We were remembered and greeted as loyal repeat customers.
Marc Duguay listened to our needs and wants, showed us our 2018 Silverback.
Daniel Pilon completed the transfer giving us a number of very useful tidbits of info that will help us on our adventures in our quality unit. For example, every year a roof inspection of the unit needs to be completed (necessary for warranty and insurance purposes). Also each time after a long stay at a site, use
Aersol Slide Out Protectant and Protectall Rubber Seal Treat before returning the slides.
Trena Tait is a very valuable ambassador of High River Autoplex & RV. Her efficiency, compassion and communication skills are over the top .
