Autoplex during the 2013 flood so i has a place to live they were great to deal with then. I came back looking for a newer trailer and Marc helped me find a model to suit my needs he was easy to deal with and didn t pressure me into a quick purchase. Robert made the paper work quick and painless. Would come back again for sure.

We are newbie RV buyers. We stumbled into High River Autoplex and had the great luck of meeting Gary Macdonald. Gary was patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We bought a new 43 foot Sandpiper Park trailer we worked with John on our sale and was very pleased with Johns help through that process. We later had some warranty issues both Sharon and Emma were there for us and supported us in every way. The ladies are first class all the way! Nothing is perfect but it's the people and their support that count. We definitely would buy another RV at the Autoplex because of the people and their support! The Autoplex team are the best in my opinion.

Love our used travel trailer. Had some issues with service but was all straightened out in good time. Appreciate the concern now and believe it's not just because of the mess ups. Overall good people.

A friend of mine bought a brand new trailer from them, used it once then took in in to be winterised, then when they went to pick it up were told the bill was over $700! There were a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, that they did not confirm with them before doing, and were somehow not covered by warranty. My friend fought it all winder and they eventallu cut the price down, and when my friend picked up the trailer there was a huge gash accross there floor. Dealer said it wasnt them, its normal in trailers because of heating and expansion and was also not covered. Would never buy a trailer from them. But I have gone to them twice for parts for my used trailer. The first time it went fine, this latest time I went in to pick it up and the parts guy was on the phone for 30mins! I went to the front dest and the service desk but both said they could help me, I just needed to pick up the part. I thought it was very poor service that no one is crosstrained to be able to help you.
I would use them for parts again if I had to, but would likely try somewhere else first.

Robert stepped up when all others in the sales dept were busy, and for someone who was not in sales, he did a fantastic job! In all our years of dealing with automotive or RV sales, this was one of our best experiences, largely due to Robert s awesome personality and great sense of humour. Robert turned this trade-in/purchase into a fun experience. A big thank you also to Greg Morrison for showing us the ins and outs of the new trailer, and to the staff in the shop for getting everything ready and getting us on the road. Overall it was a smooth experience. The follow-up phone call by Robert the next day to ensure everything was good was also greatly appreciated.

We bought our Cedar Creek there three years ago, it has been a great trailer. When we have had the trailer there for any repairs, we have had prompted service, these guys are seconded to none.

Starting from finance - Rob (thanks you were awesome to deal with) - to Greg Sales - Darrin in parts - a great experience. Took trailer before it could be de winterized and got the basics on my small Winnebago Mini. Had an issue my 2nd time out so called Greg and he walked me through my issue. Went down to de winterized on a rainy snowy May Saturday and Greg and I were both out there getting wet and cold. All went well and we laughed a lot given the situation. Darrin in parts has been awesome. He has helped with all the different items I have purchased especially the solar panel - came out with one exactly like mine and explained fully what to do - thank you Darrin. Greg knows I will be calling him on my next trip to walk me through the black / grey tanks! Thanks Greg talk to you Sunday. We had an excellent experience. Went to the RV show and were able to walk around and check things out with no pressure. Went back the next day to make the purchase. Our salesperson Greg gave us great advice, told us about every feature top to bottom, and even called to make sure we were doing ok after our first camp. I have a friend who purchased a nice 5th wheel and recieved great service. However, DO NOT FALL FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY as it is nothing more than a SCAM. IA-SAL (SPP) will find any reason to deny a claim and fail to provide service as advertised. As a licensed HET when the furnace and water heater failed I went to investigate and troubleshoot as it was expected not to be an issue with submitting warranty and no other techs were available. Of course it was on a weekend and the trailer is permanently placed and occupied so waiting until Monday was not an option. It was determined that the contol board and sail switch were culprits for the furnace and the thermostat on the water heater. When contacting SPP the next business day the claim was denied solely based on the fact that there was no authorization. After explaining the circumstances and that the failure occured outside of regular business hours therefore nullifying any possible contact there was still a severe lack of understanding and no intention to entertain any coverage. Even though the troubleshooting was discussed in great detail and the parts available for inspection, there remained no possibility of coverage. I understand that ideally a call is placed ahead of time but that was not an option. The least they could do is receive the parts prior to passing final judgement as opposed to arbitrarily excercising their discretion based on sheer ignorance. They would not disclose details even when requesting all documents and fine print. I understand this is a business but part of that entitles the customer to receive adequate services for the purchase of such coverage. For the record I deal with warranty as part of my career for some of the largest engine manufactures and this was on another level. It was the most frustrating experience, the dollar value is negligable but the princple paramount and to believe they will offer "piece of mind" coverage is an insult to my intelligence. I would be remiss not to comment on this experience in hopes of preventing remorse and anguish for future customers.

We recently purchased a travel trailer from the High River Autoplex and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. John, Rob, Danny, and Clint were professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. John spent a great deal of time going over all the features and functions of our new (to us) trailer before letting us drive away. Rob and Danny explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend High River Autoplex to anyone looking for an RV.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new Rockwood Ultra V trailer. We literally, went in to the dealer to buy toilet paper and a water filter. Turns out it was year end and the parts department had closed early. As we always do, we started looking at the trailers in the showroom. Next thing we knew, Nicki Dahl had shown us the trailer of our dreams. When we walked into the trailer for the first time, I said, "I hate you Nicki" - In a good way of course - here was the kitchen my wife dreamed of and the storage exceeded any we had seen.

We were treated very well and both Nicki and Robert Weichert were very patient and thorough as we discussed finances and the many details of this new trailer. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I am not one to complain out something if there is no need. I bought a 2015 Rockwood Windjammer from this RV dealership. (New). Worst mistake ever. From day 1 the fridge did not work. I work out of town so my trailer is sometimes my home away from home. I had this trailer into this dealership multiple times to be repaired. Their techs had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. I even had to call Dometic (fridge company) and tell them the situation in which they got involved with this issue. The error code on the fridge said it was a control module but they never tried changing the control module. So after the 5-6 times there to have it fixed i refused to leave until they tried to change the control module- they took one off a trailer in the lot -low and behold it worked. I even have pics and a video of what happened. ( if I could post it here I would). From poor customer service, techs arguing with me, not returning calls, and just a plain lack of professionalism -I would never buy from here again and discourage anyone else from doing so.

We had an excellent experience. Wayne Fettes is such a great man to work with, super helpful and fun to spend the time looking at trailers with. He found us a perfect trailer for our family. Couldn t be happier with it and working with Rob Wiechert for financing was so much fun, super personable and friendly! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. All around amazing
