My wife and I drove out from the west coast to pick up a unit. Upon hooking it up, we became aware of a braking issue. The service staff was incredible! Jay stayed late and cancelled his guitar gig Saturday night to help diagnosis. Long story short, we stayed in Calgary for the weekend to come back Monday morning and collectively solve the problem. When we thought it was fixed we heading back west. At Canmore the issue surfaced again, and again, without hesitation Leroy and Jay hopped in a truck and came our rescue. Never have I encountered such service! Thank you Paul Leroy Jay Gord Phil and the ENTIRE family at High River Autoplex! These guys are the eptipomy of excellence when it comes to customer service and support!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would without a second thought. Thank you again!
